Drs. Nicolas & Asp - Jumeirah - Dental Clinic

Negative experience: Don’t do it. My experience with Dr. Johny, from two years ago, initially felt okay when I left his office. But you never really know how things will turn out until the teeth heal. Honestly, he talks himself up way more than any patient ever does. He’s constantly showing off his work—especially on his wife’s teeth—and doesn’t really give you space to speak or share your concerns. He seems more about marketing and bragging than actually caring about the health of your teeth. I told him multiple times that my smile felt off, but he brushed it off. A year later, I told him I was in pain, and his response was that the x-ray showed nothing and I was fine. If I’m not happy with his work, who should be? He’s just taking the money and moving on. Now I’m dealing with infections on all six of the crowns he did for me. Fortunately, my new doctor caught it early before it spread. He promised the crowns would be secure for a lifetime, but now I’m stuck with infections on every one of my teeth that he worked on. Honestly, he makes other dentists look inexperienced, but I wish I had listened to my gut. Be careful—this isn’t about health, it’s about selling a quick fix.

Negative experience: The clinic is a joke. They claim they have such good reputation and are the best in Dubai. With 4 branches they don’t have one specialist that can actually do the work. They keep referring you from a doctor to doctor in different branches, everyone is just chatting with you rather than working on your teeth. Billing is super shady and they keep asking you to do more and more things outside of your insurance range (keep in mind I have one of the best insurances in the gulf). I have been in pain for 7 days, on antibiotics and they can’t find me an appointment, when they do turns out I need to see 3 more doctors (FOR A ROOT CANAL!!) and with every doctor there is something to be done outside of the insurance range. They also all had different diagnosis so how do you trust them ?! I would avoid at all cost in future, recommend you do the same

Negative experience: I called Dr. Nicholas’ clinic explaining clearly that I was in an emergency situation and in urgent need of treatment. Instead of offering any real support or urgency, I was told I must first come in for a consultation — and only then they’ll “see what happens.” I made it clear multiple times that this was an emergency, but they refused to schedule the consultation and procedure on the same day. This kind of response is not just unprofessional — it’s irresponsible. A clinic that cannot prioritize emergency cases or show basic compassion doesn’t deserve to be called a medical provider. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: The worst clinic with no respect for patients especially Dr George Samaan . I have appointment with him . He is canceling the appointment because he have patient at 9 30 and I came 9 20 . I don’t know. Which dentist doctor will take half an hour with patient?!! And he don’t even bother his self to go and ask sorry for the patient

Negative experience: One star for Doctor’s intro to the girls. Other than that, miscommunication repetitive visits without getting any procedure done. Over priced and will allocate 10-15 mins for a patient with root canal treatment 20 for others regardless of the case. I visited both Jumeirah and Mirdif and left without any solution to the patient. Even when i asked to extract my files that takes 2 working days (as per the website) here i am one week later with no files even after constant reminders. I had to pay all the girls xrays again, which didnt only cost but also was time consuming and subjected the girls and myself to more unnecessary radiation. Commercial approach and poor patient management.

Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent service I received. This is the second time your clinic has attempted to charge me for products and services that were never discussed during the appointment. Specifically, an additional 60 dirhams for fluoride was added to my bill without my knowledge or consent. This kind of upselling at the expense of your clients is unacceptable and needs to stop.

Negative experience: Understaffed with dentists. ********* This is an update on my 1 star rating, I have been chasing this clinic over the phone to cancel all the pre approvals they did for me as they were not able to find me an appointment & was always told I’m on the waiting list, how is it my problem that people are quitting , why I was not informed about that! I decided to find a different dentist but all my approvals has been declined that I have reached the limit. After checking the preapprovals I realzied that were charging me for services that I never did including (panoraminc radio image)… they always promise to do the needful and will confirm back, but they never do… be careful when dealing with this clinic.

Patient with kids and knows how to treat them well and make them feel relaxed. Did excellent job on my kids teath. We finally found our kids dentist in Dubai. Negative experience: Worst clinics ever. Cancelled my appointment at a short notice. Once rescheduled, waited for half an hour and Dr Hadjer never arrived or responded to reception calls. Would never recommend visit this doctor and the branch, if you do not want to waste your time and money - there are much better clinics in Dubai and doctors who do not have “emergencies” about which they never inform the patients
