Negative experience: I put 2 stars because of the high price too! But the most important thing! Hi! I’m abroad now and couldn’t come the previous time with my son. Your gas was not working properly, please check all your system before doing something!!!! But the first time was almost the same with pain! The affect from the anaesthetic going very fast and it becomes painful!!! My son was crying both times at the end!!! Please, add the anaesthetic or better first make root canal treatment!!! Because you are putting crowns and the teeth don’t have to disturb in the future, because his teeth are damaged deeply and close to pulps!! You have to care about the pain and psychological condition of a child I suppose!!!

Negative experience: ... a filling for an 8 year old child and cleaning will cost you 1,600 dirhams, ask for the current price list in advance… after 10 days the child started complaining of pain under the filling... expensive does not mean quality, shame! at least they did it well... but no, I will sign the child up to the dentist in Portugal, and the child will have to endure the pain for the remaining days and drink ibuprofen!

Negative experience: I hate the fact that my time and commitment to be on time is not respected. Every single time I come I have to wait 30 minutes or more. Then I have to argue with the front desk to speed the process

Fantastic experience: Dr Ahmed was very engaging and gentle with cleaning. As someone who is usually horrified with dentists and has sensitive teeth, he immediately lifted up my spirits and was very encouraging and kind. He was persistently checking on me and how im feeing throughout the cleaning. They were very time-efficient as we finished in less than an hour including x-ray scanning, cleaning and consultation for braces. I would 100% recommend visiting this clinic to anybody!

Recently my daughter had to fix a deep cavity and other two cavities. We decided on full anesthesia, not to be scared. Dr. Dina was very attentive and won my daughter's trust. She is great with children and calming parents nerves before surgery. She made sure to explain every step. Everything went well and recovery time was short. Thank you to Dr. Dina and her team for the great care and checking up on us after the surgery to make sure everything is good.

Negative experience: The doctors are nice but the Management is very strange , we pay a premium when it come to treatment but they don't provide the facilities that matches it , I asked for smallest thing the WIFI password for my son s iPad since we were waiting and I was shocked they they refuse to provide which I did not appreciate , again i could give my hotspot but i am talking about the gesture and the satisfaction of their patients , also they don't inform you that they have ESAAD discounts i had to ask and they confirmed but they said something that i could not understand , they said the price of Esaad is more expansive of their actual price I was super confused , why are you signing a contract with them if you are not offering your patients the discount as it should be , and it covers only few treatments . Anyways for now I have already done the treatment for son and need to finish it but I don't think i will go back there for my daughter or for any other treatment for my son .

Negative experience: I took an appointment yesterday and they booked me with Dr Dana. My son has something black and I sent my daughter and my husband to check on my kids. I saw dr Dina before and loved her gentle and not pushy approach, it was my first time in my life I don’t question a dr and I said I should take it easy and just trust Dr Dina team. My husband called me asking me why on earth I sent him to the worst dr in UAE. My son spent one hour and a half crying on chair, dr broke the machine that drill twice in his mouth and she spent 45 minutes trying to take it out. She also did root canal for 4 years old, she did two x ray on my daughter which one failed and she wanted to repeat it. She suggested a crown for my 4 years old Well, she didn’t inform my husband she is removing the nerve, she decided to keep my 4 years son open for one hour and a half, she traumatized him, she did unnecessary procedure on his teeth- I took him to another dentist who checked X-ray and confirm one of the tooth was not needed. She broke the machine in my son mouth and blame it on my son- I don’t believe you should have kept his mouth open that long. I feel horrible I trusted this clinic with my son teeth. After all she told my husband that my son will get inflammation after three weeks bcz she put for him something due to the tool was broken in his teeth and she said he needs a crown and charges 2700. If this is not a scam, I don’t know what is it. The dr spoke with me and told me it’s my son fault that he closed his mouth and no apology!I spoke with the a manger- the owner and she was nice but still all blame is on us!… please do avoid booking with Dr Dana as she really doesn’t know what she was doing! The only thing we did wrong is we trusted the dr with my 4years old teeth. The funny thing she wanted to do another root canal for my daughter also same day! I do speak highly of those practice from their heart but will also make sure people know when someone is bad and hurting kids and creating for them trauma like what dr Dina did. End of review … don’t ever go there Add feedback based on clinic feedback What I don’t appreciate is that my husband trusted the clinic hence he didn’t question the dr, after he left, he did feel he put his son in the worst situation ever. Dr was not qualified, dr broke the tools twice in my son mouth, dr didng confirm with my husband treatment and dr only care about finishing the treatment. I’m in the process to raise a complain against this clinic. I don’t believe this dr should be kept in practice. I have checked with another dr who confirmed what she made my son went through was not needed. You can blame my son and blame my husband. Yes my husband is the one to be blamed because he trusted what the se said. If you visit this clinic, don’t sign any papers! I’d my son gets any inflammation which she told my husband will happen after all the trauma she caused, then it will be the issue. I will close review here. Don’t go to this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I took my 5year old son to Dr Dina for a third opinion after he gave three front teeth a good whack on a slide.she took so much time to share with him all the things she would do and tools she would use. If anyone has a child that is scared of the dentist, Dr Dina is incredible. Besides not removing the teeth, she spent almost an hour with my son and I teaching us about different foods and the impact they have on different health aspects and the direct and indirect effects on tooth and gum development. She is just brilliant. Even if you live far from Al Wasl, it’s well worth hiking through traffic to get to her.

My younger child is more cognizant now and was apprehensive at first - but by the end of the appointment, both of them were jumping up and down, excited for their next one. The practice, being focused on pediatric clients, was very understanding when we had to cancel twice in a row due to my child's illness - there was no judgement, disappointment or annoyance on the clinic's slide. Thank you Dr Melissa for going above and beyond. Thanks also to the staff at reception for their courtesy and graciousness. I have, and will continue to, recommend(ed) Dr Melissa to everyone we know. My only suggestion would be to promote greater environmental awareness and sustainability in the dental industry by opting for dental products (toothbrushes) made with natural materials such as bamboo. Currently, the practice gives out Dr Dina branded toothbrushes made of plastic.
