Negative experience: The experience at this center has been extremely frustrating due to their poor communication and lack of organization. During our first visit, they requested an X-ray and scheduled the surgery three days later. However, after those three days, we spent over a week trying to book an appointment, only to face constant delays and mismanagement. Despite the patient’s ongoing pain, the staff provided no real support or assistance. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: Very bad Service, non professional staff, my yesterday visit Dr dont know what to do. So she simply ask for xray. Just imagine child one tooth cavity removal and filling taken full mouth xray just to maintain her sale. After taking xray she doesn't know what to do so she say you can go as she is very experienced thats why she dont know what to do next. Then charge me consultation fee and xray charges. Once i email and contact they behave rude and didnt cooperate. Very sick environment. Its look like looking place good but inside reality is very different.

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago I had moved to Dubai with an already started complicated case of impacted canine from India. I had implants, wires going all around everywhere and a tooth that was not willing to come down. I was desperately looking for a specialist orthodontist who could understand my situation and continue my treatment. I consulted several specialists and most of them gave me absurd solutions. None of them was very keen on taking my case. Until I met Dr Urumese. He told me that my case was complicated, yet he decided to help me. He was the only doctor who gave me optimistic solutions and said that the process wasn’t as difficult as I was assuming it to be. I was relieved to hear that and decided to start my treatment with him. After that, my process was smooth. I was used to having painful sessions from before and had accepted the fact that my process would need a lot of patience and pain. But he understood the balance of how much pain would be comfortable for me to cope through the month and never left me feeling uncomfortable. He was always honest about his forthcoming steps and I was always aware of whatever was going on with me. Today, he successfully removed my braces and I have my old smile back with the deeply impacted canine now standing tall and fitting in perfectly. He and his team did a great job and I highly recommend him to whoever has lost faith in finding a doctor who knows what he’s doing.
