Negative experience: The Doctor is amazing. reception part is not good. I was charged co payment for consultation twice and payment for vitamin test however by chance i checked with my insurance and i found out that my insurance is covering this and they sent me the approved report. That means aster got the money from the insurance as well as from me. This is not nice situation the receptionist checked with the manager and they gave the money back however the manager didn't even try to take to me and apologise for this as this case will make me not to trust the place and they could keep changing me with many things covered by insurance.

Negative experience: This is the absolute WORST clinic. Their customer service is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and just beyond stupid. I don’t even understand how they got hired in the first place.

Fantastic experience: I would like to appreciate the staff of aster clinic in aswaq al barsha South for the support and the professional care during my pregnancy journey to delivery .. i had to get everyday I'm injection which supposed to be very painful but due to their experience it was mostly pain free .. especially ( sister vidya, renji, anjali).. Negative experience: The worst clinic EVER!! If there were less than 1 star i would have put it! The customer service is 0! They neglect their patients and do not follow up with their concerns (although they work like robots). Do NOT go there!

Before two days i done my blood test but no body call me from nurses to tell me about blood test report that i need an appointment with doctor or i should see a doctor .. am a regular patient of dr. Fantastic experience: Had the most wonderful blood sample retrieval experience with Sister Ranji Rajan. Lot of times I have had bad experiences with people unable to find my veins, and then exploring me with the needle still under my skin - leaving painful rashes that would take weeks to heal. Today's experience was so mild that I would have missed the jab had I not been looking at her in action. I could almost see her "Angel Wings" for a moment.

Negative experience: Pathetic service. We did a Tele consultation and were happy with the service. Only to be following up for next two hour for the prescription. Due to some glitches on their app. Why should the patient suffer for your app issues... All this we get to know after upteen follow ups... Totally atrocious and no concern for the patient health

Fantastic experience: Any one looking for an experienced and committed laser technician? Saritha Valsala is your one stop solution.
