Fantastic experience: I had my root canal done today and was impressed by how quickly I was accommodated — they gave me an appointment within 45 minutes of my call. I had some initial doubts, having consulted two other physicians prior, but once the procedure started with Dr. Salim, all my concerns were put to rest. He was incredibly informative throughout and ensured I was comfortable at every step. I genuinely felt no pain at all during the entire process. Positive experience: The clinic is clean and the staff is friendly, but there’s definitely room for improvement. My appointment started later than scheduled, and I felt the consultation was a bit rushed. I’d appreciate more time spent explaining procedures and options. With some adjustments, this could be a great dental experience.

Negative experience: I’m writing this review 6 months after my last visit to Vision Clinic. I went in for two issues: a root canal and a broken retainer that I had for 15 years, which had kept my teeth stable without much movement. Unfortunately, both treatments were disappointing. To this day, I’m still experiencing issues with the root canal. But what I’m most disheartened about is the retainer. After it was replaced at the clinic, my teeth started shifting noticeably — something I had never experienced before. I now have two gaps between four teeth, which weren’t there before. I ended up having to go to another clinic to get a new retainer and fix the damage. Looking back, there were red flags I wish I had paid more attention to. After Dr. Asma replaced my retainer, I went to reception to pay and asked for a receipt. I was told I’d have to wait 2–3 weeks for the orthodontist to return — which made me wonder: in what capacity was Dr. Asma replacing my retainer if she’s not the orthodontist? In hindsight, I should have walked away then and there and went to another clinic in that moment But I trusted the clinic, and now I’m left dealing with the consequences — both dental and financial. I’m sharing this to help others make a more informed decision.

Fantastic experience: Last year, I had bad tooth pain and landed at this clinic. Dr. Asma, after examination, told me she has to do a tooth canal. I was not in favour as I knew how much it pains. But she assured me and promised to be very gentle. Trust me, the whole procedure was done with no pain. She is excellent with her work. Last month, my son had to do a root canal for the first time. He was stressed and was not ready for it. Straight away, we went to Dr Asma, who made sure to calm him and did his root canal. He was amazed as he felt no pain. She is excellent at her work and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Visited last july for cleaning, Root canal, and crown with Dr. Asma. I've always been weary with dentists because I would usually feel pain when they work on me. But Dr. Asma executed all procedures on me so well. Her light hands eased my mind, especially during the root canal procedure. She was so thoughtful and considerate that she would ask me time and time again if I was feeling okay during the whole procedure from start to finish. She's super kind and very approachable and would galdly explain any questions you have about all treatments that are required for your case. I am also thankful for the admin staff, especially for Ms. Kae, who has been consistently helpful from our first visit to all the appointments we had for our dental procedures. She was always giving a heads up to us on the cost and the details of procedures to be done for us. She even helped us understand how our insurance worked and greatly helped us find affordable ways to pay for our insurance's co-payment schemes. God bless your generous clinic. Negative experience: Support staff is good. Bad experience with the dentist. She completed two RCT in one visit, that was so painful for me to keep my mouth open for two hours. Usually nobody finish the full procedure in one visit, should be completed in three to four different settings and different visits. I personally think she was the worst dentist I ever met. Will never recommend my family and friends to to visit this clinic. Update- reviews are meant to share experience and give feedback, so that corrective measures can be taken. I don’t understand why you get offended if I am sharing my experience. You guys just want positive feedback.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Hussein Tahoun for the extraction of my upper wisdom teeth, and I cannot recommend him and his entire team enough! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Dr. Tahoun's expertise was evident throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was quick, efficient, and handled with the utmost care. Despite experiencing a complication in the form of an oroantral fistula, Dr. Tahoun went above and beyond to ensure a smooth recovery. He arranged follow-up appointments at 2, 5, and 12 days post-extraction to monitor my healing closely, demonstrating a level of commitment to patient care that is truly commendable. The nursing staff and the entire team were equally remarkable. Mr. Rami, Mr. Akram, Ms. Cherie, and the manager, Ms. Heba, all contributed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience even more positive. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Hussein Tahoun and his wonderful team. They provided exceptional care, and I am incredibly grateful for their dedication.

Positive experience: Great clinic, i removed 1 star because the location and parking situation is hectic, other than that services and doctors are great, great environment and culture within the workforce as well! I wish they relocate to a calmer area

Fantastic experience: Treated by three of the clinic’s doctors and all three are incredible. From regular cleaning and whitening to implants and braces, not had a single bad experience! The rest of the staff are super friendly and very attentive. I always recommend this clinic to friends and family and I often say it won’t matter which dentist treats you there, they’re all great doctors.

I got a few procedures done including two root canal treatments and it was such a breeze compared to anything I'd experienced in the past. Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this clinic enough! They made dentist-phobic person become a dentist addicted person! I got couple procedure from doctor Esmaa and had a surgery for extracting wisdom teeth with doctor Hussein. Their patience, knowledge, understanding of psychology of patient deserves a lot of respect. Doctor Hussein even made me laugh during the surgery with his great sense of humor, while doctor Esmaa had a big impact to learn again how to trust. Rest of the staff is outstanding as well.
