Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr Nabaa enough! She is amazing! I went in for veneers, straight away she made me feel so comfortable and I could tell from the start she knew what she was doing. I was scared to end up with over shaven teeth but she managed to do minimal prep to my teeth, that even while I waited the week for my veneers from the lab I was fine without temporary ones as my teeth were pretty much the same. She was so patient and understanding, I asked for the veneers to be altered as I didn’t like the style I chose and some needed length adjusting and she was so nice about it, reassured me she would never want me to accept and fit them if I wasn’t 100% happy and sure. We got the veneers sorted from the lab and fitted them. I am soooooo happy with the result, they look so natural and fit my smile perfectly! I have never smiled with teeth showing before but Dr Nabaa gave me a smile that doesn’t stop! Everyone around me has noticed how much I’m smiling and everyone has complemented how beautiful my teeth are and how natural they look. I’ve already shared the clinic details with so many people as so many are asking for which amazing Dr did my teeth! Negative experience: 3 month ago I made my smile in Prestige clinic ! I am finally ready to write my feed back about such disaster experience! short story I decided to do veners with dr Lamiya, and it was my worst decision ever!!! First of all speaking about attitude ! (She is not friendly at all ) about tooth preparation ( she over prep it.... as the x ray and Ctc scan showed me ) FYI my tooth was in perfect condition and straight in the very beginning )they said no need to do anything we can start with veners ! Second, she was very busy , always on the phone while working with my tooth , always on rush , she even mention to me while I asked her some questions ( she said let’s finish faster I have another patient waiting me ) She was not talking, not explaining to me anything. Completely cold !!!! I regret that I believed advertising in instagram,When I saw some of her work and trusted that she can do magic! What she made me trough, it’s so much pain.(anesthesia couldn’t help even )! I had to go to clinic to do injunction to release my pain ! She did not provide me temporary tooth before I put veners, that what also irritated my filled enamel more. Third : veners came not in the right shape for my tooth , not proper fitting so I had to wait again and again ! After all she tried them on and everything seems okey untill she glue it , after what I saw was front down tooth completely different size and fitting again ! (But here we are it’s already glued ) second the tooth down had white bleached line in the middle ( I don’t know from what ) she had very silly explanation to it ! Thi is all big joke !!! And now I have to go through another removing , and fixing! Afterwards I complained on her and ask to replace clinic! On what manager offered me to try another doctor. I agreed just bealiving, that this hell will finish soon ! I was in pain with my tooth for about 2 month ! I can never recommend this clinic to people, who cares about your and smile and health. Especially this doctor ! Better pay more and go to good clinic and choose wisely professional doctors then suffer same as me.

Negative experience: This place is completely unprofessional , if you are looking for good care and proper sensible communication I definitely do not recommend this place I started my treatment before 3 months for Micro-needling and peeling , it went well for 2 sessions and due to my acne skin , by the 3rd session my face got bad with acne pimples The communication with the beauty therapist went really very bad , she started shaming my face and speaking to me like a child who doesn’t understand anything My concern was still not with the therapist , I had issues with the clinic After raising a complain to give me a solution for my problem They avoided me for 2 weeks and the clinic manager never bothered to call - MS HEBA I showed up to their clinic , and with full respect I asked her time and sat with her To connect and make her understand my concern I even told her I work in the similar pressure she does , but it’s not fair not to bother calling a complaint patient back She defended her self and said she is very occupied and she got the complain only before 4 days, yet I asked her how come you never called these 4 days She again defended her self by giving any random excuse how she doesn’t have Marketing staff and how she is not able to eat lunch on time Leaving this aside , she even made me feel cheap for asking the doctor any alternative cream because I FELT IT EXPENSIVE , she responded well anyone can purchase a 90 Aed cream She QUESTIONED me for texting the therapist for my face issue after her working hours Which makes 0 sense , because as a patient I can send a text message any time The manager clearly did not care about me or my treatment since I did the full payment and she has nothing to do with me anymore Complete disaster trusting the clinic 0 communication skills

Negative experience: I got a laser and hydrofacial treatment on Friday, and it was an absolute disaster. I’ve been a regular at this clinic for some time, but after this recent experience, I am beyond furious. The laser therapist burned my skin in the bikini area, causing three burns. When I asked her to check, she casually told me to apply some cream—no proper examination, no effort to address the serious damage she caused. This is blatant negligence, and there was no follow-up, no accountability, and certainly no compensation for the harm they inflicted on me. To make matters worse, the same day I had a hydrofacial that was supposed to last 60 minutes, but I was out of there in less than 40. The therapist did a sloppy, careless job on my facial. When I pointed out the blackheads still on my nose, she dismissed them as hair. I easily removed them myself, which proves how poorly she handled the treatment. After she slapped on some moisturizer, I left with my nose red, irritated, and still covered in blackheads. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will never be returning to this clinic again.
