Negative experience: I followed all their instructions for two weeks, today I left work to visit again only to wait 20 minutes and be told by the receptionist, "You just arrived." She must operate on her own time zone I politely asked her how much longer I would need to wait? I explained that I had left work for this appointment and wanted to know whether it was worth waiting or if I should come back later To my surprise, she doesn't care about my story she responded in a strange way: "You just walk in, and the doctor will be here shortly." Infront of their Reception Seems no one has the right to manage his own time Finally saw the doctor… who did absolutely nothing. Just told me to see a gum specialist and get an X-ray ‍♂️ Total waste of time

Negative experience: Im not happy with the result I regret paying 600dirham for 2ml hyaloronidase i had only small filler left on my face that needs to be dissolve the doctor checked my face and she said theirs only few left and i need 2ml to dissolve it After 2 weeks i came back for a follow up check up and she said their is nothing left but my face are still not fair and i can feel their is still filler i went to another clinic and the doctor said their is still filler left but few she injected hyaloronidase again and im happy with the result now i can my face is fair and went back to normal.

Negative experience: 2024 Update — Changing from 5 Stars to 1 After Almost a Decade as a Happy Customer I purchased several service packages from Prestige Polyclinic in 2021, but my recent experience with their communication and service has been deeply disappointing. In December 2021, I was informed that I couldn’t continue treatments due to my pregnancy. Despite this, no alternative safe treatments were offered, nor was a refund suggested. Since then, every time I attempted to book, I was met with unavailability, lack of follow-up, or vague responses like “we need to check with accounts” due to a system change. Three years later, I’ve now been informed for the first time that my package expired after one year. Shockingly, they now claim they can’t find my information in their system, though I still receive marketing communications from them. Had I been aware of this expiration policy at the time, I would have pursued a refund as soon as I had to pause my treatments. I believe the non-disclosure of package terms breaches UAE consumer rights, which require transparency in informing clients of key policies. While I respect businesses having policies, clear communication and proactive support are essential. I hope Prestige Polyclinic reconsiders how they handle such cases to ensure clients are treated fairly, particularly when circumstances beyond their control impact service access. Previous Review: Great service & very professional staff. Recommend for microdermabrasion and laser hair removal.
