Fantastic experience: It was my first time and I was referred by a friend to do a beard laser and the technician name is Kenneth, she is definitely amazing. Asked about my skin care routine and gave me tips! If you gentlemen have a beard line to do. Please ask for her! Very satisfied!

Positive experience: Dr Radwa did my lip fillers and I honestly love the result, it’s been almost a month with both touch ups done already and so far it looks great, hoping it stays long. Would definitely recommend doing your lip fillers with her.

Negative experience: ⚠️ WARNING: Avoid This Dental Clinic – A Painful and Costly Experience ⚠️ I want to raise awareness and share my personal experience to warn others. Please do NOT go to this dental clinic — it will be a waste of your time, effort, and most of all, your money. November 21, 2024 I went in for a consultation regarding a crown bridge. I paid for the treatment on the same day. November 26, 2024 They began the procedure and promised the unit would be ready in a week. What followed was nearly two months of pain while I was left in a temporary crown, constantly being told the lab had issues or the machine was broken. January 24, 2025 They finally installed the crown. I was deeply disappointed and unsatisfied with the result — the style, fit, and everything felt wrong. After being in pain for two months, I just wanted it to be over. But things only got worse. Around April 2025 I began feeling sensitivity to cold water. I noticed the crown was loose and not properly installed. It felt like it was separating from my natural tooth. My husband and I returned to the main branch to request a refund — at least partial — due to the pain and poor service. I made it clear I no longer wanted treatment from them. But they refused, claiming I signed a “no refund” form. I asked to see what I signed — they could not show me anything. I supposed to meet the owner but only the manager showed up kept questioning why i only came back after a few months. I explained the trauma and pain I endured, and they showed no empathy. They offered only to redo the work — not a refund. I have now decided to file a formal case against the clinic. PLEASE do not fall into the same trap. Find a dental clinic that prioritizes your health and well-being, not just profits and advertisements. No one deserves to suffer physically, emotionally, and financially from such neglect.

Negative experience: I really question the authenticity of the Candella laser devices they use! I did more than 20 laser sessions approx and no result .. i dont have hormonal imbalance.. i previously went to another clinic which in 3 sessions i found VEEERY excellent results.. i just changed to Bella rose because that clinic missed lots of places on my body… now even here they keep missing lots of my body parts. Also my favorite talented technicians keep leaving leading to delay in my sessions. This is my last package that I regret.

Negative experience: I have done the Botox and filler in this clinic but I did not get any result it was like water injection.I am not satisfied at all and I will not visit it again for both Botox and filler

Negative experience: I did hair transplant in july 2023 and they mentioned result well be after 4 months and than when I visited them again after 6 month they said full results will be after 1 year and last month when I visited I couldn't find old staff and new lady doctor said u have to do re-transplantation I was really shocked bcz they had given wrong information in beginning and now they will not treat as they were treating in the begin stage, I cant recommend them bcz I m not satisfy as they promised. Here, with Dr. Ahmed, he was with me feom the beginning, with the proper and right treatments needed, was able to solve my issues. I had veneers and dental bridges done, and the Dr have walked me through every step, explaining everything and what is expected. The end result waa beyond what I have imagined! Negative experience: I did 1/2 year ago hair transplant at Bella rose medical center at al mamzer branch. I have worst result. The doctor they are unprofessional. My surgery it takes only 5 hrs which is other professional clinic it takes 9 hrs to 2 days. I don't advice any one have plans to do hair transplant .pls don't go Bella rose medical center. Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the clinic recently with my teeth as i did restoration . During my visit on ], I was not only overcharged but also left without a proper resolution to my concern. The additional charges that were imposed without any prior notice or explanation were highly unfair and unacceptable.As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty in all financial transactions. It is disappointing to encounter such unethical practices at the establishment. I called them and asked them for the price of the service and i was surprised that they overcharged me at the end of the process and they’re scammers i dont advice you to go there at all . All they do it just taking money without any explanation.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and alarming experience at Bella Rose Medical Center, Mamzar/Jumeira, Dubai, UAE, where I had scheduled a hair transplant procedure. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the severe lack of professionalism and care at this clinic. First and foremost, the procedure was initiated without the presence of a doctor. This is a fundamental breach of medical ethics and safety protocols. They did not check my blood pressure, heart rate, or perform any of the essential pre-procedure assessments that are standard in such medical treatments. When I inquired about the absence of these critical checks, the staff casually mentioned that the doctor was on leave and dismissed my concerns. The clinic's focus seems to be solely on making money rather than ensuring the well-being of their patients. Their response to my query about starting the procedure without a doctor was shockingly nonchalant: they said they would call me once the doctor returned. This level of disregard for patient safety is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I strongly advise anyone considering a hair transplant to steer clear of Bella Rose Medical Center, Mamzar/Jumeira, Dubai, UAE. Their operations are not only unprofessional but also pose serious health risks. Patients deserve to be treated with care and respect, not as mere sources of revenue. This experience has left me with significant doubts about the clinic's competence and commitment to patient safety. Avoid this place at all costs.

Negative experience: ATTENTION PLEASE !!! I regret to say that I cannot recommend Bella Rose Medical Center based on my experience. I underwent a hair transplant a year ago followed by nine PRP treatments, but unfortunately, I did not achieve the expected results. Moreover, scheduling follow-up appointments has been incredibly frustrating due to difficulties in getting appointments. I've attached photos of my hair's current condition for reference.

Positive experience: I agree with the appointment delay reviews in terms of the timing, I’ve been using their services from almost a year and I haven’t had an issue, the only issue is the appointment delays, I’d come to the appointment early or on time and at times they’d keep me waiting for 40+ min if not an hour… our time should be valued to some extent..

Negative experience: I recently visited for an appointment and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite arriving earlier than my scheduled appointment time, I was left waiting well past the appointed hour. This delay was frustrating, as I had made an effort to arrive early, expecting to be seen promptly. What made the situation worse was that the clinic took other patients who did not have appointments before those who had already scheduled appointments. This lack of organization and prioritization is very concerning. Additionally, there were only one or two nurses available to perform laser treatments, which further contributed to the delay. The only issue I had was with the timing—I don't like to wait a lot. I hope can address these issues to ensure better service for future patients.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know about the rest of the service but I will share my experience with Dr. Mohamed Kanso, who latterly saved me from a really bad concussion after I was diagnosed with CKD5 and I find out that I don’t have enough bones in my mouth to carry out any teeth implant and while I tried many other doctors and I mean it many other doctors but yet he could through his experience to figure out how to get two implants (not even one ) to succeed and now thankfully for him now I am able to eat again after one and half year with no molars at all in both sides. Honestly, thank you so much and I advise anyone who is looking to place some implants which is affordable, great quality and he wants to have a trustful hand; to use Dr. Kanso service (5* Rating) I wouldn’t also forget to thank the great team behind the scene Mohamed Jeradia- Operation Khalil - Back office support Both for the amazing management and professionalism. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this Clinic. The staff was unprofessional and in a hurry just to finish their work anyhow not even caring whether the customer is comfortable or not as if they're doing the service free of cost. I would not recommend this place to anyone for Laser. May be other sections are good but Laser Section is simply Terrible.

Positive experience: I give the center 3 stars for hair transplantation, because I didn’t try any other services, so far the results are good but not as expected I wrote before that “ I will follow up according to the results by keeping the five stars or changing that according to the results.” Sister "Asifa" takes care of you and follows up on cases, appointments, and arrangements for each ‏surgery. The doctors follow up the cases during the operation and observe the clients throughout their presence. All the workers in the center are calm, patient and friendly. I did 2 sessions the second one without any results, my mistake that I followed the owner advice to do my surgery for 2 sessions I think to pay more and when I did that and pay close to double cost I regretted that I trusted his words.

Communication via WhatsApp is also inefficient, often taking up to 12 hours to receive a response, if any. As a result of these issues, my treatment has been prolonged by over two months.
