Although they were a bit nervous at first, she quickly made them feel calm and comfortable. The clinic even has a play area for children, which made the visit enjoyable for them. Once in the dentist room, we were welcomed into a fantastic room decorated in a space theme. The dentist and the nurse was very attentive to my boys. Negative experience: It’s disappointing that a clinic specializing in pediatric care doesn’t respect the time and effort parents invest, especially on a weekend. This lack of professionalism not only affected our schedule but also caused unnecessary stress for our family. We chose Apollonia expecting quality service and reliability, but unfortunately, our experience suggests otherwise. I hope the management seriously considers improving internal communication, appointment accuracy, and customer service training to avoid such incidents in the future. And please don't reply with a packaged response unless you want to reimburse me for my time going, waiting and coming back Home. Took me 1h30 min.

Negative experience: The dentist was friendly but the scheduling and reception are such a mess that it is not worth it. Delayed more than an hour, there is no kids play area for younger kids, not even a water dispenser. The front desk staff can’t give any answers and are not proactive. Whatsapp number also does not reply.

Negative experience: They cancelled my morning appointment the night before and asked me over a text to call to reschedule - like it’s my responsibility to call them and fix my appointment because they cancelled it. I understand emergencies and changes but they can’t even do a decent job of calling and offering to move the appointment. They lost us as a customer and quite frankly, there’s a lot of other clinics out there! We won’t be running out of choices!

Negative experience: If I can give them even less 1 star .. I will definitely do ! My appointment was 7 pm .. I called call centre 6:50 I mentioned that u will be late as I'm coming from AJMAN and the road is so traffic.. the customer service agent answered its okay Take Your Time .. I didn't give anywhere in Ajman .. and I drive with my son all the way to Dubai ... When I reached(7:30) the door was open .. lights ON BUT NOBODY THERE .. we called the call centre .. they said sorry we are closing by 07:30 Why didn't the call centre agent tell me however we were talking 30 minutes ago and ge said take ur time .. at least if I know I will go back to ajman to check any doctor there .. Right NOW I just reached home .. I stucked in the traffic again on the way back N the pain in killing my son n no doctors available now because of those people DON'T FOLLOW THE SHOW WHICH THEY ARE DOING THEY WON'T CARE ABOUT U .. THEY WON'T CARE ABOUT UR KIDS ..

Fantastic experience: This place and Dr’s are amazing! They make everything super easy and smooth, from parking to checking in and most importantly the professionalism of the Dentists. Thought process to improve client experience shows, they have a gaming area which helps distract the kids. We have also been huge fans of Dr Elias who understands how to deal with paediatric patients and is actually quite talented. He has resolved issues other clinics also well known made complicated.

Which dentists clinic has an area with video games and themed rooms with plants sticking out of the walls? Afterwards he played a while and I suspect he will look forward to coming again. For young neurodivergent patients, I recommend a visit. From the receptionist to the attending dentist and nurse, the care and consideration shown made us book our second appointment in four weeks.
