We assure you our nurses are well capable and are handling several patients in a day, however your case might have been more difficult as possibly you are fasting or weak as these are Ramadan times and the veins could be more difficult to get. we assure you our staff and healthcare workers are doing their best to provide their best to all patients and this is a rare scenario that we will definitely strive to avoid. As a part of doing some goodwill offers in Ramadan we announced the 51 Aed package for 51 tests which received an unexpected and exceptionally good response from the community, and we are happy we could serve as many customers as possible to evaluate their health needs as the most minimum rate possible and we received good feedback but this increased patients requesting for this test was the reason for the unexpected delay.
