Positive experience: They offere complete health packages for men & women which is good. Clinic is new and well equipped. They need to work on nurses behaviour & patient handling way. Nurse who assisted me was taking my blood sample and at the same time she was on call training briefing after her leave and forgot to take blood sample of my husband as her focus was on training, resulted us to wait long. Staff at counter was alone and burdened with non stop calls, Walk in patients and file registration hence he did not explain well about the package terms & conditions. Overall it was good experience. My feedback is just to improve the standard and quality of your service. Limited street car parking outside & entrance of clinic is from the entrance of supermarket.

Negative experience: Came to the clinic with a cut in the finger. . My finger was still bleeding and after 20 minutes of discussion they informed that the doctors are internal medicine and over qualified to consult and prescribe dressing. Immediately left the spot and went to a nearby clinic of a different brand and got it dressed. This is a primary care and if a patient comes with a wound they don't have the facility to treat.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a blood test. They have the best packages. One of the staff members at the reception desk, Mr. Ansar, explained everything very well. He is very professional, and the nursing team is also very professional. During phlebotomy, it was so smooth that I didn't even feel the syringe being inserted. The nurses are very helpful. They cleared my doubts without any hesitation. I took the 249 package, which covers almost everything. They also offered a free specialist consultation.

Negative experience: Fully Unorganized!!! I went for my cholesterol level checkup, they did all the checkup except cholesterol. They didnt provide the report or they didn't contact me even 3 days after the sample collection as report will be ready in 1 day. After 3 days, i contacted them then only they provided report. Then i found that cholesterol test is not done. Iam truly disappointed and won't visit again.

Negative experience: Their offer is fake. Dr. Noora Latheef was my dentist. She is a very moody person and treated me as if I were receiving her treatment for free. She was tricking me into buying the higher package. I said no to it, I informed the manager and The manager overheard me and promised me that he would inform the management. Negative experience: Really disappointed with my visit to the dentist at Life Medical Center Al Warqa dated 1 November 2024. To begin with, I had called on 1 November at 11:07am to book an appointment for the same day at 5:30pm which was confirmed by the lady who answered the call, however when I reached, the receptionist said that I had booked my appointment for 8 November 2024 at 5:30am (which is clearly the mistake of the lady who had initially booked the appointment as why would I call 1 week in advance to book my appointment when I was having pain and discomfort in my tooth on the same day. The same can also be confirmed if the call was recorded for quality assurance). I then checked the message sent to my number and it was really booked for the 8th of November. Anyways, after the patients with appointments were done and after a wait of more than 45 minutes, they allowed me to see the doctor but as a walk-in patient, and upon entering the doctor’s room after asking regarding the issue she said that she would only be consulting and if any procedure is required it would be done with an appointment. The doctor was really in a rush and was even telling her male nurse to hurry up as she must leave. I can understand that I was considered a walk-in patient even when it was a mistake from the center’s side, however this sort of treatment is unacceptable to a patient who is already distressed. Either I should have been checked patiently or they should have just apologized and given me an appointment for the next day without over burdening the dentist. I have been to the center many times and have not faced any issues however this was really a bad experience and would urge the management to improve the quality and standard. In addition, I would also recommend anyone with dental issues to visit another clinic for a better service as there are multiple options within Al Warqa. Can visit here for other specialitis, as long as such a mistake is not repeated.

Positive experience: I did the 99 polishing and cleaning dental package with Dr. Noora at the Alwarqaa branch. I have sensitive teeth, however, the cleaning process went smoothly and I have not felt any discomfort. The only downside was that the stains were not removed completely (the plaque was removed properly) but that was mentioned by the doctor beforehand (sh we advised that for proper stains removing I better get the deep cleaning package for 300 AED), I would’ve gave the 5 stars if this information was mentioned prior to booking and purchasing the package. Positive experience: Visited Life clinic, Al Warqa 1 (ALL DAY SUPERMRKT) for severe abdominal pain on 26th Aug, saw Dr. Shafna and she was very kind and knowledgeable and she very efficiently diagnosed the issue and suggested ultra sound and few other tests and recommended me to Dr.Gayatri Raje who did the ultrasound. Dr.Raje was very thourough and professional in her assessments. And the nurse, Reshma was also very helpful as well. She was busy with the high patient flow but she was managing so many irrate and calm patients together with a smile on her face. Negative experience: Had a pleasant consultation with Dr. Samer Adnan who provided detailed advice on my reports. He is experienced and deserves a 5-star rating. Despite this positive experience, other aspects led to a lower overall rating. One issue was the unhealthy dynamic between reception staff and nurses, creating a negative atmosphere for patients. Additionally, the long waiting time—waiting over an hour despite having an appointment—was due to the lack of an efficient token system for calling patients for consultations. This feedback is intended to improve the patient experience at Life Medical Center.
