Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this clinic regarding their Botox services. I specifically asked for Dysport, and the Dr told me she was using a “whole 100-unit vial” As someone who has done Dysport before and knows the product, I later confirmed that Dysport does not come in 100 unit vials only 300 or 500 units. This raised serious doubts about whether the product used was actually Dysport at all If you’re paying for a premium product at this price you deserve transparency and honesty. Always ask to see the vial before your treatment and know how many units is needed for the area you want to treat. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that honesty or clarity were prioritized here. Would not return.

Fantastic experience: Enfield Royal Clinic was the best place to go for my nose surgery because the people were absolutely welcoming and wonderful, they always attended to any worries we had and answered our concerns with so much care. Specifically Rita and Dr. Ahmed Naji, They were so helpful and kind, willing to help whenever we needed clarity on certain things and remain committed to giving me the best results only for my nose. I am so happy with the end result of my surgery as it is exactly what I wanted & they made sure of that. The process was extremely smooth and easy going, I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone interested in aesthetics procedures.

Positive experience: Excellent clinic. I had PRP hair treatment done here with Dr. Mahmoud I’m so happy with my treatment so far, he is professional and made me feel very comfortable. Negative experience: My experience has been terrible (ended up spending a lot of money AED13,000/- and no results/change). I went for consultation with Dr.Mahmoud on January as my skin especially face had became developing a dark pigmentation.Dr.Mahmoud recommended I do pico laser on my face, skin peeling on my hands & thighs, and centrium IV drip (skin glow), 6 sessions. The peeling was very irritating to my thighs as it caused a lot of friction and bleeding. The IV drip recommendation was also wrong as I wasn’t looking for a glow but rather skin brightening..It was only after the 6 sessions that Mahmoud recommended 4 sessions of glutathione. This is my personal experience and HONEST review.If you’re going to the clinic make sure you know what need to be done to you or else you can consult from other clinics which understand and also good value for your money otherwise you will end up spending and no results/ damage

Negative experience: I waited there for over 30 minutes. No one acknowledged or responded to how long it will take I was told that the dr. is finishing another consultation. So why was I booked at the same time as someone else?! I wasted my 30 minutes there and planned my day around today’s appointment. Its super sad that you guys don’t respect your clients.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this clinic at all. Better go somewhere else. First of all, during consultation, I asked how many treatment I will need for the treatment. Dr. said just 2 but nothing happened at all. Not even single changes or improvements happen. Totally waste of money. So, better try somewhere else.

Negative experience: This clinic was my ‘go to’ one for laser hair removal and other treatments since they first began in Barsha back in the day. However, I have to now mention that their service and coordination has gone from bad to worse in the recent past - repeated calls and messages asking for the same information, continuously required to clarify and correct the members - their appointment system has issues because of ‘system failure’ repeatedly. I also want to mention that I’ve had a lip laser that my lip had scar after the treatment which has never happened before, perhaps since the practitioner has changed as old members no longer work here. I even have given my feedback regarding the service to the reception team, to which they respond with absolutely 0 customer service skills. I’d recommend to check the clinic out next door or choose wisely before wasting your time and energy with Enfield RC. This place used to be managed well with experienced staff - now it’s exactly the opposite so I’d think twice before visiting.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I had an appointment booked and informed the clinic that I was running a bit late. When I arrived, they made me wait at reception for 15 minutes, only to tell me that they had given my appointment to someone else. I was told to wait 20 minutes until the other client finished. That turned into one full hour of waiting, with the receptionist repeatedly telling me “just 5 more minutes.” In the end, I left without even seeing the doctor. What’s worse is the way the situation was handled — the reception staff blamed me for being late and said their call center hadn’t informed them, as if that justifies giving my slot away and making me wait indefinitely. No accountability. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time.

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Enfield Royal Clinic Dubai, where I underwent tattoo removal, fractional laser treatment, and derma pen treatments. Each treatment with three sessions. Initially, the clinic seemed promising, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. Midway through my treatments, I had to fly back home due to an emergency and informed the clinic via WhatsApp, which they acknowledged. However, when I requested a full invoice for accounting purposes, I faced significant delays and received an incorrect invoice after 6 days despite multiple follow-ups. (Since 28th of May 2025) To make matters worse, I suffered an injury during the last treatment, I never said a word while doctor also acknowledged it because I didn’t wanted to be complicated and I’ve shared that after, which went unaddressed. The clinic's scheduling system is flawed, with overbooking leading to delays, and their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I suspect that the clinic's tactic of asking patients to write reviews after the first session might be the reason for the positive reviews, as I didn't fall for this and waited to see how my experience would unfold. Here I’m today, writing with my real experience! I've requested to be charged only for completed treatments, refund the rest, and remove my credit card from their system, but they've ignored my messages. Given their unprofessional behavior and incorrect invoicing, I might end up taking legal action to resolve the matter, and I'll take further action if they charge me again despite my request to release my card. My results were disappointing, with increased visibility and discoloration. I strongly advise against choosing this clinic for your treatments, as their business practices are questionable, and trust is paramount in any medical procedure. Enfield Royal Clinic Dubai is not worth your money, and I won't recommend them to anyone. Choose wisely and prioritize your trust in the clinic you choose!

Negative experience: Update: It's been 2 weeks since my last laser removal and I have clear signs of laser burns and potentially scarring. My tattoos are infected and I have deep skin excavation. Redness, spreading rash and yellow/green discharge. NO ONE has bothered to contact me following this review, Reda (the manager, I was told) hasn't responded to my email, and the staff at the clinic who are very well aware of my complaints haven't bothered to do anything to escalate my concerns to anyone! --- I started going to this clinic in December 2024 for laser tattoo removal, hoping to have multiple tattoos removed before my wedding in September. During my initial consultation, Dr. Nabaa assured me this could be done in four sessions and even told me one tattoo (which was already very faded from previous treatments at another clinic) would be gone in one single session. Based on that, I paid for the full four-session package upfront. Immediately after my consultation, Dr. Nabaa told me she would start my treatment after 20 mins of numbing cream but then kept me waiting for almost 1.5 hours. The long waiting time happened again at my second session. After two sessions, there was barely any fading in any of the tattoos, including the one that was already extremely light. When I raised my concerns, I was brushed off with generic explanations like “some tattoos take longer” despite previously seeing great results elsewhere with the same tattoo. For my third session, I was booked with Dr. Sannia as Dr. Nabaa wasn’t available. Again, I waited a long time, raised my concerns, and again saw virtually no improvement. When I tried to book my fourth (and final) session, I requested either Dr. Nabaa or Dr. Sannia, but was told neither was available. I was booked with Dr. Mahmoud instead. By this point, I had been treated by three different doctors, none of whom seemed familiar with my case or progress. No one had taken progress photos, and they asked me if they could take photos and asked me to fill out medical history forms again, even though I had already done that in December. When I complained about the lack of care they tried to comfort me by saying that Dr. Mahmoud was better than the other doctors and that patients always experience better results when treated by him. Such a bizarre and unprofessional statement. There was also another bizzare incident after my second session. I received a call from the clinic telling me the doctor was unavailable and that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I agreed, said I would call back to book another appointment - and then the next day, I got a call accusing me of not showing up to the appointment (that they had cancelled). I also discovered that the clinic does not use PicoSure laser, even though I had asked for it specifically during my consultation. Dr. Nabaa led me to believe they did, and only during my final session did someone admit they use a different Pico technology because PicoSure is “more expensive.” Not only is this dishonest, but it’s completely inappropriate to make assumptions about a patient’s budget without offering transparent options. After all this, the clinic offered me a fifth session for free. I declined because these sessions are painful, time-consuming, and I’ve seen almost no results. What was supposed to be a well-planned process leading up to my wedding has become a frustrating, expensive, and disappointing experience. While I understand that tattoo removal is complex and depends on many factors, you cannot convince me that it's normal that I after 4 sessions haven't even seen 25% improvement! I do not recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Disappointed!!! I did morpheus for my face there’s no good result nothing changed same ! The consultation with doctor Sania was super short conversation not even 5 minutes, no proper explanation nothing! I checked instagram page was expecting very good clinic, but unfortunately nothing. Negative experience: Worst clinic in Dubai. I have scar treatment with Dr.Nabaa. Scars treatment and she recommend peeling to me I mentioned that I have only one month. If they can’t treat they can openly tell me that they cannot because consultations fees is 100 AED. And also my arm skin becomes very dark and my hand get more scars I really regret that I wasted 2300 AED from their clinic. Very expensive Doctor didn’t explain properly about side effects and consequences. When I complained them they rescheduled me with Dr. Nabaa but I can’t trust them anymore. Worst experience in my life I can’t believe anymore clinic in my life because of them. They just want money from you.

The post surgery service is 10/10 as they wont leave you until you are 100% done. Staff and everyone inside the centre is friendly and helpfull. A well recommended clinic.

Negative experience: I had masater Botox done with Dr. Sannia and it migrated and effected my smile. The doctor gaslit me as a response by saying my smile is normal when it is very clear it is not. I will not be letting it go, and do not want to publicize my photos, but feel free to contact me if you want to see photos.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the clinic and Dr Mahmoud for several years now. I regularly get told I look much younger than I am. He is very attentive and listens to you - never does too much and I always recommend him to others

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the waiting time even after booking appointment weeks in advance. I always have to wait 30 - 40 minutes before proceeding for the sessions. And upon inquiring at the reception, they don't accept their mistake rather put it on you that it's your fault you booked an appointment on the weekend when they are always double booked. The management should realise that the high prices we pay for the packages also include the customer experience which is very poor at Enfield Royal Clinic.
