The reception team was welcoming and efficient, and I really appreciated the smooth check-in process. A heartfelt thank you to the Radiology Department for their expertise and care during the scan. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from scalp allergy and dandruff for years. My condition gotten worse and my hair started to fall and it gotbso bad that i considered hair transplant! . I had a consultation with the Brilliant and lovely Dr Nuha Nossar, who prescribed Salibet cream and advised me to use it for a week. I did have an outstanding results, within few days the itchy feeling completely gone. And for the first time in years, I don't have dandruff. Negative experience: I visited to do my 2nd dose of iron infusion, the nurse Murdula made a terrible mistake and make my arm swollen and iron sweap into my skin. At the beginning I thought its nothing and its only bruises. But month after month the bruise turn to black. I showed their IM , he ignored and said go to dermatologist. Then I made a compalin to their center, their dermatologist in cold blood lied to my face to cover the nurse medical error. She said i developed an iron allergic reaction and call it Fixed drug irrubtion and gave me whitening cream and free laser whitening session!!!!! My arm is stained with black dark mark forever because of their incompetent nurse. Instead of telling me the truth and applogies, they cover up thinking me iam stupid patient and i will not get a second opinion. Such a shame. I will never return , this time black mark,next time what they will do

What stood out the most was their ability to manage a busy reception area Despite the number of patients and inquiries, they were attentive to everyone, answering questions patiently and providing clear directions.

Positive experience: I had an overall great experience at [RMC]. The staff is incredibly professional, the doctors are knowledgeable and attentive, and the clinic itself is clean and welcoming. Every visit feels thorough, and they take the time to address all concerns, which I really appreciate. However, the one downside that stood out is the pharmacy wait time. After every appointment, the wait to pick up prescriptions is noticeably long. It can be frustrating, especially after a smooth and quick consultation. If they could improve the efficiency of their pharmacy, this clinic would easily earn a full 5 stars. That said, I would still highly recommend [RMC] for the excellent care they provide—just be prepared for a wait when it comes to filling your prescriptions.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and disappointing experience. Drove 30 km in 44°C heat for my 2:30 pm appointment, paid 800 AED for my newborn's circumcision. The doctor arrived after 3 pm and informed us that the procedure couldn't be performed because of a scheduled power cut in the surgery room. moreover they as to rescheduled for Wednesday. Completely unacceptable.
