Fantastic experience: The doctor Mr. Sanjay Madan explained the cause and necessary precautions very clearly. He also suggested the right treatment. Now, I'm feeling much better, and my reports have returned to normal.

Negative experience: Pathetic service.Need to wait at least 1 hour even after appointment.They need to try to manage patients and improve the service.

Negative experience: Was always my go to clinic however recently felt too much waiting time, support staff is not giving priority to appointments. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended clinic. Great staff and Dr. Dhairy is the best Opthalmologist. He check my eyes patiently and prescribe me drops to cure the scratch in my left eye. During the 1st week or 2 weeks my eyes conditioned is monitored by him and steps by steps explain clearly for applications of medicine. I also had a 2 or more visits to check again the condition of my eyes. Thanks for Dr. Dhairy the scratch is gone and as per advised to continue the drops and to go back next month for him to check again. Great experience and highly recommended best Doctor Opthalmologist.

Fantastic experience: My mom and I always gone to Dr. Shobha, Dr. Srinivas & Dr. Anil and I would like to say they’re very competent, great doctors. My mom and I have been going to Dr. Anil ever since I was 7 or 8 and we still do - always feel super comfortable around the Dr. and I know that he really cares for our health. Dr. Shobha saved my mother’s life when she had an autoimmune condition and was always there to support her either medically or emotionally. Dr. Srinivas also helped with my mom’s health, and helped regulate her potassium sodium levels when they were completely out of sync. We will continue to come here, and definitely to these 3 Drs. And, the nurses too are very competent, and there’s one lady who does the blood tests, who’s very kind and knows what she is doing!

Fantastic experience: Have visited Dr. Parikh couple of times for my eye issues. Even my wife has also consulted him for her eye problem. No hesitation to mention that he is a wonderful doctor. He makes patients so comfortable that they feel the issue is very small. His prescribed medications works very fast and help in speedy recovery. God bless him Thank you doc.

Fantastic experience: I have been consulting Dr. Sanjay Madan and am very satisfied with his deep sincerity towards his patients. I'm also pleased to finally see a doctor whose diagnosis is not limited by a postgraduate specialisation. Most other doctors seem to be stuck in whatever they have done their PG in, that it seems like the onus is on the patient to guess which specialist to visit.

Negative experience: Dubai Health Authority - Please take note: Horrible experience. Medical centre can’t be trusted. After taking an appointment a week before with Dr. Syed, was made to wait for 20 mins. Then was told there are 2 more patients in queue and we don’t know how long it will take? In the medical world of Dubai, with doctors left right and center, this was pathetic of the doctor and the medical center to treat their patients as such. If a previous patient is late, they should be cancelled immediately (how it works at Aster, and other leading clinics)

Fantastic experience: I’ve know Dr Sanjay Madan for over 15 years. He never over medicates and prefers to solve problems related to ortho and general health through lifestyle advise which I have found to be very sound and beneficial to me. He is a graduate from AIIMS one of the world renowned institutions for medicine. His medications are also excellent in terms of treatment.

Negative experience: I feel compelled to leave a terrible review for the administration of Unicare for their night nanny services. Let me elaborate. I had a night nanny assigned with them consistently for 2 nights over 8 months. My baby is comfortable with her and we have a routine set with her. Recently, I was informed that my night nanny has been assigned to another client for a full year and Unicare will be sending me replacement. This communication comes on a whatsapp message without any prior discussion. When I call the administration, there is no response to my calls. No one picks up. Instead, I keep receiving excuses on WhatsApp from the administration. The whole experience has been highly unprofessional which is really disappointing considering we are dealing with babies here.

Negative experience: Always a bad experience with appointment bookings. The doctors don't seem to follow their official work timings. I am always confirmed an appointment time and receive a call later asking me to take a later or next day appointment because 'doctor wants to leave early'.

Dr.Akash -Specialist Pediatric Dentist - was calm, made us at ease, explained in detail the issues and procedures. My daughter enjoyed her first dental experience and the procedures went along smooth. Thank you nurse Ashwini as well.

Negative experience: Doctors are really good but the facility does not know how to treat the patients. We had an appointment for 6PM and had to wait 2 hours to get the blood test done just because the nurse wasn’t there, if there is no staff then don’t tell us to wait in the first place, very non-serious and non-professional attitude.

Positive experience: The staff demonstrated both friendliness and proficiency, ensuring efficient service despite a high volume of customers.

Negative experience: Call centre does not redirect emergency medicine cases to a hospital but instead tells them to visit GP and then, after patient wastes valuable time at the UniCare Reception, they realize their mistake and redirect patient to hospital. Completely unprofessional and inhuman on the call-centre staff part - you need to train them better. I lost 1.5 hrs of my day and if the treatment was delayed further it may have impacted me more severely. Pls train your staff better to redirect to Hospital instead of booking with your Doctor or consult Doctor immediately and clarify rather than waiting for 2 hrs or so!

Positive experience: I booked a nanny service with UniCare Medical through ServiceMarket for New Year’s Eve (December 31st), and it turned into a complete disaster. The nanny never showed up. I called their office at 4:30 PM, and a lady assured me she’d check on the situation since the nanny was already 30 minutes late. After that, they vanished—no follow-up, no solution, nothing. We had a non-refundable New Year’s Eve dinner booked, and thanks to their negligence, we couldn’t even go. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to their clients. If you value your time and peace of mind, avoid UniCare Medical at all costs. I wouldn’t trust them to manage anything, let alone something as important as childcare! EDIT: They did get in touch with me and offered a complimentary nanny service, which was really appreciated. However, they still managed to ruin an important night like New Year’s. While they do have good caregivers, the mismanagement on such a significant occasion was disappointing.

Negative experience: Hopeless experience! The team managing scheduling (front staff) requires a significant upgrade in their training. As it was reflected upon us that the staff doesn’t respect patient’s time and doesn’t consider providing accurate information a priority.

Negative experience: I requested for medical report since 2 days from my OB gynecologist but the staff doesn’t know what medical report is. FYI. Ultrasound report is different from medical report. They cannot provide the simple report you require and they kept promising to call back and no one called back. Sigh why i let myself rely on this clinic.

Negative experience: Have no idea how to manage the queue. They should have a token machine installed to manage queue. Even small clinics have this arrangement. If i need to wait for 30 mins for registration, then this is seriously below any standards across the country. Very shitty queue management. Its just that they have amazing doctors on board. Please work on your queue management and registration process

Negative experience: I recently went to UNICARE and had the most inhuman experience. My body was shivering and had terrible cough. I gave my Emirates ID to the receptionist and he said my insurance is not covered here. I told him I regularly come here and I’m registered here but still he was not ready to do more checks and started raising his voice that I have to leave. I felt so embarrassed and insulted. So I went to another clinic and got the treatment done by just showing my Emirates ID. Somehow I managed to get the insurance card and just to show this receptionist that I was telling the truth I went back to UNICARE. When I went to complain about him I was told that that is his way of talking. May be the doctors are good there but to get to them if we have to go through these people who are not at all helpful to do more checks then what’s the use. Be kind specially at clinics people don’t come here willingly.

Fantastic experience: I visited Unicare with my daughter to see Dr. Deepak Gandhi. We’ve been consulting him since her birth, and I can confidently say he’s excellent at what he does. He listens patiently, explains the root cause of issues, and refrains from prescribing unnecessary medication. He’s always accessible for any follow-up queries. Additionally, the floor in-charge, Grishma, is incredibly helpful and efficiently directs you to the appropriate team.

Negative experience: I will never recommend Dr. Deepak Gandhi for baby consultation. I visited the clinic to meet doctor for my new born baby of 30 days old for consultation as he was not feeling well and the doctor was so hurry to take another baby patient eagerly by informing that I have more other patient line up just join watsapp group the queries will be resolved. Furthermore, he was promoting his watsapp groups to the new moms rather then clearing the questions by stating the questions will be responded in the group. So unrealistic. Don’t visit this doctor for baby consultation who is promoting watsapp groups at Unicare Burjuman.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. Got treatment came back n got a call that one injection was not covered. While insurance told it should be covered with proper diagnosis they repeatedly called over days forcing to pay for something which we were not informed before. The tone of person calling n was v rude and unprofessional. Simliar reviews from other before.

Positive experience: I am happy with Dr. Antonio Fabian’s service and Ms. Disha. However, I was so disappointed with the people sitting at the reception. They were not helpful at all and they only accommodate patients with appointments. I brought my friend with me so she can also see Dr. Fabian but was immediately denied and stated that the doctor will only see 4 patients today, Saturday, June 22. Please note that me and my friend were the only people in front of the male receptionist that time (9AM).
