Negative experience: Please inform patient to take appointment and come kindly keep a board outside. Walking are not entertained, waiting from almost 2 hours for GP and doctor is taking patients as per her convenience which is not fair, for almost 20 mins no patients were called and then suddenly 8 tokens were skipped and another patient was called as per don’t know what. I would seriously recommend you guys to put a board that walkins are not entertained Day by the the service is getting bad and experience is getting the worst the staff is the reception does not even help or support and are really very rude what I feel is entire branch has to be changed as many complaints but no action. Reached at 9 pm and reception guy did not even bothered to check with the doctor wether he will take a patient or not and just asked me to leave and come in morning. Do you guys think someone coming in night will be coming to roam around and enjoy in clinic. What kind of service expectation can someone keep from such a branch Thanks

Fantastic experience: While am going with my brother suddenly he got a pain in his left side. We went to near by clinic first we booked a walk in appointment, by seeing my brothers pain on of the receptionist named Aswathi Noyal did the procedures in fast and the doctor, Mr Azeem came in all of a sudden and taking care of the patient very well . I don't know is it correct to review a medical centre. But i did this for the services which i got from Aster Clinic Al Nahada Dubai... I thank to god for this.

Fantastic experience: Treatments for acne suggested by Dr. Rehna has really improved my daughter Aisha Muhammad’s skin over a period of just 3 months, and I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with acne, irritated skin or uneven skin tone. Fantastic experience: Quite impressed with the service and the doctors too. Met GP Dr. Nazeem and explained the misconception we have with regards to calories intake. Fantastic experience: It was truly a pleasure interacting with the entire team during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, the Front Desk staff(Ms.Aswathi) were welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They handled my check-in smoothly and answered all my questions with a smile. The care I received from the nurses(Anoop& Athulya)was exceptional. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my time there. Their professionalism and compassion were truly appreciated. And finally, the doctor (Nazeem Ahamed)was outstanding. They were thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to address all my concerns. I felt confident in their expertise and appreciated their patient-centered approach. Overall, the dedication and teamwork of the Front Desk staff, nurses, and doctor made for a positive and reassuring experience. I highly recommend this practice!

Negative experience: Booked to appointment today at 08:00 a.m. I reached the clinic at 07:45 a.m., the staff name Vimal, claimed that he tried to call me that the appointment is canceled because the doctor will come at 09:00 a.m. The above staff called me at 07:28a.m. when I will on the way to the clinic therefore I could not pick up my phone. The staff informed that I need to book again myself. In Aster sms also was mentioned that the appointment is confirm at 08:00 a.m. The above staff claimed that the doctor cancel the appointment in the morning (08:00 -09:00) early morning. The Aster staff should contact customer one day ahead if any appointments are cancel or need to be amended. When I went back to clinic, the doctor is still not available at 09:00 a.m. as per the staff. The timing is the issue with this Al Nahda. They want the customer wait in the clinic for more they 1 hour

Negative experience: We are taking service from Aster since decade now but now it’s getting worse, they have there own policies for not taking appointment Next Care PCP insurance first they say it’s from your insurance then saying it’s our policy. If an expected mother go just to see scan reports without appointment she has to sit for 4 hours. Is the a service provided in UAE. We are in the middle so can’t change Gyne as well I would mention DHA to look into this matter. Most of the staff are South Indian and obviously most of the patient if they speak same language they get emergency token and get privilege. Will write to DHA as well 4 hours of waiting just to show report and not taking appointments and giving emergency tokens continuously isn’t acceptable in Aster al Nahda Sharjah 1.

Where we called them to check if the doctor was available they said she will be till 10 PM around 8:30 they said no for consultations. Negative experience: Review: I recently visited Aster Al Nahda and was generally satisfied with the medical care. However, the checkout process at the cashier’s desk was disappointingly slow. After my doctor prescribed the necessary medication, my insurance provider approved it within two minutes—I even received a confirmation notification immediately. Yet, despite having nothing to pay, I had to wait over 15 minutes just to receive the printed prescription. A more efficient system would significantly improve the patient experience, especially for those who do not require any payment processing. I hope the clinic can address this issue to enhance overall service efficiency.

Fantastic experience: We have been visiting this clinic for the past 12 years, and throughout, the admin staff, doctors and nurses have consistently been knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. During our most recent visit for a throat burn, Dr. Shyam Anil Pai quickly understood the issue and provided an accurate diagnosis that brought us much-needed relief. We are especially grateful to Dr. Shyam, who was a lifesaver for our daughter when she accidentally put nuts up her nose. We rushed to several well-known hospitals, but they were hesitant to assist. Dr. Shyam, however, handled the situation with remarkable care and successfully removed the nuts. We truly appreciate the dedication of the staff and doctors, and we wish them continued success.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Shyam Anil Pai (ENT doctor) was extremely disappointing. I had a doubt that there my be ear bud tip cotton stuck in my ear, I walked inn, he spent 10-15 seconds to check and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my ear, he proceeded to perform a cleaning suction which was totally unnecessary and took 30 seconds and charged me 225 AED. He could have simply said that no treatment was needed since there was no problem. This was total lack of empathy and human connect. This was my first negative review for Aster or any doctor in particular. ENT doctors like him spoil the reputation and overall experience of an excellent hospital like Aster. It's appalling—a true daylight robbery. I wish Aster really had visibility to such consultations and take right action It will be interesting to know what ENT doctor wrote in his notes in hospital records to prove he has done a big task or job.
