Fantastic experience: I went to Aster Clinic Muweilah for dressing my severely burned area. The care I received was really good. Negative experience: Very poor customer service at this branch, especially from Emirati staff. Staff were chitchatting and least bothered about patients waiting with tokens taken. They were unaware and not at all informed about insurance procedures. We wasted our time unnecessarily waiting for our turn and had to leave because they could give us no clarity on the procedure.

Negative experience: One of the worst clinic experiences I’ve had in Muweilah. Even with an appointment, expect to wait at least an hour. I went for a follow-up after my blood test — the clinic itself called me to come, yet when I arrived, I had to take a token and wait almost 30 minutes just to reach the reception. Shockingly, after all that waiting, the receptionist informed me that the doctor doesn’t accept walk-ins. If that’s the case, they should clearly display a notice at the entrance or inform patients beforehand. Why waste my time taking a token and waiting? To make it worse, they asked me to take another appointment and come back the next day, even though it was just a follow-up and I needed to review blood test results. This is unacceptable — patients’ time is valuable too. Follow-ups, especially those involving test results and necessary medications, should be given priority. Really disappointing service. The clinic needs to improve its management and communication with patients.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended physiotherapy classes and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The physiotherapist Miss Shimna is knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Negative experience: This clinic used to be a great option for those without insurance, offering affordable care and support to many families. However, over the past two months, they have started charging the full consultation fee for patients without insurance. This change has made it quite difficult for middle-class families who are not covered by insurance. I hope the clinic reconsiders this policy and continues to provide accessible healthcare for all.

Fantastic experience: Recently I visited Aster Clinic Muweilah with the gynaecology department, had an good experience specially with Dr.Dally Maria Davis(Gynaecologist), she’s well experienced and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at Aster Clinic Muweilah, the Ortho Specialist Doctor was not able to identify my scaphoid bone fracture, he just gave general medicine & physiotherapy, after 2 month changed the doctor & clinic and the fracture was discovered & unfortunately it was too late by then and I had to undergo surgery for SNAC Stage 1.

Negative experience: I would like to share my recent experience with Dr. Anjali Rajeevan at your clinic, which left me very disappointed and hurt. I had previously visited Dr. Anjali three times regarding the same health issue for my child. Since I still had some concerns and wanted to avoid unnecessary clinic visits, I requested a callback through your customer care team to clarify whether a follow-up visit was necessary. When Dr. Anjali called me back, she told me that callback requests are only for emergencies, not for asking about a child’s health condition. She did not show any willingness to listen, did not answer my questions properly, and did not clear my doubts. She simply repeated that if I had concerns, I should bring my child to the clinic. As a parent, I was hoping for just a brief, supportive conversation—especially since this was a repeat concern. The way she responded felt dismissive and unempathetic. A good doctor should have good listening skills and a willingness to address patient concerns, even briefly, especially when the parent has already been under her care for the same issue. I understand there may be limits to what can be discussed over the phone, but compassionate communication is key—even if the doctor cannot provide full advice without a visit. This experience was upsetting

Fantastic experience: I recommend aster muweliah as I got the expected and quality service from the clinic. The child specialist waiting is little high is the only concern but the waiting time worth when we met the kids doctor Mr. Sherin. doctor is very good and we will consult him only in future for my kids. Staff Ms. Merlyn is reachable when we faced trouble in waiting and insurance approval. She acted promptly and helped us with fast and easy registration and settlements and noticed she helped many at a time without hesitation.
