Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Visit – Excellent Experience! I visited this dentist for the first time and had an amazing experience. The doctor explained everything to me in detail, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and handled everything very carefully and professionally. I truly appreciate the care and attention given. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I came today to Joy Dental Clinic Burjuman, for a simple teeth cleaning, and I was shocked when they quoted 588 AED! I have insurance, yet I still had to pay 117.60 AED as a 20% co-payment. That co-payment alone is what I’d normally pay for a full cleaning without insurance at other reputable clinics. It feels like they inflated the price just because I have insurance. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Be cautious — it seems they take advantage of insured patients. I will never recommend to my chalhoub colleagues, friends and to my family. Never come back anymore.

My son’s dentist is Dr. Hiba, she is very accommodating and I appreciate her effort for helping out in order to cover with the insurance in regards to the treatment plan that is best for my son. My son, who is 5 years old, had his first 5 teeth filings on the upper jaw, it took roughly for an hour and Dr Hiba was so patient. Although, we have pending treatment plan for 4 more teeth in his lower jaw however, the first treatment plan was a positive experience and it went well.

Negative experience: Very very expensive and over rated, despite the dental service was not perfect at all. 1) Your doctor was not quite sure which tooth was the right one and caused the pain and needs the root canal treatment and she said 3 teeth needed (don’t know how they cane together at the same time) she did one good but for sure i didn’t do the 2nd one because we were not sure if they need or not plus your over priced. 2) 1st time ever to see that root canal cleaning and treatment with AED 1800 and then to re fill it i “need to pay AED 390 on top

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a tooth extraction procedure by Dr Irshad Chaudhary. He did a brilliant job. He answered all my questions patiently and put me at ease. He also explained the procedure from time to time as it went on. The procedure went quite smoothly. I have no significant pain today and no swelling also. Dr Joy’s clinic are very professional people. After the procedure I received a paper explaining the do’s and don’ts and how and when to take the various medicines which Dr Irshad also explained in detail. He also gave me assurance that I can contact him any time in case of a problem or a question. I am totally satisfied by the outcome of the procedure.

Negative experience: Only one word : disappointment You call they inform you that your insurance is applicable in this branch and free consultation then after the consultation the doctor will advise on what needs to be done (canal, filling etc.) I initially booked an appointment and provided my insurance details in advance. The clinic confirmed that my insurance was accepted, and everything was in order. I arrive and they tell me its not free consultation we need to charge you for this and that and not even sure if the insurance will cover and takes so long for the insurance (BUPA) to approve, like its my problem This was completely unacceptable. Had they informed me beforehand, I would not have endured unnecessary pain and wasted my time traveling.
