Fantastic experience: Finally did my wisdom teeth extraction today initially I was adviced to do it under general anesthesia few months ago at the Clinic but I got it under local today by doc Nel Shah. Came in for check up and see if I get booked for extraction under general anesthesia and he said so need that he can extract it the scan was done and I got it removed, I was scared initially about the pain under local anesthesia but all is well and good doc was calm and reassuring and answered all my questions. In under 1hour we were done from doing the scan to extraction and stitching it only took an hour. Glad I finally got it done. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dr. Joy Dental Clinic: Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dr. Joy Dental Clinic was far from what I expected from a professional medical establishment — especially given that I’ve been suffering from severe dental pain and anxiety for weeks, starting from the middle of Ramadan. I visited the clinic previously but was unable to proceed with treatment due to extreme pain and my dental anxiety, which was not taken seriously. I later attempted to undergo the procedure under general anesthesia elsewhere, but my insurance declined coverage. So, I came back and booked a dual appointment for next Monday — one with the treating doctor and one with the gas sedation doctor — and this was clearly confirmed via WhatsApp. Today, I woke up with a severely swollen face and couldn’t bear the pain. I reached out to the clinic urgently and was told I could come in at 12:30 PM. I asked again about the gas sedation doctor and was told he would be available. However, when I arrived, the doctor was indeed in the clinic, but was already seeing another patient — and no one informed me of that detail beforehand. I had left work and came in urgent pain, expecting the appointment to be ready as discussed. There was no proper communication, no clear explanation, and no apology. This level of disorganization and lack of transparency is simply unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patient wellbeing — both physical and emotional — should be the top priority. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their coordination, communication, and patient consideration. What happened today has unfortunately shaken my trust in the clinic.

Negative experience: the worst clinic ever first of all the staff are careless and i missed the whole day waiting for them i had an appointment at 4:30pm and they moved it to 6pm without informing me and i came in and they told me that my appointment was rescheduled they could’ve called me and then i came at 6pm they told me my appointment is cancelled because im late okay at least call so i don’t waste my whole day and while i was on the way i kept calling them 5 times!! to inform im late but no answer!! then i reached they booked me with another doctor at 7pm and the doctor kicked me out of the room she was like wait for the insurance acceptance outside,and i waited 1hr!! and nobody cared to assist or do anything to help like she could’ve done the cleaning until the insurance accept my filling,i don’t recommend you coming there as they are careless and rude.
