Positive experience: The doctors at this clinic are truly incredible — from gynecology to the osteopath, all are very professional and accurate in their diagnoses. However, what urgently needs improvement is the lack of commitment from the nursing staff, assistants, and front office team. They are often slow and poorly coordinated in their communication. Over the past week, I had to undergo several procedures, and every time I arrived, I was sent from one place to another with no clear direction. For example, I was sent to have blood drawn and ended up waiting outside the room for 15 minutes while no one realized it was actually available. If I hadn’t asked, I would’ve kept waiting unnoticed. There have also been several occasions where I arrived on time for my appointments, only to wait another 15 minutes or more to be seen — even when the clinic appeared to be empty. This lack of attention and organization shouldn’t happen in a place with such excellent medical professionals.

Negative experience: I had to do a set of blood tests , so I reached out to life medical Centre JVC. They gave me all the details and gave me the price which came up to 1054Aed. They communicated me the same price on what’s app. When I reached the test Centre, they hiked the price by 500 AED more and said I have to pay 1500 Aed… upon asking why the changes they said and gave a very vague response that’s this is the price . I showed them their what’s app message they sent me and they said they will look into it but still went with the increased price they gave me . Pathetic service and clearly misleading the customer … There is atulia there she said I don’t know who gave price and no one was helping . I was given the price by the lady speaking Arabic there and same was communicated by what’s app to me. This is not miscommunication as I confirmed the price twice from them. This is clearly misleading and cheating the customer

Negative experience: Unfortunately this is the reality of 3rd world countries, the medical system will not be patient focused and your emotional wellbeing as well as root causes won't be addressed during your appointments. You won't have a space to speak or discuss your concerns and you definitely won't be asked any questions regarding finding the root cause for your problems. I already had questionable GP appointments here where a doctor didn't even ask me a question about my lifestyle before prescribing lifetime medication at the age of 22 years old, and told me not to bother exercising or eating healthy.. but recently just topped it off by gynecologist appointment where my concerns weren't addressed at all and then the most painful penetrative examination I ever had in my life, even through I had them before even as a virgin, and they were not painful this way. Doctor didn't seem to care in the slightest, even judging that I am in pain, I was sweating and dizzy from the intense metal tool penetration deep in my cervix, barely walked out of the office, with tears in my eyes.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with Life Medical Centre JVC. Based on a recommendation from one of your doctors, we purchased a healthcare package. However, since starting the package a few weeks ago, we have utilized less than 20% of its total value. Unfortunately, the doctor who initially advised us has since left the centre we don’t want to continue there as the new doctor has no ethics as newly assigned doctor has informed us that tests will only be conducted if covered by insurance or if deemed medically necessary. This abrupt change in approach, without proper communication or consideration of our situation, has left us feeling confused and concerned. What’s even more frustrating is that our request for a refund—given that we have barely used the package—was denied. We entered into this agreement in good faith, trusting the recommendation of your medical professional. The sudden change in policy and lack of flexibility has been both inconvenient and disappointing. We hope you will reconsider our case and provide a fair resolution.

Negative experience: I have to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. Explain why I need an appointment and a schedule? I spent time on the road, spent money on a taxi, and in the end I had to cancel the appointment. I do not recommend contacting them. I felt that they need money, and the patient is secondary.

Negative experience: The worst experience with a clinic at all !! I went to the dentist in this medical center today with Dr. Sanoop George, just because I need to do a teeth cleaning , I paid 60 AED for check, then this dentist told me that he needs a panoramic X-ray for what I don’t know !! I already have done this X-ray, I thought this X-ray for free because I already have an insurance and I paid extra money 60 AED again ,He told me we have to wait for my insurance approval to do this teeth cleaning ! It will cost 1500 AED for deep cleaning but, after insurance approval will be 150 AED !! You just using people to pay more money ! I have paid 120 AED today for nothing It will be my last time with you as a clinic in general !!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with dentist Sanoop George at LIFE MEDICAL CENTRE. I went to this center for a root canal treatment, and it was a complete nightmare. Sanoop George proved to be totally unprofessional, performing such a poorly done procedure that I had to find another specialist to fix his mess. Instead of caring about the patient’s health, this place is only interested in taking your money with subpar treatments. Not only did I waste time and money, but I also suffered unnecessary pain due to the dentist’s lack of experience and professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your dental health. Absolutely disappointing!

Negative experience: Mediocre experience at Life Medical Center Circle mall, staff is so disorganised, lack professionalism and fail to give you the right assistance. Whenever I do my blood test they don’t share results unless I chase them in person and by email. My kids aren’t happy with doctors in general, very amateur level. I had a terrible experience with Dr Kavitha, she wasn’t professional at all and none of my questions were addressed in a proper way. She sounds arrogant and has no communication skills. My impression is extremely bad and I wouldn’t recommend that clinic to anyone seeking serious treatments. Last but not least, I wished there was more diversity in the staff, there no international doctors and nurses, haven’t seen Arabs, Europeans among doctors, all of them are Indians. Dubai is a cosmopolitan city and you shouldn’t do favouritism or lobbying. I hope the management addresses all those concerns and saves their reputation going downhill.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed by my experience at the Life clinic at circle mall the level of professionalism that I had endured was extremely disheartening, from a nurse and a doctor gynaecologist specifically. I was asked about my condition or concern in front of other people while I was waiting to be helped. Then I had to ask to go to a separate room to do so, then when I went inside the doctor was making very sensitive jokes and asking very personal questions that were not of the concern of my condition would also insinuate my doings and what I was up to simply not believing the patient very unprofessional and insensitive will not be returning here again and will not be recommending this clinic to anyone. I hope actions will be taking forward in the professional training and sensitivity of the patients.

Negative experience: I wrote a negative review due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. They called, pretended to apologize, offered a discount, but never scheduled the procedure. We bought a package, and they can't book us for the procedures we've already paid for. In addition, I asked to be scheduled for a screening, and they said I need permission from a doctor I’ve already seen, and he had already provided that permission. In general, this clinic is just taking your money and wasting your time.

Fantastic experience: Found Dr Sanoop George (dentistry) by chance. One of the most professional dentist I have met - who is truly subject matter expert. I had to remove my widsom tooth and was suprised how quick and painless it was! After the procedure, I was given a pamphlet on things to take note for recovery. Also, especially worth noting that the dedicated dentistry nurse, Lynde is extremely attentive and good with follow up - and most definitely comforting for me. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I signed up for the package, did all the tests, and scheduled a consultation. I asked for an ultrasound, but the doctor told me I needed an additional consultation. I paid for the doctor, who just wrote down all my information and didn't provide any comments. He was sitting there in glasses, probably after a party, Dr. Sandeep. Then I was told I had to pay an additional 700 dirhams for the ultrasound and extra tests. It seems like this doctor decided to make money off his party lifestyle. There was also a nurse who, without any real indication, based solely on one negative TSH result, told me I had cancer. Then for the ultrasound, a woman in no lab coat just appeared from the hallway and started taking my samples.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment, waited 45 minutes, doctor was getting people in by order of arrival without appointments instead of by appointment time.
