Negative experience: I had an appointment and arrived well before time. Despite taking the token and waiting patiently, we saw several walk-in patients being sent in ahead of us. Our token number never showed up. When we went to the counter to check, the staff member (Supriya Pillai) was rude and dismissive. She simply said the doctor is calling patients directly — which completely defeats the purpose of taking a token or having an appointment in the first place. It was frustrating and unfair, especially when we had done everything right — arriving on time, following the process. There was no transparency or communication, and certainly no courtesy from the staff. Very poorly managed and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I had a scheduled, insurance-approved appointment with Dr. Sakshi for a pelvis and abdomen scan. However, due to a system error on your end, the scan was not conducted. I was later informed that the doctor had already left, and I would need to return on another day. As an expat with a demanding job, taking time off for medical appointments is not easy. I specifically made arrangements to attend this appointment, expecting professional and timely service. Instead, my day was completely wasted — both in terms of time and money. It's extremely disheartening, especially when patients place their trust in your services and expect better accountability. Additionally, I had a consultation with Dr. Ankita in May regarding a skin-related concern. Despite the visit, I have not received any follow-up communication or guidance since then. I chose Aster despite hearing mixed reviews, hoping to experience quality healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question that decision. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and take meaningful steps to improve your systems and patient engagement.

Negative experience: Unsatisfied with dental consultation. I recently visited this clinic for a consultation with Dr. Cauvery Sharma, the dentist. I clearly explained my symptoms and pain surrounding my upper premolar tooth. However, she was unable to diagnose or identify the issue and prescribed only pain killers & anti-inflammatory medication. She mentioned the issue might have caused by eating FISH or something similar. Very strange. It was waste of both time and money for me.

Negative experience: One of the worst clinic they really don't know the seriousness of the patient ... asked me to take token told me it will take 2 hours and then when i came after 30 mins as i was booking appointment for myself for derma, they're saying that your token is already gone .... How First they told me waiting is too much atleast it will take 2 hours and all n now all of sudden my token was already announced like seriously .... Aster please Wake up ... People are really facing difficult when trying to book from application its not working properly called the customer service they booked for wrong date because the software is not working... went walking so this Drama ... Shame on you guyz

Fantastic experience: I want to thanks the clinic for solving the issue ASAP. I got a call from the nurse in couple of hours to book another appointment. I had a 4:00 PM appointment at the clinic. Upon arrival, I was told my appointment had been rescheduled to 5:00 PM due to an unforeseen situation with the doctor. While I completely understand that emergencies happen, the communication could have been much better. I was informed that the clinic tried calling me multiple times, but I only received one call around 2:00 PM, which I couldn’t answer. I attempted to call back several times without success. Additionally, the caller ID did not show "Aster," so I had no idea it was related to my appointment. When I asked why no email or message was sent, I was told my email wasn’t associated with my child’s profile, despite having received emails from Aster before. It felt unreasonable when they suggested creating an email address for my 7-year-old. I have great respect for the doctor, but I was disappointed by how Aster handled the situation. A more professional approach to communication would have made a big difference.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. I came to collect the reimbursement claim form at 8:00 PM on 09/05/2025, and it’s now 9:36 PM with no resolution. I submitted the completed form and all required documents to Mr. John at counter B1, but he kept giving me excuses every time I followed up. Honestly, I regret choosing this clinic for treatment on 06/04/2025 with Dr. Sheriful Hassan Hassinar. The lack of professionalism and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. Please learn to respect people’s time and provide the service you promise.

Negative experience: Dear aster team Please specify the point of taking appointment. We came to the clinic by 6.45pm with an appointment of 7.00pm with a severe case of vomiting . I could see the patients who came after me had already consulted the doctor. We were waiting till 7.45pm and all these time the patient was continuously vomiting.If you are scheduling a time you have to maintain the same. The reception staff behavior was also rude regarding the patient enquiry on insurance. However the nurses service is highly appreciated

Negative experience: Wortu hospital ever seen in my life time ,just for the eye check up they hold me for 2days .first day I wait 2 hours and they told me to come tomorrow and another day also I waited for 3hours ,still they not checked properly. Its better to consult other doctors near by you .if you want to waste the time it's the best place .worstu hospitality and they not even give the proper responses.

However, the doctor responded that he was busy and also wanted to leave early, so I was unable to receive treatment. This experience was very disappointing. If a patient in need of medical attention is turned away for such reasons, it raises concerns about how the clinic would handle emergencies. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that patient care is given priority.

Negative experience: Today, I attended a scheduled appointment for a blood check-up and arrived early while fasting. However, after completing the registration process, I noticed a lack of a proper ticketing system. Individuals who arrived an hour later were prioritized for blood testing, while those who registered first had to wait an extended period. This experience reflects poorly on the professionalism of the laboratory team.

Negative experience: queue system need to be better. Staff at reception counter doesnt give importance to first come first basis. For instance, there were 2 staff at the counter, and staff at counter 1 was busy with his system work, i was the third one in queue of 2nd counter. Then new patient enters and walks straoght to the counter 1 and staff simply accepts him, while ignoring me and patients who were in queue of 2nd counter from long time.
