First, the reception is very nice and they welcome all patients, whether young or old. Second, their treatment of children is very different and they use skills with children to be treated. They are very fast, precise and dedicated in their work. Third, Dr. Amal is one of the most wonderful dentists specializing in bridges and prostheses. She is very nice and very skilled in her work. Negative experience: Their reception is poor, they don’t arrange appointments properly, and there is no coordination between employees. The employee had already been informed three times. In a recent matter, I requested to speak with the hospital director. I was told that he was busy and would call me back within two days, but he never did.

Fantastic experience: I went to this center as its close to my home. 1st i got amazed with all insurances they accept and this is the 1st thing that made me sure that this is a professional centre. 2nd they booked me with dr Joumana from the beginning the call centre was a pro. 2nd when i arrived the staff were so welcoming an pro. Then i met the dr she is the most professional dr i met in abudhabi and im happy they booked me with her. She is so informative and very pro in her work. I highly recommend this dental centre.

Fantastic experience: I have visited Dr Dimeh from a recommendation from family and friends and she did not disappoint at all, if not they did not give her enough credits. She was very caring and sweet besides being very knowledgable and professional. I visited to get second opinion regarding my braces that I have done in another clinic, and she fairly acknowledged the work of her colleague in the field and highlighted the possible options I have very well. She was very welcoming and sincere. Dr Dimeh is a true dime in all aspects.

Fantastic experience: I’ve come to see Dr Omer Siddig at the clinic for restoration. He was incredibly efficient and was able to be conservative with the tooth repair. I shall be coming back to him for future care. The clinic itself is a beautiful and clean place, the amenities of hot drinks are a plus. But above all the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to go above and beyond.

They called after one day to book an appointment upon our convenience and availability, Fast and great coordination. They have many branches we chose the one next to our house in Shakbout and the experience couldn’t be better! Very welcoming and polite staff , specially Odai from the reception . We didn’t wait much , her appointment was with Dr Muhammad Raslan Alzein ! professional and knowledgeable Dr. , he knows how to deal with kids and he made my daughter first dental experience is the best !
