Negative experience: If you want to waste your time—even just waiting at the reception—then this is the place to go. Overall, only the OB-GYN doctor and a few of the nurses were pleasant. The staff at the reception, however, lack basic knowledge and efficiency. Only one male receptionist, Ignatios, was working fast and responsibly. I waited 30 minutes at the reception for registration, only to find out the woman assigned to assist me forgot to register me entirely. It was only when Ignatios noticed me still waiting that he realized what had happened. It was a very frustrating experience. Additionally, the female area was occupied by males, and no staff seemed to be monitoring it. They claimed they were sending a request, but when I called the insurance company myself, there was no record—and I was told no approval is needed for that amount. I’m sorry, but this was extremely disappointing.
