Negative experience: Today evening I went this aster branch to first aid on my wounded, bleeding fingers | guess what no Dr available they said he went and we have only one surgeon. first they told me do u have insurance? Which company? Then go to this counter that counter up down after seeing my bleeding hand. Finally they said no Dr available. Then I went reef mall prime medical center and did my treatment.

Negative experience: I faced very worse service from Aster Clinic Al Muteena today. Morning 9:40 my appointment for blood report consultation. As per their message, 2 patients waiting. But more than 10 patients done still they not call my token number. Now time 10:35. Nearly 1 hour no update, even did inquiry no one give clear information. Recently Aster not same as before. I am 18 years Moopen Clinic patient.

Negative experience: If I could give this experience zero stars, I absolutely would. There was a complete disregard for appointment times. Despite arriving punctually and following the schedule provided, I was forced to wait while walk-ins and latecomers were repeatedly prioritized ahead of me. This entirely defeats the purpose of having an appointment system to manage time efficiently and respectfully. I had planned my visit under the assumption that my appointment would be honored, expecting to be in and out within an hour. Instead, I was left waiting with no clear explanation and little regard for my time. What made matters worse was the conduct of the staff member, Pooja, who repeatedly assured me I would be seen next—only for another patient to be called each time. This kind of miscommunication and unprofessionalism is incredibly frustrating. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the doctor, I was told that the walk-in patient had something urgent and was therefore prioritized. No number was called on the monitor for that patient, and no effort was made to inform or consult those of us who were waiting. This arbitrary prioritization was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. I, too, have responsibilities and made an appointment precisely to manage my time. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and basic courtesy. This experience was deeply disappointing.

Negative experience: Waited for 3 hours for a test approval where the team didnt sent any request to insurance and asked me to pay when I checked with my insurance for the said test approval was not required.Very disappointed with the service and next time when you visit make sure call your insurance first and then proceed.Even 1 star they dont deserve but no option.

Negative experience: I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with Dr. Sunil Mathew at your Aster Clinic in Al Muteena. During my visit, I was extremely disappointed by Dr. Mathew’s rude and unprofessional behavior. He spoke in a very harsh and dismissive manner, without using any soft or respectful words. His tone and approach were aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as a patient.. As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity and compassion, regardless of the situation. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and emotionally distressed. I request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter. Patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard when seeking medical care. I hope this issue will be taken seriously, and steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future.

Negative experience: The worst clinic I’ve ever visited. Everything takes long time, and they never answer the phone. I had to come into the clinic just to ask them if my scan is ready or not. It took me a full week just to get a scan done, and another 10 days to start physiotherapy. What’s the point of a clinic if nothing can be done urgently? I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Its not good services, i came there to visit with the doctor at 8am, and i wait until 12pm and how many times i ask if the doctor have a patient inside the room they told me that no and they told me that their system is not working., that’s why its taking too much time but instead of calling someone to check their wifi connection or their system the staff or nurses do only gossiping. i think they work there only for gossip not to checking the patience or informing the patience whats going on into the hospital .

Negative experience: I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during my baby’s ear piercing at your clinic on [19/05/2025]. Unfortunately, due to an error in the procedure, one side of my baby’s ear was damaged not once, but twice during the attempt to pierce it. This has caused significant distress to both my child and our family.

Negative experience: I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience with Dr. Mohammed Yousef at Aster Clinic. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing one. As a psychiatrist, you expect someone who is empathetic, patient, and willing to listen—but I found him to be the complete opposite. He was extremely rude during multiple visits. There was no warmth, no effort to make me feel heard or understood. He barely spoke, didn’t ask questions, and just handed out prescriptions without any real discussion. It honestly felt like he didn’t care at all. At one point, he asked me to do some lab work, and when I mentioned I’d get it done outside the clinic, he bluntly said “no need” and brushed it off. That interaction alone made me feel like my well-being wasn’t the priority—money was. What shocked me even more was seeing him featured in a newspaper article about mental health. From my experience, I honestly don’t understand how he was selected to speak on such an important topic. I continued seeing him for a while only because the clinic was close to home and convenient, but I eventually stopped going altogether. It just didn’t feel right to keep seeing someone who was so unprofessional and dismissive. Aster Clinic also charges a premium for their services, and frankly, the level of care I received didn’t justify the cost. Worst experience, would never recommend.

Negative experience: I visited the orthopaedic doctor at Aster Muteena on a Sunday due to shoulder and neck pain. The doctor recommended physiotherapy. However, I did not see any improvement, and when I followed up to check the status of my physiotherapy, I was told by the staff that no physiotherapy was requested. I explained that I was in pain and needed help, but the staff responded dismissively, saying “I don’t know, do what you want.” Due to the lack of proper communication and support, I visited Aster Muteena again, where the doctor finally re-requested the physiotherapy and gave me an injection for pain relief. Still, when I checked again the next day, the staff said they didn’t know anything about the physiotherapy request. Because of this confusion and lack of coordination, I decided to take an appointment at Aster Jubilee (Sharaf DG). I received excellent service there. The staff was professional, provided proper treatment, and ensured clear communication throughout

Negative experience: The staff will never update you the status of your Insurance approval if you won't call them ,even for a simple bloodtest you can't do it the same day coz they lack in following up for the Insurance approval with the Insurance provider and I need to keep on calling them so they will follow up and they'll communicate with my Insurance provider. I even called my Insurance provider to know what's the status of my Pending requests and to my dismay they told me that the clinic is not responding with their email queries so they rejected my requests.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Aafreen for laser hair reduction session. She is really good at what she does and knowledgable.

Negative experience: We can’t change the mobile number either through the mobile app or customer care. The only option is to change it at the clinic. However, when you change it at the clinic, all your related history will be lost. Very strange.

Positive experience: Have no value for the patient's time. Last time I was 6 minutes late, so they cancelled my appointment and I had to wait as a walk-in. I understand. Today I was one-time. And they took more than an hour before I could see the doctor. And another 1.5 hours to collect the medicine at their pharmacy. The clinic and pharmacy doesn't talk to each other and we had to go to-and-forth for getting lab results, summary from doctor, and such. Every time we had to wait. The process needs to get streamlined. But the doctor seemed attentive, so 3/5

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with Aster clinic because I was told to come at 7 am for my medical check up and I showed at this time. However, I was told to wait until 8 am as they open at 8 am. They should also update their opening timings and do not lie to people. If they are opening at 8 am then they should tell people to come at 8 am not 7 am. Very disappointed for my time being wasted.

Positive experience: Despite being very busy, this clinic comes highly recommended, especially Dr. Cyde Resol. She's a compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and is dedicated to her work. She prescribed the right medication for me. One thing to note to this clinic is that appointments don't always run on time, and waiting times can be long, even for pharmacy lines. If you're feeling unwell, it can be quite challenging.
