Negative experience: I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent visit to your clinic/ laboratory. The staff member was unable to take my blood sample despite multiple attempts. Negative experience: How can I get me sick leave, I have waited there around 10 to 15 minutes for it, the counter guy said the system are not working now, he took my number and said I will send it through WhatsApp but after 2 hours still now he didn't send it...
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Right Choice Medical Centre with Dr. Muqaddas. She is extremely polite and takes her time to really understand, address, and explain all concerns in detail. This level of care and attention is something I haven’t often seen in the Mussafah area, where doctors usually rush through appointments. I truly appreciate her professional yet kind approach, and it made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
Negative experience: Worst experience ever The general practitioner doesn't have any interest in hearing the patients issues. I felt like they are doing it for charity. 1 or 2 questions and done. Also their pharmacy doesn't keep any change. In this scorching hot, I had to walk around and ask for change in all nearby stores.

Negative experience: Worst experience the receptionist guy is very rude with patients and refuse to accept patients and talks with disrespect and refuse to give manager number or complaint number to talk to management. I will report this to DOH because no complaint number or DOH sign board also.

Negative experience: The staff are helpful, but especially the lady Dr. Anum Razak, she has no feeling and no respect for her patient, she is not running a clinic. So I suggest to ask another doctor for your health check up.
