Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with this diagnostic center. I had gone for a full abdomen USG. The radiologist was very unprofessional, she did not do the scan properly I kept asking her again and again told her my full medical history and she MISSED OUT on telling me that I have an issue in my fallopian tube. I wasted my time and money. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Very good centre and posh facility, very friendly staff doctor of Radiology dept is really remarkably best in her work and experienced. I recommend this facility to use for all Diagnostic needs. Nowadays parking your vehicle is a big task. But here the parking is FREE.

Fantastic experience: Very reliable lab , we performed MRI for my relative who travelled here in visit visa and dint had any insurance , Ms. Anjali supported us by giving very good discount and made the test afordable, all the staffs and radiologist in the cnetre was very supportive and technically sound . Negative experience: do understand that for women, ultrasounds can already be uncomfortable. Being surprised by a male doctor without prior notice made me feel exposed, embarrassed, and honestly harassed. It’s not about overreacting it’s about basic respect. Informing us beforehand allows us to prepare emotionally or request a female doctor if needed. We deserve that choice. Had I been informed, I could have made an informed choice whether to proceed, request a female doctor, or reschedule. It’s not about being dramatic it’s about basic patient rights and professional ethics. And for the nurse you should inform me a head of time and I hope you feel satisfied of what you did you are a woman also you should know that ! you didnt even cover me after thw procedure !!!!!!!

Positive experience: One of the Radiology Diagnostic Center in Dubai. Situated in Al garhoud, near to Flora Hotel. They are well equipped with Advanced radiology machines, like MRI 1.5T, CT 128, Mammogram and USG. Staffs are highly skilled especially Mr.Shijin (Radiographer). They welcome us with Well maintained and neatly arranged waiting area. Wheelchair accessible entrance is there. Better to go with prior bookings. Free parking is available in the same building. Opens from 9am to 8pm on weekdays ans 9am to 6pm in weekends. They accept payment as cash and card. They do have tabby option for payment.

Positive experience: This is just based on customer service. I haven’t been to the clinic. I’ve been trying for almost 24hours to book an appointment - and they kept giving me the run around. I have consulted a doctor and already done a CT. I kept asking for an MRI appointment and the receptionist kept trying to push a CT scan and doctoring the conversation instead of booking me a fast appointment. It was such an annoying conversation that lasted between last night and this morning when i finally booked another one in less than a minute with another diagnostic center

Fantastic experience: The first time I had an MRI, I thought it would be very complicated. However, when I visited MVR Diagnostic, the process was smooth, fast, and hygienic. Everything was completed within just one hour. It's also easy to reach by metro or bus from Deira City Center.

Negative experience: Very bad experience I will never go to this place again everyone tells u deferent information I went there for a ct scan I payed and they let me wait for 3 hours arguing between themselves if they do the the ct scan or not Apparently they are afraid from a dha visit they had earlier I’m really so dessaponted specially that I lost all my day without results

Negative experience: Irresponsible Team ,Iam not recommended at all,they need only Cash ,we finish MRI scanning but this guy's not giving the proper Scanning report,now we are stuck in India ,and we lost cash ,time ,now we need to take this scan again here ,u know how much cost for scanning in India ,and we are going to india only this purpose may be we need to change our return tickets also

Short story i have a sciatica which is not covered on my insurance so i am lucky to find them as everyone knows MRI is too expensive here in dubai. So i would like to Thank you to the Reception Evanessa, Techinician Shijin and Nurse Amalu thank you for taking care of me even though i came twice because i cant able to finished the MRI due to my back pain you guys are so patience on assisting me and thank you for taking care of me just to finished my MRI. Fantastic experience: I like there service there were polite and helpful I did MRI I was scared but nurse and doctor was nice they helped me I did my MRI was contract they put injection but they made sure I did not feel the pain and the result came out in 12 hours I am happy for there service
