Fantastic experience: I was dreading my HSG after a very painful experience with a previous doctor. However, Dr. Mai and Iman were amazing! They explained the procedure thoroughly, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel so relaxed. During the procedure, they were incredibly gentle and considerate, they took turns holding my hand during the procedure and I barely felt any pain or discomfort . I would like also to thank thier Nurse , I didn't get a chance to know her name , she stayed with me after the procedure to make sure that am ok . l would highly recommend anyone seeking a comfortable and reassuring HSG experience to come to Almadar Medical center and let Dr.Mai and Iman do their Magic .

Fantastic experience: I love the clinic! I had a facial with Dr. Ghazal; she is so good and kind. Everyone who works here is nice, especially Shahd and Hayat.

Negative experience: Made an inquiry in whatsapp, explained to them i needed a 4d scan . currently 26 weeks pregnant. They confirmed they can do it and even offered me to do anomaly scan instead as they will be doing thesame method. I agreed, and booked an appointment then travelled from Dibba fujairah to sharjah. The reception, processed the registration and payment immediately just then i was informed by the other staff they wont make any 4D or anomaly scan anymore as i'm already on 26 weeks. They refunded the payment but can they even refund the travel expense, time wasted and excitement that turns into disappointment of a client? Very disappointed that the information/instructions they have are different from each department causing trouble to patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zainab Al-Obaidi is the best and most patient doctor, a good listener to the problem of each patient. Honest with her patients and gives radical solutions to the skin away from advertising for beauty products. She gives all available treatments and alternatives and she advice the best solutions are recommended for each case. She follows up the case after the medical procedure. Great experience. Negative experience: According to my experience of visiting hospitals and medical centers and thank God, in any case I do not advise anyone to visit them, as they do not respect appointments, especially when visiting Dr. Munther Al-Saad / gastroenterologist, and there is no apology or request from the patient to be patient with the delay due to certain circumstances, as there are circumstances that are out of the question. By the will of the doctor, and we know that, but unfortunately, this is the last of their concerns, knowing that your center is based on patient visits and caring for them.

Fantastic experience: My family and I are patient's of Dr. Habib, the ophthalmologist. We only have wonderful things to say about him as well as his assistant, Ms.Ashwathy. The appointments are always efficient on time as the doctor is very skilled and quick in conducting a thorough examination. Every concern of ours was addressed patiently and with great care. We come here for our regular check ups and also to treat my parents' retinal detachment and glaucoma. We are doing great now and we owe this to Dr. habib, Thankyou!!

After you see the doctor, they will tell you that will call you for the next step and never do, even you call to speak with the doctor and will tell you he is busy right now, we will ask him to call you back and you will never receive a call

Negative experience: Clueless staff. They took a booking for a scan (confirmed by at least 2 different individuals in separate days), then refused to do the scan when we showed up for the appointment without a clear justification. Unorganized clinic that doesn’t respect scheduled visits and keeps people waiting and fighting to see the doctor. Completely unprofessional!!! Never recommending this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: This center has good doctors with experience... But the receptionists staff have very bad attitude with patients and customers specially the radiology section. They are not organized, the patients stuff and reports are missed up if not lost. Today I went there to collect my Husband's MRI CD as they forget to include it in the original report!! the receptionist behaves very bad despite they lost the MRI CD and kept me waiting for 30 mins so they can generate new one. After all of this she remains very tuff in talking and did not apologize. This is the worst treatment I have ever had!!

Prices is too high even comparing to labs in Dubai where we had the same tests done to a different family member. We are unhappy dealing with this medical centre.

Negative experience: Too unprofessional receptionist: I booked an appointment for Gastroenterology through the phone and they confirmed. I came all the way from Dubai on time for that appointment then they told me you’re on the waiting list. Just wait for your turn( which they didn’t mention) I said how long I should wait. They said we don’t know maybe two hours or more just wait.!!! The receptionist was too rude. She didn’t even try to help. She just said it wasn’t me who confirmed your appointment so I have nothing to do now and I left without even seeing the doctor.
