Fantastic experience: I always prefer to go to Thumbay dental hospital, I want to visit to my dentist Dr Danavanthi as from 2 to 3 days feeling pain in my teeth but unable to get appointment, the only appointment available after a weak, there should be spaces for emergency as it’s too much pain and I have taken pain killers, only for treatment with my doctor.

Negative experience: Very bad service I went today as it said free consultation today on 17th the receptionist said u have to first show to a GP doc in the main hospital (they charge 250-350) and then if the consult to a dentist then u get a free consultation The fee generally is 100 dhs on knowing this i said ok will pay 100 dhs for consultation (as i was having tooth pain) she said doc is available n u r first he will see shortly that was 9:30 am i waited like till 10:30 because apparently doc was still on his way from dubai ‍♀️ i mean the service and the lies i can’t tolerate better not visit the dental at all

Negative experience: I have done the root cannel from the hospital 2 years back, and now its got infection I went to another clinic and the dr told me it was not done properly, I will never go there or suggest anyone to go there just to let some student to play with your tooth. I have done the xray from another clinic today. And they dont take any responsibility about you if something happen in the future Thats the worst thing

She explained everything to me before starting the treatment, especially about the gums. My wife almost lost some of her teeth due to gum inflammation, but after the treatment that lasted for about three months, her gums returned to normal. Negative experience: I have bad experience . Im Here right now in thumbay dental Hospital i feel not comportable due to the rudeness of the staff in the reception around 3:40 pm feb 25 , 2025 . Its the indian lady wearing a blue uniform who assist me shes looking at me terrible and i dont understand why. And the way she give my emirates id so rude not even talking i feel so uncomfortable . Can do needful investagation check the camera how she give my id its not the proper way assisting the customer. Until i seat in the waiting area she keep looking at me and more worst shes telling something to her coulleages. I want to clear this matter because i use to come in thumbay all the time. This staff have a discrimantion in patient which is not good.

Negative experience: Thumbay Dental Hospital I called the contact centre number 03 times after every 3-4 hours asking if I can get urgent walk in. Every time they dental hospital will call back..but yet I did not receive any call , updates or confirmation. This is really poor from the hospital call centre or dental hospital. So I have no option than to write here my concern.

Negative experience: Delivered here a month ago. Although the doctor and delivery staff and nurses were really kind but the service is pathetic! I had asked for epidural beforehand and even my husband paid, but still they didnt give it that left me in a shock as i had in mind a peaceful delivery experience. All my friends got epidural from other hospitals on time. The discharge process took the whole day, nurses forgot to give medications on time and my husband had to kept going to ask them as those were antibiotics to be given on time. It was mentioned that there will be baby photo but nothing as such was given. Than after my baby is born, we got her screening test done and its 1 month now they haven’t emailed the report yet, when i call tney say we will send but its 1 month now! So in short, all that is seen is not always gold! Never coming back here!

And the doctor dentish name doctora Farah, she's a very good doctor easy to deal with. not like the other receptionist that's racist and the other doctors that's only for money matters nelsi her name . Anyway the dentist hospital is clean.

Negative experience: It's not recommended, it's just a waste of time. Staff and doctors don't care about patient they're playing around each other. I am now at an emergency and taking 1:30 mins for just 5 mins checkup. the rest of the time, they are wasting the time Secondly, at pharmacy, no patient is here and took 20 mins to just call my number

Negative experience: Worst Hospital ever. No time sense to the nurses and the receptionist. I dono why no one is even bothered to question the staff. Worst service ever. Dr. shailesh Kumar thinks that he is the only doctor in this universe. Went to ask him what time nurse is coming and the way he acted and behaved is pathetic. Acted worst . Never ever will refer him .

Negative experience: Very slow service.I have spent 6 hours for one UV scan.Staff is too lazy.Radiology doctor is coming and going out.all the patients were waiting more than 5 hours to do one test. Very bad experience

Negative experience: The worst experience ever I went with training Doctor Israa for Nerve filling they informed it will take few sessions I did two sessions then after that no follow up from there end for appointment they even forgot that my tooth was in pain and this temporary filling has to be removed I had to visit specialist and close this matter on my own cost it was a huge mistake when I did think that these kind of hospitals will offer a good service and care about their patients I don’t recommend this experience to anybody

Fantastic experience: the place is very clean. friendly and professional staff. Dr. Kishan is experienced and patient( conservative tooth removal although it was all broken he didn't make a a surgery) Amazing work in implanting with Dr. Anish. Almost no pain during and after the procedure. The result is excellent. Dr. Dana is also really good. Gives honest cosultation. And her work is flawless and quick( cleaning, filling and tooth removal in my experience) As someone with many dental problems. I tried many services. It was all above expectations. Professional doctors and highly trusted place.

Negative experience: I regret to say that my experiences with this hospital have consistently been negative. Specifically, the call center and hospital team seem disjointed regarding consultation schedules. Additionally, some staff members lack professionalism. For instance, when I expressed concern about my mother's severe pain to a receptionist at the dental care unit, he responded with a smile, as i was telling him a joke. He did not offer assistance and instead seemed preoccupied with chatting with the housekeeping staff, explaining that he was free to do as he pleased at his counter. It's disheartening to travel from Dubai to Ajman only to encounter such poor customer service. Please Note:Doctors are exemptions from above statement, generally they are professional and Supportive.

Fantastic experience: I had really tough week because of my wisdom tooth It was literally killing me from Pain I had visited 3 doctors before I land in the hand's of Dr.Fatima at thumbay dental hospital The three of them said it needs surgical extraction and we can't do it it needs a specialist doctor Doctor Fatima was very professional and kind She made sure I don't feel any pain during the surgery. Three days later the healing process competed. I thank you doctor from my deepest heart I pray for god to give us more doctors like you❤️

Negative experience: Worst service. They have very good doctors. Unfortunately the service is too bad. Nobody knows anything. They admit for no reason. Even the staffs doesnt know why they admitted. Doesnt inform the patients regarding their disease unless asked.

Negative experience: A very bad hospital with emergency services. There is only one person to register patients. Bad staff. I entered the emergency room and pressed a bell for the nurse to come. Unfortunately, after more than 10 minutes, she did not come. There is no distinguished staff. I hope you learn from Cleveland Hospital in dealing with patients and their sophisticated style.

Negative experience: worst service ever. if there is an option for zero review i will prefer that. too much waiting time. and irresponsible insurance team. last time they prescribed adult vaccination for my one year old. no doctors are coming on time. this will be my last visit here. not recommended

Negative experience: I could give zero rattling if possible, I have been visiting Thumbay hospitals for more than 10 years, but I was disappointed yesterday. My wife were admitted and discharged 12 pm yesterday, We were waiting till 5pm, since no one comes I checked with the nurse station, and they asked me to go and check with the 1st floor office. The arrogant guy who was sitting in that room says, "They can not discharge until insurance approval and ask me to check with insurance." When I spoke to NAS insurance, they said that the final settlement under process, and the hospital can reach the NAS approval team, and this is a hospital job to follow up with them. But when I go back to an arrogant officer, he denies it simply. I kept on calling insurance until 8 pm, NAS insurance was kept on informing the same thing, and asked to give the hospital my phone to talk to them. When I give the phone to the arrogant officer, he told to the insurance and me that this is the Admin office and asked me to go and give the phone to the insurance department, which in groundfloor.. Insurance officer accept that they have direct access to NAS approval team, and They haven't followed up with insurance. And funny thing Insurance says that since They gave initial approval, the hospital should discharge then and there. When I went back to Arrogant officer and asked why did you miss lead us, the answer was "This is not my job. Admin office, another officer discharged us immediately when I told them full story even without approval from insurance. First of all, if He doesn't want to work He should not miss lead us, my wife and I were sitting in the hospital eight and half hour without any reason when my kids were with nanny. I am really not happy with what He did, and I hope management will take action against him.

Fantastic experience: I did my tooth extraction last week. It turned out to be surgical. I got treatment from Dr. Hossam. I did follow up today as I had severe pain. I met Dr. Tala❤️. She was so caring I couldn't forget her face. During my journey everyone was good. They are professionals. Dr. Hossam made sure to call me as well for follow ups. My tooth extraction was a really bad one but hats off to Dr. Hossam for treating me so well. Lots of prayers for you and your team. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Today I had completed my daughter’s braces treatment with DR. Kishan & I must say his treatment gives her beautiful smile back. Her tooth was projecting out from front, some from sides and also twisted up and there was no space to push it back. Before going to Dr. Kishan, I had consulted at least 8 clinics but I wasn’t convinced with the treatment procedure. Once I discussed it with Dr. Kishan, I realized that I had reached the right place. We started the treatment almost a year ago. At the beginning, she had to remove a total 4 teeth from top & bottom (2each) to get space to pull back. Within the first 3-4 month all her teeth aligned. Now after a year, she got her braces removed with a bright smile. I must say he is one of the best Orthodontists I have ever seen. He is very friendly & communicates to the patients each and every step of the treatment. Hence, my daughter felt very comfortable. He is well experienced and does his job quickly with professionalism. I am completely satisfied with the result of the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Kishan for Braces Treatment. Also, the friendly staff, especially Dr. Kishan’s supporting nurse Aswathy, She is very professional & very understanding to each & every procedure. Negative experience: Don't go to this "hospital" you'll die first before you get treated. An EMERGENCY ROOM which will keep you waiting for very long time and you won't even be attended. A reception that is useless, a hospital without a doctor nor a nurse who gives attention. A manager which is useless also. 1 hour waiting just to open a file in a EMERGENCY ROOM. We left before we even get treated and move to Saudi German Hospital and gets attention IMMEDIATELY.
