Negative experience: A WASTE OF MONEY. I went for full body laser for the first time here and it did not work at all. The machine used looked cheap and I do not recommend coming back .The receptionist is super unprofessional. After calling the clinic back 1 week later to complain she hung up before I even finished what I was saying. I do not recommend coming here, you will waste your money, I demand a refund. The laser technician was professional and very nice, that is the only reason I am giving 1 star instead of zero stars.

Negative experience: بصراحة من أسوء العيادات اللي تعاملت معاها بحياتي مافي احترافيه ولا مصداقية ابدا ينشروا بالسوشيال ميديا خدمات ويوم تروح يعطوك خدمات ثانيه و ما عندهم اهتمام أبدا لإرضاء العميل وما انصح أبدا اي احد بالتعامل معهم ولو فيه تقييم اقل من نجمه بعطيهم.

Negative experience: Worst in arranging the appointments( no confirmation of appointments and scheduling done in not requested time). The reception staff lacked professionalism, as they lied about appointment timing and duration. Asking me to wait 30 minutes, then overhearing them misrepresenting the wait time is unacceptable ( they assumed I don’t understand English), lying to customers undermines trust

Negative experience: Unprofessional, they seem confused, no privacy, they don’t respect the privacy information of the patients….. ما انصح مول ، ماحد عارف نفسه شنو قاعد يسوي من الاستقبال لين المديره….
