Negative experience: They did a good job of cleaning and whitening, but don’t go here for anything else! I was talking to the dentist about some tooth pain I’d been having for a while and she said it was nothing, but now a while later I’m sitting in excruciating pain with the prospect of multiple root canals ahead of me because I went to a different dentist who actually listened to me when I said there was a problem. So don’t go here for real problems, but I’m sure they’ll make your smile look whiter!

Fantastic experience: Did my veneers with Dr. Laila and can 100% recommend them. They are listening to you and your concerns and advising you on what is best without forcing you to take more expensive options. To be honest it was still a painful procedure for me as i am struggling with Dental Phobia since i am a Child due to many Dental procedures, however the doctor and the friendly assistant (I think Ms. Lou) always asked me if I am ok and offered me breaks or anasthesia and did a very good job which left me with a confident smile. If you are looking for honest people who not only are looking for your money but are striving to deliver you the best experience, make an appointment for a consultation. I went to many doctors prior to receive an estimate or an opinion on what has to be done. We’ve been there maybe 20min for the consultation and I walked out with a very good feeling that this is the doctor I trust and I booked the appointment for the procedure the next day. Thank you again to the team, also the kind receptionists who helped me with all my documents for my insurance. I can definitely recommend the Dental Botique and will come there for my future treatments. 5 Stars for Dr. Laila and her Team

I am the customer for almost two years now, if you’re a new here, my advice as a current customer, first to check the other options, in order to save your money and time, first of all you’ll never get a proper answer, apart from that if you do have a concern about you’ll never get a proper response, it’s like they for doesn’t know what they do, and in the future you will find yourself in a situation where you don’t know where to turn, having already spent a large amount of own money. What shocks me the most is the lies, and the funniest thing is, that in two years of your stay with them, you really can’t communicate with your doctor, and he doesn’t contact you directly, only through the most terrible receptionist who doesn’t bother themselves to answer you on time, Is there at least some explanation for this?
