Honest Review of My Experience at the Center I want to share my honest experience with this center. I came in to get filler and Botox treatments for my face, and I was directed to see Dr. Sameh Fehmy. He explained the procedure and told me to come back after two weeks for a touch-up. However, after just one week, I noticed absolutely no visible changes — neither from the filler nor the Botox — so I decided to return early. The staff were very kind and welcoming, but Dr. Sameh gave me a look that felt like, "Why are you here? You're supposed to come back after two weeks." He didn’t say it out loud, but his expression said enough. I explained that I genuinely didn’t see any improvement and that, as a paying customer, I expected results — just like anyone else investing in aesthetic treatments to look a little younger. Instead of listening with empathy, he responded with something like, “We already gave you 4 syringes!” — as if they were coming out of his own pocket. I replied firmly: "Listen, Doctor — I paid for this treatment, and I won’t stop coming back until I see the results I paid for. That’s just who I am." His reaction clearly showed he wasn’t happy with my response, which made the experience even more disappointing. With all honesty, I do not recommend Dr. Sameh based on my experience. If you're considering treatment here, you may want to consult with a different doctor.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with Dr. Kouros, I had a facelift in 2015. I was so upset to have chosen this clinic, it was overpriced and my results were the same, absolutely no changes. Dr Kouros is inexperienced, it was a waste of time and money, I complained the Manager would not even help, she took side of the doctor of course. I showed her the pictures, I even got 2 scars on my head who looks like holes with no hair. I learned a good lesson to never rush and be careful who to choose to touch your face. You have to search for a good doctor who knows what he is doing and not a clinic who just want money with no results.

Negative experience: Bad experience and very expensive- the therapist doesn’t respect at all- the lazer machine is from 2008 very old and not modern.

Positive experience: I want to thank Hanadi for her kindfull help for helping me in understanding my skin’s problems and recommending me ideal solutions for my skin. I enjoyed my session that included hydrafacial with dermapen. However one thing I didn’t enjoy was the extraction part for my pimples. The aestheticion did not properly clean my pimples as i still can see the balckheads and white heads. Anyways for my next session i requested a different person to do for me my extractions ; hopefully it will be better

Fantastic experience: Very happy I was an Aesthetics bride! My skin really transformed. Not only was it the perfect base for the makeup on the day, but I genuinely feel like my skin is healthy and supple again. The treatments worked from within. Highly recommend a consultation with Shiraz. She tailors the treatments to what you actually need and tries her best to work within your budget. Look out for the excellent offers they have around the holidays.

Negative experience: كان عندي موعد الساعه 3:30 الظهر واتصلولي مرتين للتاكيد (قبلها بيوم و في نفس اليوم الصبح) وكل مره أأكد عليهم حضوري على الوقت. لما وصلت على الوقت اكتشفت انه في زبونه موعدها يخلص 3:45 وبعدها قعدو ينظفو الغرفة .. انتظرت 25 دقيقة لين دخلت. وحتى لما وصلت الرسبشن ما قالت لي في حد داخل و ولا قالت لي في وقت انتظار. ولما سالت عن سبب التاخير قالولي احنا في وقت عيد وحابين نرضي الجميع. لما دخلت جلستي بعد 25 دقيقة طرشت لهم مسج اشرح استيائي من اللي صار وتفاجئت باللي في الرسبشن دخلت غرفة العلاج بدون استئذان مني دقت الباب وفتحت لها التكنيشال بدون إذني وانا لبسي غير محتشم ،، طلبت منها نتكلم بعد الجلسه و لكن استمرت وكملت كلامها بحجة انها حابه تعتذر شخصياً .. وما ظلت واقفه فالغرفة لحد ما اضطريت اطلب منها كذا مره تطلع ونتناقش بعد الجلسه. طبعاً بعد الجلسة ما لقيتها فالرسبشن. للأسف دافعه عن الجلسات مقدماً ولا كان كنسلت وطلعت من البداية. Being dishonest and disrespectful of people’s time just lost you a regular client.

Negative experience: I went to do a procedure with Dr Eddy then he recommended botox for me and didn’t mention anything about the downside and didn’t take the time to do any assessment.. after I did the procedure only did the receptionist when leaving told me all about the things that I shouldn’t do including breastfeeding which I was supposed to do!! Not mentioning they are the most expensive among the clinics I know

Negative experience: I contacted Reem and scheduled a consultation for chin lipo with Dr. Eddy. I asked a thousand questions during my consultation, because it was big step for me which I explained to the doc. He said I was an excellent candidate as I'm still young and I would get at LEAST 70% results. I did the procedure, followed all the aftercare instructions, added LPG sessions as well. I didn't see results, 4 months later I was told my "skin type" doesn't tighten! They offered me a complimentary sculptra session which would add another 30% improvement. I wasn't thrilled but did it anyways and got no results. At this point my overall improvement is 20% at best. As per the doctor as well. I asked Reem for a refund and after several messages and calls she replied saying: there's nothing they can do! They wasted my time (2 weeks of headwrap) plus the cost. I'm SUPER disappointed

Negative experience: The worst experience ever I did a cool sculpture treatment in my body and the staff are not experienced at all, that’s cost me around 8k. I came to the clinic to do the treatment the staff didn’t know how to put the machine as it’s seems they didn’t use it at all, I came to the clinic 6:30pm and I left around 1am midnight, for my follow up appointment after more than one month both sides of my body are not the same and it’s noticeable, the shape is really bad. during the treatment I have informed the staff that I felt something wrong was happening as the machine was not in the correct place and it’s moving but she didn’t fix and avoid the issue. Which mean in one side the machine was not working as it should be. After the follow up consultation They agreed that the two sides are totally not the same and it’s noticeable now they are not clear with me on what should I do, I end up looking for another treatment in other clinic to fix the results of the cool sculpting?!

Negative experience: I came on time and they made me wait for 45 min. I didn’t even get to see the dr and by the time they noticed 1 hour passed. Their scheduling is really bad.

Negative experience: Disappointing. They do not take the time to do a proper assessment and prescribe a treatment that produces results. They promote an expensive and "best" treatment and when that does not work, they promote an 'aggressive' 4 stage treatment, that produces little results AND then they promote a much more 'aggressive' and more expensive treatment! Its all about the money! I will never go there again.
