Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience at @glosclinic. I had my lips done there and the person who injected me didn’t even bother to massage the area afterward — which is a crucial step to prevent lumps. I ended up with four visible bumps on my lips that made me feel really insecure. I eventually had to get the filler dissolved just to go back to my natural lips. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s a clear lack of professionalism and proper aftercare. ⚠️ Girls be careful and don’t let the Instagram aesthetics fool you. Do your research and don’t get fooled like I did.

Negative experience: My experience on visiting this clinic as absolutely awful, the Dr I saw was rude and his personal hygiene wasn’t good at all, the comparison to what they post on their instagram page to what you get in real life is abysmal. Overall a truly awful experience that I will never put myself through again.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Facetique Clinic’s parking. Since the valet wasn’t available yet, I was instructed to park the car myself, which I didn’t mind. However, I didn’t expect the parking area to be unsafe. As I was parking, my tire suddenly burst after driving over a short piece of metal protruding from the floor. It wasn’t visible, there were no warning signs, and I wasn’t given any caution about it. As a result, I had to pay extra expanses to replace the tire, which was beyond repair, i didn’t receive any compensation for the damage caused to my car.. i feel very frustrated as this was totally unforeseen! Proper safety measures should be in place to prevent such incidents. I don’t recommend this place..

Negative experience: Save your money and go to a different place. Botox does not work, and they kept saying after 2 weeks nothing changed neither does filler.I don’t know what they are injecting. If you don’t believe go try for yourself. Doctor's & staff are not professional. Once you’re done with your treatment and you have concerns because it didn’t work , they don’t care after they got paid.they want more money on top of what you paid , even when there treatment showed no results. Worst clinic I’ve ever been to.

Negative experience: I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this clinic. 1. I paid for a package that was clearly advertised to include both Botox and filler. However, during my treatment, I received only a small amount of Botox (with no visible results) and no filler at all. To make matters worse, I was left with noticeable asymmetry, which I immediately reported to the clinic by phone. Instead of offering an explanation, I was told that I had signed an agreement acknowledging any potential secondary effects, which felt dismissive and completely unhelpful. The situation only got worse from there. My follow-up appointments were delayed multiple times, and when I finally managed to reschedule, I was informed by phone on the day of the appointment that I would have to pay again for the follow-up. This was entirely unjustified, as I had not yet received the full treatment I originally paid for. 2. I also prepaid for an acne scar treatment plan that was supposed to include subcision treatments and mesotherapy injections. After just 1 subcision session, with no visible results, I was told that the doctor overseeing my treatment had left the clinic. Since then, I've made several attempts to contact the clinic to clarify how my treatments will be completed, but my calls and emails have been completely ignored. The clinic’s unprofessionalism, poor communication, and inability to provide the services I paid for have been extremely frustrating. It is completely unacceptable to spend a significant amount of money on treatments and not receive them, let alone be ignored when seeking answers. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to be cautious, as my experience has been disappointing and a clear waste of both time and money.

Negative experience: I came across there page “Glosclinic” on instagram and said wow what amazing work. Maybe I should try them . Looks can be deceiving. Because I went in for Botox and botox face , jawline “supposedly” the Snatched look.weirdly I had 2 doctors injecting me at the same time quickly, (probably water) lol and after 2 weeks nothing has changed , I’m not even joking And I know results of Botox when I get them done once a year . I went back because Botox wasn’t effective . They did my touch up with a 3rd different doctor, like who does that ? And when I’m like , nothing changed and even for my face , she’s like “I don’t know how your face looked like before “. Never again . People if you guys go to a good doctor stick to them , don’t be fooled by photos and offers this clinic posts . They were not cheap and I had to pay for a touch up. That was useless. I still look like when I first went in. What a waste of money but lesson learned ,thank god I didn’t recommend this place to anyone because I usually have a lot of people that would have went and got disappointed. There’s no excuse for there work . I usually go to good well known doctors and they do the bare minimum and I see results within 2 to 3 days , so I know what I’m talking about . Don’t waste your money and time, go to well reputable recommended places. I don’t know why this clinic has 2 names , maybe because how bad they are. So disappointed.

Negative experience: I really liked my general appearance but wanted to fix small things that cause me insecurity like my nose and chubby cheeks. Since it was the first time, even if this clinic was asking for unreasonable amount of money compared to others I decided to trust them thinking that quality costs money and if the results are good it was worth it. Results were non existent. I paid 5000, and I tell you I went out looking exactly the same, my mother who gave birth to me says so, I’m not making it up. They told me wait a couple of days to a week to see results, and come back a second time to fix things if not ok…. I still look the same after a week. And I am not going to spend 5k every week to get nothing done. Never going back again

Negative experience: Whoever is handling their Whatsapp needs to receive training in customer service. For customers who are willing to pay 3000-5000 AED for their procedures, confirming their appointments should be your first priority. DO BETTER!

Negative experience: Unfortunately had to change the rating and opinion of below review. The botox results lasted barely 2 months and and the lines came back exactly as i did nothing. I have informed the clinic and the excuse given was that i have “ strong muscles”. Before: Visit this clinique for the first time and did for the 1st time Botox with Dr Mehdi. I was looking for a natural look and i cant be more happy with the result. All the unwanted lines are gone and fully trust Dr Mehdi. Thank you will definitely come back.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with today’s appointment . Our appointment was scheduled for 7:00 , we waited an hour to start. Initially, we were informed there would be only one other patient, but we were surprised to find that there were one additional client with her husband. the session was expected to last 45 minutes, but the technician completed the treatment for my legs, arms, and underarms in just 15 minutes. This not only raises concerns about the quality of service but also makes me question the effectiveness of the treatment. I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your clinic. I believe feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope you take this seriously to enhance your patient experience in the future.

Negative experience: Dr. Martha was incredibly informative and helpful during my laser procedure. She recommended several additional procedures that I was interested in trying, but unfortunately, the manager at the front desk was less accommodating. When I tried to pay using Tabby, she insisted on charging me an additional 7% fee. This was frustrating as I use Tabby for all my payments without any extra charges. While I was impressed with Dr. Martha's expertise, the manager's attitude made me hesitant to return to the clinic or recommend it to others. I believe that offering convenient payment options like Tabby is essential for attracting and retaining customers. The manager's behavior was a negative reflection on the clinic and ultimately influenced my decision to seek services elsewhere.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Mehdi Shidvash and the clinic. Despite Dr. Shidvash's professional appearance, there was a critical error during my treatment that now requires me to wait for several weeks, possibly months, to return to my natural features. This has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. I expected better care and communication, especially in addressing errors, which resulted in zero. I hope my review serves as a cautionary note for others considering their services. Update after the clinic response: I’ve contacted clinic and doctor himself, multiply times with complain and pictures they told me nothing is wrong. After seeing two doctors in another clinics they confirmed it was a mistake done by RENEW clinic!!

Negative experience: Had worst experience with Dr. Sohela First meeting she was trying to be very friendly and trying to sell her services ..Finally we agreed for lip fillers and mesotherapyI got offer from Insta and I came for fillers+ hydrafacial but after reaching der Dey said both the services can't b done on same day and I explained it won't be possible for me to come again so Dey finally offered mesotherapy option which I had to opt even though I didn't wanted to cz Dey said won't do facial same day & won't give discount if only avails just fillers and also d products Dey informed and the one Dey used wer totally different ) Anyhow even after the applying numbing cream I cud feel the pain of needles and it was unbearable and some how doctor completed the process with one side bigger den the other and asked me to me for 2nd visit for correction and claimed it was my fault that this happened .. On my 2nd visit I told the doctor the shape I showed her and d result we got is completely different and I didn't like d result may be dat upset her and again when she started correcting process I cud feel the intense pain and this tym this same Pleasant behavior doctor on my first visit started acting horribly and told me why am I doing fillers if I am afraid of needles..What kind of professional doctor says that.. Yes I am afraid of needles and may be that cheap numbing cream is not numbing my lips and I cud still feel the pain and what so ever No Professional wud act like Dr Sohela(Had very bad experience) After 2weeks my lips are same like before no fillers can be seen I just wasted my time and money and in return got unprofessional and rude behavioral experience.. Please spend a little more and get it done from some better place instead of falling for their vague offers...
