Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience at Cosmo Surge Clinic !!!!!!!. My appointment with Dr.rabab was scheduled for 4:10 PM, and I arrived early at 4:08 PM, yet they made me wait for an entire hour. No explanation, no apology just left me sitting in a room like I didn’t exist. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful. I showed up early out of respect, but clearly, they have zero respect for their patients’ time. If this is how they treat people, I’m shocked they even have clients at all. I will never be coming back. Once I get one bad experience, that’s it never coming again !Cosmo Surge, you completely wasted my time, and I don’t appreciate it one bit. Bad service.

Fantastic experience: I had my CO2 Fractional Laser treatment on my face yesterday with Dr. Lamia and it was a hospitable experience. I did my consultation a month ago with Dr. Lamia, who explained the procedure and what to do before and after the treatment. She is very professional and the Filipina assistant who prepped me before the treatment. I'm currently on my Day 2 after treatment, hoping for better results after a few weeks.
