Negative experience: Highly disappointed with the laser staff and the manager who didn’t do anything about the mistreatment of the staff. I was called to the clinic with a valid appointment for which I cancelled my other appointments, I was sent back for silly reasons. The staff was not just rude but they are disrespectful and discriminating. Never recommending this to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Farshad and his nurse Aida are great, they took care of me, they made sure that I got what I needed without any pressure from them. Great and trustworthy place to go to.

Negative experience: This place feels like a scam. Their doctors will switch your treatment without informing you of the price, only revealing the cost and demanding payment after the procedure is done. The doctors claim they are not responsible for sales and only provide the treatments that patients need, while the sales team insists they have no knowledge of what the doctors do in the room and assume the doctors will inform you about all aspects of the treatment. Essentially, their stance is that they are never responsible for disclosing the price. What’s even more outrageous is that when you try to escalate the issue to their manager, the manager acts like a gangster — pretending not to understand and threatening you to pay. I genuinely believe this place is a scam. — Replied to their lastest feedback From the previous response from this clinic, it’s evident how unprofessional, biased, and disrespectful they are. The fact is, I did pay. I used something without verifying the price, yet I still paid. I fulfilled my payment, and now they’re accusing me of trying to avoid paying? That’s utterly absurd. My entire point is about how the clinic’s procedures are disorganized. Confirming prices is a crucial and sensitive step, yet no one took responsibility for it. 1. I took this screenshot to show the public that they deliberately avoided mentioning the price. Their service terms and conditions are legally flawed, and this screenshot serves as undeniable evidence. 2. I also have a voice recording where I asked the clinic’s manager why they didn’t provide the price. His response? He rudely questioned me, saying, “Don’t you know that you have to pay for any service you receive?” Completely unacceptable. This clinic lacks basic legal knowledge and proper management. It’s a rogue establishment. There are many other clinics in Dubai offering similar services. I strongly advise everyone to avoid places like this — where, in the event of a dispute, they exhibit zero ethical responsibility or legal understanding. Engaging with them is an unnecessary drain on your energy.

Fantastic experience: Mahshid was amazing I went to a few different clinics before I chose and out of everyone she made me feel like she has the most specific knowledge about my skin, gave me honest advice and I felt so confident in her that I booked further treatments even though my original plan was to only rebook after I see results from my first session- which takes some weeks to show.
