She handled the situation not only highly professionally but also really friendly towards both me and my son. She is fantastic with kids, directly establishing good communication, making jokes while doing her job, so kids are distracted and relaxed. If your kid needs a dentist, please, go to pediatric one, who will be able not only do the job done but will create a positive experience for your kid! Negative experience: The service is rushed. A lot of preventive treatments were recommended which others dentist won't have done. These recommendations quickly added up, amounting to a big amount. Despite having excellent insurance coverage, we found ourselves paying significantly more than anticipated, pushing our insurance limit to its max. Dentist seemed rushed during our appointments, leaving us with the impression that she prioritized quick charges over patient care. It's a reminder that having insurance shouldn't be an invitation for overutilization.

Fantastic experience: So pleased with Dr Enas! I went for my daughter who required extensive work done to her teeth. Dr enas was extremely calm when it came to handling her (and myself!!). She is an extremely confident dentist who really knows her patients well. She recommended general anesthesia and although I was extremely nervous, she explained the requirements and pros in doing the treatment in this way. She was constantly in touch with me pre and post procedure via WhatsApp as she knew I was nervous! I really appreciate having doctors who are reachable, especially anyone in pediatrics! I am now booking my son in with Dr Enas for a general check up too. Another huge plus point is the nurses - they are absolutely amazing and very well trained! Thank you to Dr Enas and her wonderful team for fixing my daughters teeth!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr Enas! It was our first tooth emergency with our 3 year old and Dr Enas was a huge help, both in creating a comfortable environment for our daughter and explaining the treatment options to us, the worried parents. Even after the consultation, she always makes herself available online to answer questions. Also, as an American, it's reassuring that she has worked for several years in the States. Overall, we highly recommend Dr Enas!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been Dr Enas' patients for over a year now. It was quite challenging on the first 2-3 visits (as expected) but after that, all our visits have been easy and pleasant. Dr. Enas is very professional, she takes time to explain every procedure/treatment and she's easy to reach for questions and concerns. She's done amazing work on my kids' teeth! The staff are also brilliant and amazing. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old daughter has a medically complex condition, along with sensory avoidance around the head. Teeth brushing alone is a nightmare and she’s never opened her mouth for a dentist! On the first visit Dr Enas able to get a full exam and an X-ray, all I can say is she has magical powers with kids! Dr Enas goes above and beyond, returning calls and messages and genuinely cares. Both my kids love her and are excited to visit the dentist, couldn’t recommend Dr Enas more.

Fantastic experience: It is not easy to find a great patient pediatric doctor who's always available to answer your calls and questions after your visit. My daughter was super afraid to see even the clinic but Dr. Enas made her love it by showing us the amazing treatment and results.

Fantastic experience: Dr Enas is a truly amazing professional. She is incredibly good with children, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything to parents to minimize the anxiety. I lost sleep after I'd been told my child's teeth were so bad she'd need GA to have them all treated, and Dr Enas literally brought me back to life with her advise and recommendations - turned out it was not that bad after all. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love love love Dr Enas! She did the teeth of both of my daughters one aged 5 and one aged 3 and she was so gentle and good with them! She has Netflix on the roof so kids get distracted, she has face painting stickers etc so they have a good experience and are not traumatized by the dental experience! She did a some filling for my daughter Under general anesthesia at Medcare and she was so perfect and gentle! My kids actually enjoy visiting her! ❤️❤️ highly recommended!
