Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic from A to Z. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a smile from security, receptionist, etc. The two pediatricians we tried were fantastic with my girl. Best experience in Abu Dhabi. Dr Eiylaf as speech therapist is fantastic. We are amazed by the progress in just few sessions. She knows what she is doing, her interaction with kids is extraordinary, her warm way and approach makes my girl love her and being happy and engaged during the whole session. Can't recommend this clinic enough. Wish I found it before Edit: the price for OT was ridiculous and problems were not solved on a long run

Fantastic experience: Great for Pediatric, great staff upon entry, great waiting area for kids, way better that having to do the rest race in Ahalia or waiting days to see a gp for a sick child if you have Daman basic...here you are in and out...very clean and spacious

Negative experience: Very bad service. Their doctor gave wrong information in the antibiotic prescription. When we are calling to correct it. No body can help us. Always promising to call back bad never did. We called 20x without exageration and still no answer. Poor service even customer service cant do anything. Didnt deserve to be called specialized as they dont care to my patient. Even it is urgent

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at the Danat Clinic today. My son had the flu and Dr. Maha prescribed him Tamiflu "syrup". I visited many pharmacies for two hours and called them, but they said they had no "syrup" and only they have pills. I asked her to change the prescription to pills, but she refused. I and the receptionist called almost every pharmacy across Abu Dhabi, but they all said they didn't have "syrup". (I almost spent 4 hours for calling pharmacy. )She knows this situation, but she never change her prescription to a pill. I'd like to ask Dr. Maha, who knows there's no medicine, but doesn't offer an alternative. "Should the child continue to suffer from a high fever if there is no medicine?" He has had a fever of almost 39 degrees all day. I gave him a fever reducer. But my son didn't get the ultimate cure because she insisted on only syrup.

Negative experience: The customer service is very bad. Any appointment what I did , I waited all the time for 1 hour before to see the doctor. What is the point to have an appointment then ? Registration team are so slow.. everything is so slow and unprofessional. I am afraid that if u will have an emergency and the service will be like this unorganised , u will never get a good care there. In general only plus in this hospital that some of the doctors are really very good , but because of the bad organising from the service and management in the hospital u don’t want to come back and suffer there. There is no team work absolutely. The management of the hospital, please start to respect your customers and make everything for their comfort ! To wait an hour in the line when u have an appointment is not acceptable!

Fantastic experience: I used to visit another clinic earlier, but as my son grew up i decided to change and give other pediatrics a chance… Everything from booking to seeing the doctor is wonderful and easy.. the staff are kind and welcoming.. the clinic is quite clean and hygenic… Dr Selma is one of the best Pediatric Doctors in Abudhabi… She always has a great smile on, treats my son well, talks to him, engages him and tries to get the most out of the session… i believe she is doing a great job in comfirting the kids and treating them in a proper systematic manner… Thank u Dr Selma and Danat Al Emarat staff for ur support n care… Fully recommended ⭐️

Negative experience: My son was very tired & we had an appointment. We waited for an hour and when we asked the front desk they told us that there is only one doctor here. And they only let people in who don't have appointments, so why did you give us an appointment? I will never come back

Fantastic experience: Have been recommended play therapy by a friend and was very glad to meet Dr. Rouba who was very passionate about her work. I have seen amazing results with my son since we started. Strongly recommended! The team is very professional and has the most experienced therapists across the region. Fantastic experience: I've been taking my son to Rehabilitation Department in Danat Clinic and I can't express enough how amazing is the whole team in Rehabilitation from therapists to operations to the head of Rehabilitation. Negative experience: They have good doctors and nurses, unfortunately very bad customer service and appointments booking!!! they are using what’s app chat to communicate with u, never attending calls!!! Never going back again although the therapist we wanted working there and our son was so much convinced to start a therapy with her, but this kind of service is not accepted at all!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Hanan Mohamed Al-Issa is the best gynaecology we tried Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE... she is on top of the best. Positive experience: We went here for the dentist. She was great with kids, very good place. The clinic ambiance is good, and very clean (which is important).

Positive experience: Le centre est excellent niveau docteurs. Mais concernant l appel pour avoir un rendez-vous c prend des fois ( je parle pour mon propre cas) plus que une heure pour que quelqu'un me répond et plus que ça il nous mettent directement en attente de plus une 20 de minute.c pas normal vu que chacun de nous a un urgence .alors une solution de l'administration du Health plus sera la bienvenue. Car sinon comme ça c est pas fiable.

Fantastic experience: After visiting several clinics where we were rushed out or treated like a number, I randomly found health plus and made an appointment. Thanks God for that because I finally found an excellent pediatrician! Dr Selma Ben Amara is a very knowledgeable, professional and extremely caring doctor who is also supporting and kind. She knows us by our names and takes her time to help and explain everything. I can see by her smile when she's examining my child that she truly loves kids. She is always there for us and has really helped me with advices and support. With her I feel confident that my child is getting the best medical care and I would recommend her to anyone who wants the best for their kids.

Negative experience: 10/28 본인 아이를 여의사 자드위가에게 진료받았음. 진단은 틀리지 않았으나 환자와 보호자를 배려하는 태도가 부족함. 진단 후 다른 질문을 할 여지를 주지 않았고 처방 하려는 약을 이미 복용중이었으나 보호자의 설명을 들으려고 하지 않고 진료를 일방적으로 끝냄. 진료를 마친후 다른 아이의 이름으로 처방전을 발급하는 등 병원 운영 수준이 의심스러움. 한국 소아과 수준의 진료 서비스를 기대한다면 이용하지 않기를 권합니다.
