Fantastic experience: Our 5 month old daughter just had a tongue and lip tie released via RF from Dr Medhat and his team. All of the staff have brilliant bed-side manner and treat their clients and their kids with the uttermost respect. The Dr himself is a lovely person as well being a very experienced and extremely well-qualified pediatrician. They guided us through the process and recovery, where we felt looked after every step of the way. All the staff are genuinely passionate about looking after children and providing them with the best medical care. Tongue and Lip tie release can be a daunting prospect (lots of mixed info out there) but the team were both quick and assured in the treatment. Highly recommended to parents looking for a team that are professional and care about your little ones.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Ms Ahed Hasan, Dietician from MyPedia Clinic. My son is a sensory kid and a very picky eater. Worried about his nutrition i have seek help from nutritionist/dietician and came across MyPedia clinic. Within a month of guidance, my son has slowly embraced the food that he doesnt wanted to eat, his taste buds slowly accepted fruits and vegetables along with eating other meat other than chicken. Ms Ahed guided us on what we need to do every week and have a follow up every 2 weeks. It wasnt easy at the start as resistance we quite high from son, both patience are tested mine and him. The guidance of Ms Ahed helps my child slowy transition from being picky eater to his curiosity on food and even rate the tastes every time his tasting new one. Right now he is on his journey to exploring healthy food and new taste which is taking time but making sure he will get used to eat those healthy foods. Thanks to Ms Ahed’s knowledge and guidance on this journey.

Recently i took my daughter to visit Miss.Ahed the nutritionist, she was amazing and kind, she had a very nice way in convincing my daughter to have a healthy eating habit and to be active. Dr. Marjan is so gentle, sweet and fun. Nurse Sherie is authoritative with gentleness and a great sense of humour! I request the clinic to take good care of such amazing medical professionals. The services are very personable, they sing, they joke around with the kids, they take their time, they give presents and even a menu for movies to watch.

Negative experience: The first time I booked an appointment with the clinic and arrived there, they told me there was no appointment registered under my number and made me wait for 1 hour before fitting me in between other appointments. While I was there, I booked a second appointment for three weeks later. When I didn't receive a call from them, I decided to call because I'm a punctual person. The same problem happened again, they said they had recorded the wrong number. Why should my daughter and I bear this mistake? Although Dr. Yasmin is very skilled, I won't be visiting this clinic again

They are very professional and dedicated to supporting parents. They made our entire experience stress free! We did both lip and tongue tie procedure with DR. Medhat and he was excellent! Positive experience: Dr. Shaimaa, the pediatrician dentist, was fantastic! She was super friendly and knew just how to keep my daughter entertained and calm, no scary dentist stuff here. Her nurse, however, wasn't as welcoming. She seemed grumpy and unfriendly, and when she took my daughter's X-ray, she missed getting the nerve. Dr. Shaimaa needed another X-ray, but by then, my daughter was so upset she wouldn't let anyone near her mouth again. It's a shame because Dr. Shaimaa was great, but the nurse's grumpy attitude put a damper on our visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yasmin is a lovely person and a great dentist. I found her reference online while I was searching a special needs dentist. After reading her reviews I decided to visit her. After our first meeting, I was sure that she is the best doctor to treat my child. She is patient, thoughtful and explains everything in detail. She even tells you the reasons behind her plan. My son needed the treatment under General Anesthesia. Dr. Yasmin was very receptive to my concerns and addressed them Infact, with her expertise with tongue and lip ties, my child's issues were also addressed during the dental procedure. Then she also replies to questions on Watsapp. She checks about her patients after the treatment. The nurses and reception staff are also very nice and do their work diligently. On Dr. Yasmin's recommendation, my son was also seen by the Orthodontist Dr. Muhammad. He too was very good and we reached the best solution. To sum up MyPediaClinic is an excellent medical facility in terms of dental expertise and genuine concern for the children and their parents.

Fantastic experience: Honestly and without a doubt the best pediatric clinic you could find. We have searched nothing less than 5 different clinics and one was even outside the country and finally we landed on this clinic and we couldn’t be happier. Our child is 5 and a half and was treated by Dr Moustafa. He had 4 sessions and all of them were amazing, our son didn’t feel any pain through either of them and the doctor was very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. Our son absolutely loves him. The treatment plan was very well explained and we haven’t heard our son complain after any of the treatments.

Fantastic experience: Very happy to work with Dr Yasmeen the nutritionist to correct my 2y old son’s food behavior and to increase his calorie intake in order to gain weight (he was born premature with low weight and he is picky eater) I learned a lot from Dr Yasmeen on calorie dense food and how to include them in everyday food in fun ways. Her advice and guide helps us a lot in short term and will definitely continue to follow them for long term results. I highly recommend if you are in same situation like us or if you are in need of nutrition advice for your little one. I must also mention that all staff are very welcoming and nice with kids. My daughter had 2 white crowns done with nitrous oxside very smoothly and easy in a way that is like a dream come true - i would like to recommend dr Yasmin and also to recommend the use of the white crowns as I have personally experienced the joy in my daughter eyes to have her teeth back to normal with no shiny staff that will make her look in her mind not pretty I would also want to stress on the patience and professionalism that the process was done with making a dentist visit a joyful time - thank you

Fantastic experience: First visit to Dr Yasmin. Very impressed with the thorough collection of information by the team. It takes time, but worth it. Dr Yasmin’s approach was incredible! She used various approaches to get little one to calm down - he’s super anxious about the dentist and has special neurological and physical needs. She never touched him unless it was to sooth him with a massage on his hands and arms or he let her place the mirror in his mouth to look at his teeth. Although never settled down during the examination, she was patient, never phased by his crying and always respected his space. Eventually after the examination, he did settle on my lap to watch the screen. Enough for me to discuss the recommendations for home and clinic program with the dentist. We left with various suggestions for tooth brushes and pastes. She will connect with our pediatrician to discuss his medications and I got a comprehensive breakdown for costs moving forward should I choose to return. I like her approach - prevention is better than extensive treatments. We will return.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shaima Buhamer is such an angel! She is everything a pediactic dentist should be, both in how she interacts with the (nervous) kids and the (even more nervous) parents! Our son's (5yo) teeth unfortunately have been badly damaged because he used to keep his food in his mouth forever when he was eating, and we didn't know better sooner. Long story short, his teeth required complete root canal treatment for 5 of his teeth, some fillings, and cleaning. Note that just a few days before visiting Dr. Shaima, we went to another pediatric dentist who really shouldn't be a pediatric dentist (no distraction for the kids, she put large TV in front of my son showing his bad teeth and her scary tools!!, no smiles, no sweet talks, nothing for the 5yo, only serious face and a rude attitude basically kicking us out asap). He ended up completely traumatic. Dr. Shaima did really well to gain his trust back and made he feel at east. We initially tried the laughing gas to work on his treatment, but the kids need to cooperate for the gas to work. Dr. Shaima and her team did really well to make him cooperate, but unfortunately the sound of the drilling was too much for him to keep calm. Once he started crying, the laughing gas was not going to work anymore as he wouln't be inhaling it properly. At the end, our only option was General Anesthesia. She got us the earlierst booking, explained the entire procedure beforehand. I was completely scared at first, but she was super kind to us throughout the process and was very reassuring. When he first woke up, he was completely disoriented (naturally) as he was technically drugged with the anesthesia. After an hour of sleep at the hospital, he woke up, they gave him cold dessert (jello and ice cream). He asked for 3 serving of the Jello! and by the time we left the hospital an hour/two later, he didn't seem to remember anything from the process, except the Jello. The pain from the crowns did take a few days to completely go away though. However, now the only thing he remembers is the Jello and he's not afraid of going back to the dentist and has a much much improved dental hygiene! Last but not least, Dr. Shaima directly followed up with us afterwards and answered all of my questions at any time of the day/night! Thank you Dr. Shaima!

Fantastic experience: As per my honest and sincere experience with Dr. Medhat abu sheban , with the tongue and lip tie surgery done at his beautiful, clean super relaxing clinic “MyPediaClinc” , i would love to thank him for his wonderful and kind demeanor. I am grateful for his diagnosis concerning my son tongue and lip tie, I didn’t know that my baby had a severe case, until I found the amazing doctor Medhat who saved my son from having enormous speech, eating and swallowing problems in the future . The surgery was 100% successful, it took about 10 minutes he did it with the newest technology he has at his clinic, right after surgery I breastfed my baby and everything was on track. The care you have to provide for your baby is after surgery with a massage and stretching that Dr. Medhat will explain. I highly recommend Dr. Medhat and his amazing team and nurses. Fantastic experience: Last week before Eid break, our baby Andrei had an emergency and since his previous pedia was out for vacation we ask friends to recommend a new pedia. A friend recommended to call My Pedia Clinic, we made an urgent call, staffs are very accommodating and sound so friendly, we immediately ask for an urgent visit and within mins they come back and set us the appointment. The visit was astonishing from reception to nurses and from attending physicians, they give immediate attention and outmost care! They made us feel comfortable and that our baby is in good hands. 2 days after the medication our baby's health improves and was surprisingly back to normal. Yesterday we had our follow up visit and seeing our baby back in good shape we are more than happy and thankful for their services. We can also see from their eyes genuine happiness. Thank you Dr. Medhat and all your nurses and staffs, you all did an amazing job for keeping us parents feel safe and worry free! We highly highly recommended My Pedia Clinic.

Negative experience: Only for a checkup they ask me for 480aed. And after reviewing a response issued by the clinic concerning a negative review, I've become apprehensive about engaging with it. The act of employing legal threats against a customer who have merely voiced his concerns, all that is not in alignment with my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Dr Medhat and his team are like sent by God. I had been struggling with feeding my daughter solids for a good 6 - 7 months. I kept on hoping and not giving up introducing new type of solids. However as any mom would be concerned, I have reached a point where I had tried everything but my daughter at an age of 1, she still preferred puréed food. She would refuse any textured food. As I was searching for ways to improve this, I stumbled on Dr. Medhat and his team. I had an appointment with Dr Yasmine the nutritionist. MY GOODNESS WHAT AN AMAZING DOCTOR AND WOMAN, she made feel so welcomed and comforted especially when she discovered my daughter had lip and tongue tie. At that moment she called Dr Medhat to confirm her observations, in which I appreciated because it demonstrated how they were so thorough and honest. I REALLY LOVED THAT. When they told me she had this I burst into tears and shock. They walked me through it and because they work with integrity they told me to get a 2nd opinion because the moment I heard surgery I framed out. I got multi opinion from different surgeons in which I was told my daughter lip and tongue tie was not sever and should not worry about it. As parents that wanted the best for our daughter and thought of future repercussions we went with Dr Medhat surgery. The brilliant part is that is a mini surgery that took 20 min and my daughter walked out of that session walking and cheerful. Yes healing time was hectic for her , she lost weight was bleeding abit after which scared me but Dr Medhat and his team held my hand throughout. What I love was the day we went for check up Dr Medhat SANG TO MY BABY TO COMFORT HER ; I love it. Naturally, I was very apprehensive with choosing an exceptional dentist for him and ran several searches. What struck me about this dental facility was its impressive reputation with dealing with little ones and Dr. Shaima and her team were exceptional in calming him and making the whole experience enjoyable with her playful jokes of “superheroes” and “Iron-Man teeth”. Even the oft-dreaded injections that have always been a nightmare with him were administered so incredibly discretely, he didn’t know he got them. This is the same boy who had to be held down to get injections in the past. Truly Amazing! Fantastic experience: A really easy process and good experience. I found this clinic ( My Pedia Clinic ) and made an appointment but when I arrived several people had just walked in so that is also an option. It was a Saturday afternoon and really quiet. I waited probably 5 to 7 minutes for the appointment and everyone was professional and polite. Especially Dr. Methad and his staff. I had just arrived in Dubai and without local insurance, I was thankful for how easy it was. I'd recommend them and would go back if needed.

Positive experience: A doctor, good friend of mine, recommended me Dr Medhat for my kids saying he was "The Best". After few visits, I would say that I do not disagree with my friend... Dr Medhat is empathic, patient and his diagnostics are accurate. Unfortunately, his clinic is far from where we live.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mustafa Abdalla is an amazing Doctor. He and his entire team is so good that our visits at his clinic seem like a breeze. My 2 year old had a gum issue and Dr. Mustafa was so patient explaining every aspect with so much clarity, that all my concerns were addressed and I was able to handle my Son confidently. Apart from the clinic consultation, any issue I faced with respect to my Son's dental concerns, he was wonderful enough to address them over a message for which I will remain grateful. Dental health is an aspect we as parents tend to take lightly and I have realized how severe it could get if neglected.

Negative experience: The worst clinic I’ve ever seen in my life, they don’t care how much kids are suffering but the most important to show them the money! When they offer their material. My son went with one infected tooth crying from painful root infection and fever instead of giving him antibiotics he started sculpting the infected tooth and a perfect tooth to sell us 2 crowns instead of one as well as he tried to sell laughing gas even though my son was responding and so quite. Doctor was so rude sweared as us, told us he is not working anymore with my child left his mouth open kicked us from the clinic as he said this is out of his work hours and he was making us a favor! we had to rush to City hospital emergency. Management didn’t take any action with the rude staff as I can not describe him as a doctor.

I’ve been going to My Pedía since my first daughter was born 6 years ago and Dr Mehdat was amazing, compassionate , kind, extremely professional and honest. We stopped going to hun cause we moved far away but then one year ago when my daughter needed a dentist I heard amazing stories about the pediatric dentists at My Pedia. My daughter was terrified of dentists since she had a bad experience in another clinic but going to Dr Yasmin and Dr Mustafa was a life saver and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing approach with kids! My daughter had mucocele inside her Lower lip ( a swelling filled with fluids) which was excised while she was awake and laughing ( no pain at all) using nitrous sedation and healing was very smooth. Positive experience: Staffs are nice but maybe too much for my baby, when we arrived they greeted us by singing baby sharks in high tone and clapping and that sudden enthusiasm just scared my sensitive baby and she was overwhelmed and cried. I know they were just trying to bond with my baby but they could do better by observing because not all the babies are the same, not all of them like clamorous environment. Nutritionist was informative, she gave sufficient advice about my baby’s diet but I expected more from a professional nutritionist like how much calories my baby needs per day accordingly to her weight, and the specific nutritional value of a specific food, or she can have better knowledge about the calories difference between different brands of formula. Instead I found her advice was quite layman and general, I have already known most of the things she suggested, and actually most of the info can be found from google. Overall I believe this is a good clinic as I saw there were quite a lot clients, but consider the consultation fee is not cheap I would expect something more professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Yasmin Kottait is the best pediatric dentist that was sent from heaven. Having an autistic beautiful boy it is never easy to find a dentist to accommodate his needs. After a long search (lots of trial and errors) we finally came across Dr. Yasmin and my son finally found a dentist he can trust and everything seems totally pain free. He is now happy to be in the clinic for checkups every single time and she has sent us videos for my sonntonwatch before the appointment so that he is not anxious before the vist. I have daughter she is 4 years old, she loves to visit Doctors in this clinic because they are very kind, super professional, motivating and educating kids and parents. We visited Dr Rita and Dr Medhat so many times and got ONLY positive experience! They always looking at the situation out of the box, very professional with diagnosis and prescriptions. No one doctor in Dubai did not help to recognize allergy what my daughter has, except of Dr Medhat. Negative experience: I had to edit my review - After I visited another dentist I realised how misleading this clinic is. I have been to them 3 times and every time they want you to do some surgery or procedure which is absolutely not needed for your child . I really hope people cross check with other doctors before they listen to people in this clinic . Even my friends who visited were told to do tongue tie or lip tie for their kids when it was not required. They are very friendly and jolly and try to entertain your child with music and stickers but there is no point of all that if in the end you are given false information about your child . Truly unhappy and actually upset at them and hope other parents don’t fall for their trap . - Within 12 hours I got a call threatening me to remove this review . They tried to scare me with jail time as well. An honest business tries to fix the issue and work with the customer but these guys are trying to scare people who are writing genuine reviews . It makes sense now why there are all good reviews for them . The lady was so rude who called me , no introduction and so aggressive in her approach. When I asked her name , she said I will tell you later. I have never experienced this in my last 16 years of living here .
