Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Liya Varghese (GP) for stomach pain, and she treated me with great care and professionalism. She listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and gave me the right diagnosis for my problem. Before this, I had visited many doctors who couldn’t identify my condition, but Dr. Liya was able to find the cause and guide me properly. I felt very happy and relieved after her consultation. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I went to Dr. Liya for sick leave due to current raining condition, my back was triggered very badly as i was held in traffic for 5 to 6 hour. So after rest i went there around 8.20 prior 40 minute closing time i asked the desk if its time to close i will leave they stopped me and when i went to doctor at 9.20, she insulted me because of patient like you we are still working (her attitude isn't even like doctor). She said even i travelled for 2 hour like she was thinking i came to do joke there?! She then said me rudely i won't give u sick leave without any course. She was soo inhuman like if she don't know how to treat patient why is she even gp?? She thinks back pain is a joke and she said me why i didn't come morning how do i come in morning when i couldn't even get up??? Really i just had patience on my nerve and severe pain or else i would have leave. Doctors have manners not ill mannered. Whole time she treated me has if i was a waste there if she didn't want to attend who asked them to take patient after 8? She ruined my mood completely. Never visiting them again because of her attitude. 0 star

Fantastic experience: Very affordable & reasonable clinic. The clinic owner is a fantastic Doctor and specially dentist Dr. Muhammad Shayb is super doctor with very generous personality. His treatment is excellent & fees is very affordable. I must recommend for early appointment. Otherwise you may face long waiting over phone call. Over all good services.

Negative experience: Worst medical centre I have ever visited. I asked them for general doctor and they send me specialist doctor ( only seal) and charge me more. After consultation only I asked why that much cost so they said there are some registration fees. So I request bill they give me bill after so many discussion which is prepared in word document even not showing VAT and they return some amount back to me. So be careful they are cheating on amounts.

Negative experience: Worst service, they took half an hour just tell me that they can't access insurance website, till then keep telling wait few minutes. I live 150 meter away but never will visit this medical center
