Negative experience: Useless. Waited for 30 minutes past my appointment for a dermatologist, only to learn what I already know. Instead of doing a routine procedure suggested to wait for the approval of the insurance for a couple of days (in another clinic for the same problem - almost instantly) and then wait for another week for the doc to come back. Wasted time and money

Positive experience: I had a very nice experience during treatment in Mediclinic Welcare,Garhoud. I was having High blood pressure during pregnancy. Luckily my friend told me about this hospital and how nice her experience was and suggested me to consult Dr.Ravisekar and his treatment works well for me. Also not to forget mentioning other staffs. Especialy Ms.Sarah Mubarak( Pateint Administrator ) whom I want to meet on my every visit.She is so kind and helpful.She attends all patients patiently and efficiently without wasting time.I saw a patient having some issue regarding appointment reschedule and she handled the situation so calmly and efficiently that even patient appreciates her customer handling skill. Also Ms.Anood ( Pateint Administraor) is also efficient and handles all situation so well. Being a patient is not easy but having a staff like them made this phase more  smooth sailing.Thank you. He explained everything clearly, made me feel confident, and the surgery went smoothly. A big thank you to Dr. Omar Alajeela, my anesthesiologist, for ensuring a pain-free and comfortable experience. His professionalism and reassurance made a huge difference. I also want to thank Mr. Hussein, the operation theater manager, for his support and for making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this amazing team for their skill, professionalism, and compassionate care!

Negative experience: In sever leg pain for many days but unfortunately the patient should follow up between the insurance and the clinic as the clinic is not sending detailed report!!!!! So we should beg the hospital to response to insurance !!! Very poor service as this not what we expect from such a hospital

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Janaki Gopalan for my first delivery.. she was absolutely amazing and gave me a smooth experience and stress free delivery. Obviously she is more experienced and handled my case very easily. On every visit, Dr. Janaki explained us everything in detail. Need to mention about Nurse Shiby for her good nature in treating us and also every visit she explained us everything in detail. A special thanks to my midwife Mehabooba- she was very very kind and helpful during my labor time. She made my labor journey easy by taking very good care of me. Also special mention to Paru for all her tips and guidance pre and post delivery. It is 5 star experience for me. Thanks to mediclinic welcare hospital.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Archana Louis for a dental procedure. I was nervous, knowing it is a painful process. She was absolutely fabulous! Gentle and approachable, I was immediately at ease with her!! Sr Viji, who assisted her was also so nice. Attentive and smiling.

Negative experience: One of the worst hospitals in Dubai. Very expensive yet inefficient. You do blood test, get promises to be called once results are ready but no calls or inform you with the results. And if you call back to follow up, they will tell you a note is taken & nurse will call you back which never happens. Trying to book a follow up appointment is also a nightmare. Save your money & time and check other hospital in Dubai to preserve your money and time.

Fantastic experience: The consultation with Dr Mohini Thakur was excellent. Her diagnosis is worth mentioning. I was really suffering from eyesight and eye watering. Root cause for the same was diagnosed and treated very well. Please if you have any concerns with your eyes, Mohini Thakur is the doctor for the consultation. It is worth mentioning to note here also Mini Gigi who has treated and provided excellent service.

Negative experience: This facility is located next to the welcare hospital and one needs to walk from there to the wellness center...wonder if the walk which is a parking lot is ever cleaned...sand..cigarette butts, empty tea cups ...bird droppings...its disgusting and should definitely not be anywhere around a clinic or a hospital...saying that received excellent care from the podiatrist Ms Pamela...
