Negative experience: I would like to share my recent experience with a dental procedure at your clinic, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. I visited for a simple filling on my molar tooth. During the procedure, I felt that the drilling was too aggressive, as if part of my tooth was chipped off. The filling that was placed felt shallow and extremely rough—almost like a sharp wall on my tooth surface. Additionally, the doctor forgot to insert a separator film between my teeth, which has now resulted in my molar and premolar being tightly pressed together, leaving no proper space between them. After the treatment, I was informed that there was a seven-day warranty in case something went wrong. While this may seem like a standard practice, it gave me the impression that the team anticipated potential issues with the quality of the procedure. Immediately after I got up from the dental chair, I expressed to the doctor that I was experiencing pain in the treated area. I was advised not to drink or bite on that side and was assured the discomfort would fade shortly. However, the pain intensified and continued through the night, to the point where I couldn't sleep. The next day, I contacted the reception to report the issue, but the earliest available slot offered was in the afternoon. Given the severity of the pain, I sought immediate treatment at another facility. Fortunately, the attending doctor there was able to relieve my discomfort. This experience was deeply frustrating and concerning. I believe patients deserve not only effective treatment but also empathy and urgency when complications arise. I hope this feedback will help improve patient care and service in the future.

Negative experience: Don't go this dental guy's, they don't care about patient . First they take payment after that they don't care how you feel. For them important payment your feeling not interesting for them. When you complain from WatsApp even they don't answer.

Negative experience: The nurses always calls and message to remind about the appointment but it is never followed. They always accept walk ins and insert between appointments and dont follow schedules.. seems not respecting time of their clients just want to get more sales. Better Remove the appointment system so all walk ins so we will not expect and can manage our time since they dont care!

Negative experience: I have over jet case, The ortho or (dentist) didn’t do any Xray and installed the braces on the same day lacking in-depth assessment, plans and advices. It felt to me like they were just aiming for the daily sales quota and no proper treatment planning. I was so blind to let that happened. Didn’t came back and switched to a different ortho

Fantastic experience: I had a free consultation with doctor Jasmine she suggested a tooth extraction, tbh i knew my 2 tooth are severely damaged only a miracle can save them, she done a deep cleaning and filling , painless and very thoughtful considering i was scared but she did a great job can't be thankful enough only the ones with dentist fear will understand , the receptionist is quite polite and helpful always quick answer , highly recommended and it's really underrated clinic.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with them when I went to glue back the bracket that came off the dentist told me to pay extra charge because the attending dentist wasn't the one that put on the braces for me and my attending doctor was on leave they removed the bracket and left it in a tissue paper and told me to keep it with me and bring it once the dentist Arrives
