She is an amazing dentist and a true blessing for children, especially those with special needs, like our son who has autistic traits. As parents, we faced numerous challenges in addressing his dental issues. He is extremely sensitive, doesn’t tolerate even the slightest touch in his mouth, and moves a lot, making any dental procedure incredibly difficult. For many years, he struggled with severe dental problems. Several of his teeth were damaged, two were stuck under the gum, unable to erupt, and he had multiple cavities that needed filling. Despite trying multiple approaches, the only viable solution left was to perform the procedure under general anesthesia. Naturally, we were extremely concerned and afraid about putting him under GA in an operating theater. However, Dr. Garima explained the entire process in detail, addressed all our concerns, and gave us the confidence we needed to proceed. She handled everything so professionally, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free for us. Thanks to her meticulous planning and expertise, my son didn’t feel any discomfort throughout the process. During the procedure, Dr. Garima removed multiple damaged teeth, performed a root canal, filled cavities, laser procedure for the impacted teeths, and thoroughly cleaned his all teeth—all without any issues. She truly is an amazing person who resolved years of my son’s dental problems on the very first day of the new year. Thank you, Dr. Garima, for your time, effort, and dedication to helping my son. We were skeptical at first of putting such a young child under GA and took multiple opinions before finally going ahead with Dr. Garima. She put our minds at ease from the get go and prepared a detailed plan for the child's surgery and recovery. Fantastic experience: Dr. Garima is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I'm a mom of 9yo boy with Autism. He also has neurological symtoms like Tics/Tourettes, Irritability, facial grimacing, Piano finger movements, Stomping foot etc. He does mouth Breathing, has got high narrow palette and malocclusion and airway issues to some degree. After seeing a couple Orthodontists who just discriminated a special needs child, we were so fortunate to come to Dr. Garima. She is kind enough to understand a mom's Heart and is willing to install ALF Oral appliance. ALF is deviced on cranial osteopathy. It is Cranial Friendly and can help with creation of adequate airway and good TMJ function. It is capable of freeing up restrictions between the cranial bones. And ALF is Flexible. It has good chances to release cranial strains helping the nervous system unravel itself over time. Its good especially for any child with cranial distortions. I would like to give some update in less than an year. I feel im so fortunate to find her. She is a beautiful soul trying to help kids. Any doctor should be kind compassionate and empathetic. She is very much helping. She is also using updated technology in her practice which is wonderful. I would definitely recommend her to any child having airway issues. ✌️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely best in pediatric dental space. I highly recommend Dr. Garima to any parents who would like to have a peace of mind in treating their kid's dental issues. Her experience in handling and comforting kids while treating is invaluable in my humble opinion. The reason I am saying this is because my son who is 6 years old is very much afraid of hospitals in general. We have taken him to other pediatric doctors prior to visiting Dr Garima and our experience as follows, 1. The first doctor just told us he needed to go through root canal without even taking X-ray. 2. Second doctor (not sure whether he is pediatric) was absolute disaster in handling kids. Literally he man-handled my kid which was shocking to see. We had just left the hospital without any second thoughts. Thank God, we came to know about Dr. Garima via our son's school parents group. We fortunately got an appointment with her shortly (thanks to a cancelled appointment). She handled my kid as if like she has a long relationship with him (we were like is it really happening) though he initially was uncomfortable (due to his prior experience with the doctor who man-handled him ). And then, she was able to quickly examine him, understood the issue and explained us the current severity of the cavity. In no time, she finished taking the X-ray and figured-out that this level of cavity currently doesn't need root canal but just a cleaning and filling. A breath of fresh air for us. Also in no time, she finished the cleaning and filling as well. My kid & we were like in unbelievable moment that everything was done!! We definitely visit her for any dental treatment for my kid as he felt safe, comfortable and we as a parent believe in her treatment .

Fantastic experience: Caring, Sweet & Professional doctor! My 4 and half year son started complaining of tooth ache. As he had cavities on almost 10 teeth, a dentist in a JLT clinic suggested us to take him to a pediatric dentist as the procedure would require sedation considering his age and unlikely chances of him sitting through it. She then referred us to Dr. Garima. The first consultation with Dr. Garima itself was amazing and professional - the way she interacted with my son, made him comfortable, inspected his teeth, briefed us on the issues, procedures to be done and cost indication. She was available through whatsapp and promptly responded back to us on all our queries. Dr. Garima performed 5 Root canals and 5 fillings for my son under sedation. After the procedure also, she was constantly in touch through whatsapp every day enquiring about his well being. With a couple of days, my son was perfectly fine. He was back to his usual eating habits. During the follow up session, she showed us the pictures of the procedures done and they look very neat. Glad to have been referred to Dr. Garima !! Highly recommend her!!
