Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Prashanth for a dental cleaning and fillings. I usually have a hard time with these kinds of procedures because I can’t stay still, but he was very patient and handled everything with ease. They also made sure I got all the assistance I needed, thanks to the help of his Admin Executive Ms. Mel. They made me feel comfortable the whole time, definitely felt like VIP treatment, which is why I’m giving a five-star rating. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

They truly make you feel like more than just a patient they treat you like family. Negative experience: I visited this doctor with a complaint about tooth pain. However, he dismissed my concerns, suggesting that it was all in my head. He refused to treat the tooth and only applied some kind of protective enamel on top. Despite my continued complaints about the pain, he insisted that it was just my imagination. As a result, the tooth decayed and eventually fell apart. Now, I almost broke my other teeth while eating yogurt (just soft yogurt...) because of a piece of that tooth. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received.

Recently, I underwent laser tooth extraction at Dr. Prashanth's clinic, a technology used by very few dentists in the UAE. I can confidently say it's the first time ever I walked out of a dentist's office after a tooth extraction without experiencing pain during the whole recovery process. Dr. Prashanth has simply set a new standard of excellence in dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering with a pain in my tooth for along time. I went through several clinics to only be written off with nothing in the end and a waste of money. HOWEVER, after coming to Dr. Prashanth he was quite understanding with my problem and to my surprise, diagnosed what’s causing this sensitivity and fixed it right up real quick. Dr. Prashanth genuinely is an amazing doctor. His office has a nice vibe to it with music playing in the background. He knows how to speak to his patients to make them feel less anxious, and casually talks about anything. Furthermore, I can’t forget about Mel, very easy to talk to and she keeps the room lively whilst assisting the Dr himself. Mel and Prashanth are the ultimate duo, and I’m grateful that I came here and met them. Hope to see you soon Dr :)
