Negative experience: Dr. Faseela was always my go-to dentist; she was amazing and consistently kept me informed about my dental progress and treatment plan whenever adjustments were made to my braces. However, this month she took early leave, and I was assigned to a new dentist, Dr. SHERIN. I was shocked from the start. First, she didn’t bother to review my chart. The receptionist handed it to her to go over my progress and the next adjustment plan, but Dr. Sherin refused to look at it and told the receptionist, “It’s okay, I’ll just do the adjustment anyway.” As I vividly remember, Dr. Faseela’s plan for this month was to move my four front teeth backward since we had already created space for them. However, Dr. Sherin simply removed the rubber bands and replaced them with new colors, without making any adjustments to their position. The rubber bands should have been adjusted because we were focusing on shifting those four front teeth. It felt like she had memorized the initial placement and just put them back the same way, which confused me. I even tried explaining the situation to her, but she didn’t seem to understand and went ahead with her own plan. Next, the cleaning process was a disaster. Water splashed all over my face, and the procedure was extremely painful due to the heavy pressure she applied. She pressed the cleaning tool into my gums (not my teeth) so forcefully that I had to pull my face away because of the pain. As a result, I’m now experiencing sensitivity in that area. The session itself was very quick—much quicker than I had anticipated. When she finished, she didn’t explain what she had done, as my usual dentist always does. Dr. Faseela would typically update me on the work completed and the next steps, but I guess there was nothing to update since all she did was change the rubber band colors and kept everything in the same placement. After the session, I told the receptionist about my experience. She just went silent, as if this happens regularly with other patients. I’ve been with this clinic for a year, and this is the first time I’m truly disappointed.

The doctor explains everything about the case, from the causes of the problem and the pain you are suffering from at the time the problem occurs, to the treatment methods. This indicates long experience. In terms of cleanliness, the place is very clean and sterilized at the highest level. As for the prices, compared to the quality, service, and result, they are very low and symbolic prices. I will repeat my visit to the doctor Sangeetha Bastan

She did it so softly in removing and putting my rubber. I would highly recommend them To those who have braces try to have your adjustment and cleaning here as of this month they have an offer for cleaning and adjustment.
