Positive experience: Very neat and clean building. Well maintained

Negative experience: Worst pharmacy delivery service ever. I had to wait 10 days to get the treatment delivered.

Negative experience: I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with the call center at Mediclinic Hospital in Dubai. Despite multiple calls and chats over a long period, they never managed to resolve even the simplest issues with my app—an app that seems to never function correctly in the first place. There’s always another excuse, another wait, and no meaningful help. Save yourself the headache and avoid their call center support if you can.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience in neurology department - big thanks to Dr Giovanni Coco who gave right directions and diagnose as well as attention to details and right support.

Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Mediclinic Middle East is the absolute worst to deal with. Apart from the fact that you can NEVER reach their Parkview Pharmacy on phone, getting your test results is near impossible. Almost 5 days ago I had bloodwork done. My doctor emailed me to tell me things look good, however I cannot access my own results on their Patient Portal. I queried it, and I was asked to “supply my EID photo” to better assist me. Like, what do you want my photo for?? Just give me my damn results!! I am not asking for much. If it was not that I really like and respect my Dr, Dr. de Klerk, I would never set foot in a Mediclinic again. Really poor!!!

Negative experience: The worst experience I have ever had. Mediclinic center are not trained to deal with patients and customers. They are very rude, show no empathy at all. Jamie Scanlon's attitude is totally disgusting. They should look at who they have working at the place. I am not one to leave reviews but they should know that they are dealing with people and not numbers. In the end we are putting our trust in a group that cares about health and people. Really a disaster.

Negative experience: Mediclinic Call Centre Agents are not very well-trained when dealing with patients and clients. very rude and not even showing politeness, I am asking for an assistance only showing me his attitude this Call centre agent named Mehdi. they need to filter people dealing with sick patients and attend some customer experience workshops and seminars.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars hospital , i used to go there for my pack pain to visit Dr. Osama Atyyah I can say that now am free of that pain As Dr. Osama is really do the Magic for me after long journey wit other clinic he is the Spine Godfather, the Hospital staff are so friendly. I’m working in Medical field for more than 16 years and parkview hospital is great add for Mediclinic group

Negative experience: I have been trying for over and hour to reschedule and appoitment with a mediclinic hospital. I have spoeken to 2 supervisors and countless agents andnon can get through to the clinic to make an appoonmnt for me. I have tried calling their corporate office andthere is not suprisingly no answer. Mediclinic keeps you onthe phpne fr hours on end telling you about their branches and how wonderful they are.How can they be trusted if they cannot even get their communicatsion in order. Theri call centre agents bend over backwards to help bt they too cannot workon a system that does not connect and is under developed and staffed. I have reported this before and even spoken to a hospital administrator but heri has been improvement. Mediclinic top management do not seem to take this problemseriously as it has been going on for so very long.

Negative experience: Receptionist (Corporate Receptionist) is rude. Should have assisted me with my inquiries. Being a reception should learn how to handle proper calls. You can’t just answer “I DON’T KNOW”. Unacceptable!
