Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Aisha today! She fixed my teeth perfectly and it didn’t hurt at all. For the first time, I felt completely comfortable at the dentist because I usually get nervous. Her work is truly excellent, and I also want to thank the nurse for being so kind and friendly. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Zero star تجربة سيئة ولا تعاد لا يوجد أي تطبيق او احترم للمواعيد وخاصة دكتورة النسائية والتوليد في كل مرة نفس المشكلة ولا يقومون ب أي تغير او احترم للمواعيد لقد سببت لي مشاكل عديدة بالمواعيد ومشاكل صحية ونفسية لزوجتي A bad experience that will not be repeated. There is no implementation or respect for appointments, especially from the obstetrics and gynecology doctor. It’s the same issue every time, and they make no effort to change or show any respect for the schedule. This has caused me numerous scheduling problems and has led to both physical and psychological issues for my wife.

Negative experience: They don’t respect the time at all. Especially Dr. Abeer I’m sorry but this is the third time we came to our appointment and waiting for more than one hour. This is not acceptable, she is not the only one who has work . Also when you discuss the issue with her , she said “go find another doctor” Zero star

Negative experience: انا بكتب رايي بكل مصداقيه عن العياده وعن الدكتورة زرت العياده وخذت استشارة للاسنان مع الدكتورة مريم الي انا اصلا ييت العيادة عشانها .. وخذت خطة علاج كامله لكل المشاكل وبسعر متفق عليه من الطرفين تعامل الدكتورة راقي جدا وشغلها ماعليه كلام وانا استمريت في العيادة عشان شغل الدكتوره .. بس واجهة مشكله اتمنى يشوفون لها حل الخطة العلاجيه لايتم تغير السعر من قبل مساعدة الممرضه بكل زيارة يزيد لان الحمدلله ماواجهتنا مشاكل و مضاعفات في العلاج طبعا غير عن تعامل مساعدة الدكتورة الي كان سيء جدا جدا ويفتقر للاحترافية لما اعترضت في المره الثانيه عن تغير السعر بدون وجه حق اتمنى ان الموقف الي عشته مايتكرر مع المراجعين لانه يعكس على العيادة بشكل سلبي .. انا مشكلتي مع تغيير الاسعار في كل زيارة لي ف اتفقوا ع الاسعار معاهم من البدايه وحاولوا تفهمون مساعدة الممرضه شو تفهم لان ف الاخير انتوا تطلعون الغلطانين لان مساعدة الدكتوره فهمت شى ثاني ..

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with the dental nurse at this clinic was not a positive one. She was unprofessional and unfriendly, which made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. There was a lack of care — she didn’t explain the procedure or make any effort to reassure me. I expected better treatment and hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously to improve patient care , i dont know how the nurse gives the prices and this is not her work!!!

Negative experience: تم الطلب من زوجتي بعمل فحص دم وعدة فحوصات غير مهمة وعندما راجعت التأمين لإرجاع المبالغ تم اخباري بأن هذه الفحوصات غير مطلوبة وغير مهمة بالنسبة لحالة زوجتي الطبية ولا يتطلب ذلك. أمر غريب.

Negative experience: من أسوء عيادات دبي لايوجد اى مهنيه فى التعامل ولا يقومون بالرد على التلفون Worst clinic in Dubai the Reciption not answer the call and no follow up ,even more I had appointment with Neurology Doctor Dr.Abubaker Almadani and he wrote one test to be conducted after insurance approval and he asked me to stop my medication until the testing time and after several follow up with clinic for the approval and they keep saying the insurance not approving and when I contacted the insurance directly to check why they are not approving after 12 days then surprise to discover that they didn’t even submit the request, if you are in emergency situation avoid dealing with them

Fantastic experience: Our tiny little family have found our go-to dentist Dr Nourah! So incredibly gentle, fast, knowledgeable, caring and kind. Even on her day off responding to an emergency and taking such immense care to make sure I was seen to by the just as lovely and caring Dr Alhammadi. Hannan at the reception desk with her lovely team are so incredible. Unique to any other medical center in Dubai. Thank you for your outstanding support and service.

Dr Alsadoon is a remarkable professional and her skill and dedication given to my dental condition was simply exceptional . I have tried numerous dental practices over my 12 years in Dubai and finally I have found a world class facility and a dental genius. Can't praise my experience enough.

Negative experience: Appointment was given at 10, and they made me wait till 11:30 until I decided to leave. Their internal appointment coordination is bad, I’m never going back

Truly appreciate everything he does for us . Negative experience: Worst receptionist experience most of the time they don’t answer and if they do they’d do anything but their job. I had to call 5 times for two days to get my mother’s lab reports as everytime i call they tell me “i informed them we’ll look for it” and no one calls back nor do i receive anything till one receptionist answered at last and got me my lab report in minutes what does that tell me about the other receptionists? They’re simply not doing their jobs!

The way they handled my case was very professional, from the operation team till the reception all they were excellent and gave me the needed guidance. The way the doctors communicated with me was very good. The treatment facilities were very updated and excellent. The atmosphere of the clinic was very environmentally, friendly and beautiful. I will surely suggest this clinic to my friends and relatives for an excellent treatment and for the very good service they provide.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to United Medical Center twice for meeting Dietation Haneen, honestly she is amazing, very supportive and understanding. She was trying to understand my mental health first after postpartum my second baby, which rarely found between health specialists! She has advised me to have some supplements to reduce gases and stomach pain, and the service was amazing I got the medicine within 3 days delivered to my address with machine payment! Through my journey with her, I learnt to change my lifestyle instead of going on diet, then gain weight once I stop it. This has really made a difference in my life.

Positive experience: Very Good medical center

Negative experience: Really a bad service, I’m the patient and my appointment at 3:30 pm but I have waited the doctor until 5:30 pm and still didn’t come my turn , also the nurse didn’t inform me that the doctor had urgent delivery and our appointment will delay so I could cancel my appointment at least instead of waiting more than 2 hours . After this waiting I go home without meeting the doctor. Really bad service.

Negative experience: Worst appointments ever. Every time I reach on my appointment I realise there are other 6/7 patients come at the same time. This is not acceptable.

Negative experience: I would like to raise concern about a rude Receptionist As I was trying to book an appointment with the Pulmonologist today. She was in a hurry over the phone and I was told to hurry up as she was busy yet it seem she’s not able to get the mobile of the Air Traffic Controller, I simply told this is the second time again as my colleague tried to call earlier and was told the same to hurry up.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is by far the best in Dubai. After a 60kg weight loss, Dr Ricardo and his lovely wife Janina have transformed my body beyond my wildest dreams. I have had a thigh, arm and eye lift, 3 breast surgeries (replaced old implant, replaced implant with smaller version and a lift and finally removed implants altogether and lifted/reconstructed breasts) and am now preparing for my final surgery to get my tummy under control. Dr Ricardo has been patient with me and has revised scars where they have gone hypertrophic and they are now perfect. For the first time in my adult life I am wearing shorts and sleeveless tops without embarrassment. My butt looks amazing lol. Sometimes revisions are required and immediately offered to me at no charge (except hospital if required). While I do believe that Dr Ricardo is an artist, the body is not a flat canvas and sometimes the artwork needs touch ups after settling down. This is true of all surgeons and any that say otherwise are simply not telling the truth. All I can say to anyone who is not immediately happy post surgery is TALK to your doctor! He has helped me to understand how my body heals and to have patience and be kind to myself. Janina has shown me that perfection is not real - I cannot look at Instagram models for inspiration as so much of it is simply fake...but I can be the best version of me and that's now what I'm aiming for.

Fantastic experience: I visited the United Medical Center a few days ago and I was positively impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. I could clearly see that the management team is taking patient experience seriously. I truly recommend this center!

Positive experience: Professional and attentive Doctors I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Negative experience: I had my worst experience with this medical center. I left my work earlier to be on time for my doctor appointment . however . without informing me or calling me . I arrive to the clinq to find that the doctor left without any respect to my appointment or even that the Secretary tries to call me . I don't recommend this....
