Fantastic experience: I had a facial treatment today at Practice Polyclinic and the experience was amazing! The staff were very professional, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. The facial itself was super relaxing, and my skin feels fresh, clean, and glowing. Definitely recommend this clinic if you’re looking for quality care and great service.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with amazing results for laser hair removal. Almost pain free procedure and the team really takes care of you throughout the process. Special thanks to Ms Ghazel for accommodating my erratic schedule changes, Ms Tinoush for starting me on this journey and definitely a big thanks to Ms Lovely who is highly professional and made my appointment comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this clinic and Ms Lovely especially for laser hair removal needs.

Negative experience: I had Morpheus done, not by a doctor as I should have had, i have done Morpheus before in other clinics always done by a doctor. The intensity was so low i was hardly red (as i should be). I booked for face and neck and had done 1/3 of the neck. No results at all.., i wasted my time and money

Fantastic experience: had a great experience at this clinic! I got lip fillers and treatment for my dark spots — and the results were amazing. The pigmentation on my face is completely gone, and my lips look just the way I wanted. The staff were friendly, professional, and gave me excellent guidance throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Had a PRP Microneedling done yesterday. It was my first time at The Practice PolyClinic and I was truly impressed! Its a Clinic and hence the level of expertise was truly enhanced. Lovely did my procedure and she was a marvel! Gentle hands, extremely caring ensuring at every step that i was not uncomfortable and also very focused. My parrking (which can be an issue Downtown) was arranged for . A wonderful experience with positive results already showing. I have already booked my next appt and would urge anyone looking for a reputable clinic to try this one.

Fantastic experience: I am really glad to thanks to Lovely , this is my first time to do the laser hair removal,, she has a smooth and gentle hands, you will be comfortable with her, and the clinic was so nice good ambiance,, and all the staff are very approachable. Highly recommended .

Negative experience: The botox went wrong leaving an ugly dark purple bruise under my eye. I tried to reach out to them but got ridiculed being told this is completely normal and the bruise will go away in couple of days. It's been 4 days now and it's still so dark that even a few layers of concealer don't manage to hide it. The price tag is not low either as they charge per unit. I do not recommend this clinic for botox.

I was apprehensive about starting my Invisalign treatment but Dr Prab Uppal made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and is helping me through every step along the way.
