I am 100% happy with my smile, and I thoroughly recommend this clinic for treatment. I will be returning in October, for a check up and polish, appointment already been scheduled. Fantastic experience: I've been petrified of dentists all my life after having one bad experience after another in the UK. We did our research & VIP Clinic was one of the top in Dubai. We booked & flew to Dubai. I was shaking & felt like I was going to pass out by the time I got to the clinic. I had four visits to see Dr Suzan & her team...doing all the necessary & much needed work. The whole team were absolutely wonderful & caring. They put my mind at rest & I put my trust in them. They were so gentle I barely felt a thing. I was so overwhelmed at how wonderful & natural my new teeth looked I wanted to cry. I honestly cannot recommend VIP Clinic enough, the whole team are absolutely amazing. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Negative experience: I have done my veneers and they are nice, unfortunately the after care service is not acceptable I had my follow up check up last 21st of Jan, they called a day prior to my booking to remind me, since I’m busy I apologize to them and said can you moved it to 4th Feb. Sunday, they confirmed yes and that they will call me a day prior, till now nobody call so I messaged them in WA unfortunately no response and so decided to call them, then they told me, oh can we book you by 4:00PM coz we have already booking, which I believed I have told them when is my availability for schedule which is way too advance and take note, the lady didn’t even apologize!

Negative experience: Very rude unprofessional zero customer service and racism clinic not recommended at allll dont fool by there social media and look to comment down alll writing about staff attitude . *They judge on customer based on his nationality!! After they know who is my friend and he saw his Instagram he changed his attitude with him! *They ask to write religion in the form!!! What kind of racism is this!! *The receptionist is not professional, rude and low classs she give me bad look while she dont know me and when i informed the manger there he was in her side even the manager not professional i went out of clinic waiting my friend and he start talking sth not related to what happned inside his clinic,he cant smile even or say sorry same as receptionist. * i was talking to my friend about rent office near them cuz we need to do facial and laser clinic then he said dont open we have already this services!! Who are you to give order with very bad manner and attitude then i called my agent and informed what he said about rent office in the same floor she asked me to call dubai police . *Finally i raised compalin to dha department waiting response My reply number 1 To all ppl who will read this review and comment: on the same time i wrote my review the owner himself who i met him and have bad attitude with us contacted my friend by whatsapp msgs in rude way asking him to delete our review then the owner deleted his msgs thinking that we didnt read while we already screenshot as proof. Regarding that i should get busy with my life i can see that many ppl and client of the clinic commented the same about attitude and behaviour of clinic staff ;why u didnt ask them the same? Also i dont care about u personally and about your clinic as im public figure i should write my review to advice ppl to not have the same bad experience only. Regarding opening clinic; my friend already informed u that we are working for frensh client who want to open the clinic not us when u start telling us dont open clinic near us! While from my opinion i hope my client will open clinic on same floor at least to teach you how to behave with client in proper way. Negative experience: Heavily disappointed!! I had my veneers done with Dr. Suzanne there about 3 years ago. They are always available for you whenever you want to book an appointment for cleaning, but as soon as any issue comes up, she is suddenly never available!! I have been trying to get an appointment with them for the past 1 YEAR because my veneers have moved and now I have spaces in between and they keep on giving me excuses; I have tried to reach her everywhere,by phone by instagram by whatsapp, Nothing! Vanished! i call the landline they say they cant give me an appointment and i can only get it through their whatsapp number, i text the number and as soon as they realize there is a problem they disappear. This is really such an unprofessional and a cunning behaviour which should be addressed and reported to DHA. No reapectful clinic behaves like that with clients.

Negative experience: The worst receptionist I have come across, having paid, I had to reschedule my appointment and was ghosted by the receptionist who refused to reply to any of my messages and promised to return my calls but never did. The end product is good but the process of dealing with the receptionist was a nightmare!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mahmoud is simply the best dentist in Dubai. I did my Hollywood smile vineers at his clinic almost 6 months ago and waited to see the long term results and to be honest they are fitting perfect till now without any issues. Everyone i know thinks its a great set and i do too. Dr Mahmoud took the mold in 30 mins and 4 days later the teeth were ready. The procedure took 1.5 hours including the prep and cooling off. There will be some pain during which is fine and normal if you don't want full anesthesia like me. The teeth feel weird for almost 5 to 7 days at start and then after that you feel like its your part of you. Amazing job Dr Mamoud, always thankful.

Negative experience: I do not recommend. The attitude of the staff is extremely rude. Not to say the dentist I dealt with had a very unprofessional attitude. Remember it’s cheap for a reason. We were here for veneers but luckily we didn’t go ahead. If its too good to be true than it is.
