VERY Professional friendly doctors specialty Dr. Sameh he is a family member as for now its been years him taking care of my teeth. Reception team are AMAZING am so pleased to see locals at the front desk as well. Management and all Morani clinic staff are so professional & welcoming.

Fantastic experience: الصراحه أتعامل في هذا المركز من سبع سنوات من أروع المراكز إلي تعاملت معها حقيقي استغرب البعض يقول تأخير وانتظار والله عن نفسي ماشاء الله ما الحق ادش الحمام عزكم الله وعاد الممرضه تنادي علي حقيقه طول فترة مواعيدي الماضيه ما تأخرت غير مره وحده بس واعتذروا منى بطريقه مؤدبه وأفضل دكتور عندي دكتور سامح قمه في الأخلاق ويشرح لكم اي شيء وفوق كل هذا شغله مضبوط ومبتسم ديما شكراً من القلب

Negative experience: يوجد تأخر دائم في اوقات المواعيد بحوالي من 20 دقيقة الى 35 دقيقة

Negative experience: -إدارة المواعيد في المركز تفتقر إلى الاحترافية. -المرضى لا يحصلون على الرعاية الكاملة خلال زياراتهم، حيث يبدو أن الأطباء مستعجلون للتعامل مع عدد كبير من المواعيد.

Fantastic experience: We drive monthly to Al Ain because Dr. Mouraney is the absolute best orthodontist in the UAE. My daughters was a complicated case involving jaw expansion. Her results are astounding. We are fortunate to have Dr. Mourany in the UAE. Although her braces are off we will continue to visit for check ups with Dr. Mohammed. He’s a kind, caring dentist who always remembers us despite only seeing him every 6 months. Thank you for my daughters incredible smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sherif is the best dentist in Alain, he took off the stress of visiting the dentist, the only Dr that I do a cleaning and don’t feel any pain afterwards

Positive experience: موعدي الساعه 9 الحين الساعه 9:36 وللحين ما دخلت مستغرب مافي حد فالانتظار غيري الظاهر الدكتور مش قاضي قاعد يفطر غرفة الانتظار مزعجة بشكل ما يتصور الكراسي تحسها من ايام الحملة الفرنسية ياخي الكوشن تعبااان و تحس بكل مسمار في ظهرك بس للامانه الدكاتره فاهمين شغلهم و احترافيين

Negative experience: been calling for a week no one’s picking up

Negative experience: One of the worst clinics in Al Ain. I went there for cleaning and the doctor cleaned on of the teeths to the point where he exposed the nerve. After few days the teeth started to develop some pain I called the doctor, who told me to come and see him. He said I need to do root canal and schedule me to do it after 5 days and he put me on pain killers which never worked. I couldn't sleep for two nights in a row because of a problem he already started from nothing. You go there for a routine visit and leave with bigger problem which affects your life and leave you in pain. I regret visiting there clinic. Clueless staff.

Positive experience: the dentists are good. However, many assistants are bad and the receptionists could do a better job at reminding patients of their appointments.

Negative experience: المراجعين يلتزمون بالمواعيد المحددة لكن المركز غير ملتزم بالتوقيت حيث ينتظر المراجع من 30 دقيقة الى ساعة رغم حضوره على الموعد .

Fantastic experience: اليوم موعيدي مع دكتورة فريال دكتورة قمة في تعامل مع المريض وتشرح طريقة العلاج بشرح مبسط ولم يكن اى تاخير في الموعد ، اشكر كل الشكر الى جميع العاملين في المركز

Negative experience: ما تقدر تحجز مع أخصائي الأطفال الا اذا الطفل فوق اربع سنين و هذا شي غريب لانه الأطفال تحت هل عمر محتاجين رعايه بعد بدون ما يشوف المريض يرفضه بسبب العمر

Negative experience: جميع الدكاتره ممتازين وشغلهم روعه لكن بالنسبه للمواعيد سيئه ولا فيه اتصال تذكير بالموعد او تغيير

Negative experience: في البداية يخبرونك بان التقويم يحتاج الي سنتين كحد اقصى وتستمر الحكاية حتى الاربع سنوات واكثر من ذلك. والحسابة تحسب.

Negative experience: I started the my ortho treatment at this clinic in 1999, Dr.Mourani him self supervised my case, then I had to leave to Jordan in 2003, and the treatment wasnt finished, I had to continue with another dentist for 2 more years in Jordan to finish what dr.Mourani couldnot finish, I asked him to give me a medical report before I moved to Jordan and he refused. للأسف عملت عنده تقويم عام ١٩٩٩، و كل ما اروح عنده أسأله متى رح أخلص كان يحكيلي قريبا، سافرت على الأردن بسنة ٢٠٠٣ و هو لساته ما خلص، اضطريت اكمل عند دكتور بالأردن لمدة سنتين تقريبا عشان أخلص الشغل اللي هو ما خلصه

The reception did a great job in fitting us in. They doctor was patient and did a great job on her tooth. Infact she was smiling after her treatment. Thanks Mourany.
