Negative experience: I have paid for my laser sessions and I am calling to make an appointment and they no longer answer. Please if anyone was able to get their money back, please let me know what to do.

Negative experience: Dr K Medical Center, these folks are closed since 5months for renovation and took my money and my laser appt are due , nor did they had decency to inform their customers before till now we are not sure when they re going to open , her owner drop whatsapp msg recently that they re close and upon constact follow up she is out of country its been more than a month and their official whatsapp no one is there to respond, i wasted my money i want refund and they are not replying... very unprofessional, i will page this to legal now , Ms Juliana, Chief Health Officer when you are back from Milan trip please refund my money

Negative experience: Paid in advance for 3 full body laser session. Appointment was meant to be on 11th July 2024 but received a message from the clinic to inform me that their laser technician had gone on emergency leave and that they would contact me to reschedule as soon as possible. Over a month later, I’ve been calling and messaging the clinic but no response….. Please can someone help me understand how to get my money back Thank you

Negative experience: Before even starting the procedure, the rates they gave me on 27th dec and today while booking them they changed the price how surprising ?? While sharing the rates you guys should mention the validity so at least the customer can avail the offer accordingly . Very disappointing staff no apology aswell for this mistake. I would never recommend it this clinic who lack on communication.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Doctor K dental clinic for a teeth cleaning, scaling and polishing as well as a cavity filling. As my teeth are very super sensitive, I was a little anxious but Dr Riya Shah had a very professional, reassuring and friendly approach. The treatment was done deeply and well without less pain possible. The tooth filling was delicate to make because very close to the root but the result was perfect, as natural as the original tooth. Dr Riya Shah took all her time (1 hour) and explained me the different steps with patience and gentleness. I highly recommand this dental clinic and especially Dr Riya Shah.

Fantastic experience: Initially went for a dental cleaning with Dr. Haritha, she was pleasant and gentle. My new favorite dentist! Then I learned that they do laser hair removal as well. Bianca made me feel comfortable during the sessions. I initially thought that it’s normal for laser treatment to be painful it turns out that it didn’t have to be as they use a pain free machine. Having Tabby as a payment method is also a bonus. Highly recommended ✨

After a day or two, she will follow up your current situation (if there is pain or any discomfort). Staff are very accomodating and the place is impeccably clean. Fantastic experience: I went to K Medical Center with a lot of pain in my tooth. I was suffering for about about 2 weeks prior wishing and hoping for the pain to go away and when it didn't I started to look for dentists.. Went to a few including DOME Dental in the same building before I stumbled upon this one.. Its sad and unfortunate to see how medical centers and doctors try to make money out of the patients who come to them.. They are money making machines when you go to them with 1 propblem, they will scare you with 10 more.. However it was a refreshing change to hear from Dr. Kerolos an honest diagnosis and a simple solution to my problem. Also the pricing doesn't hurt salaried people like us and.. The first impression of the medical center gave me a bit of doubt as its nothing fancy but "never judge a book by its cover" and wait till you meet the sweetest dentist.. I am so happy i found you Dr. Kerolos and thank you so mush for the great job you did on my root canal and relieving me of the pain I was in..
