Negative experience: DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! The most unorganized clinic, receptionist are all unprofessional and new they keep changing their receptionist. They are all lost and don’t know how to communicate. They over charge you for treatments like whitening and cleaning and invisiligns. Other clinics that they are more clean and elevated offer less prices than them.

The team was incredibly attentive and caring, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. The doctors are friendly, positive, supportive and the same time confident and professional. Positive experience: I had my veneers done with Dr. Ali and was extremely happy with both the results and the overall care I received—he truly did a fantastic job! Recently, I went back to the clinic for a routine cleaning. I was assisted by a female dentist. The entire appointment took only about 10 minutes, from the moment I walked into the treatment room to when I paid. While I do take good care of my teeth, and always have, it had been two years since my last cleaning. What surprised me was how rushed the procedure felt. The dentist didn’t pause or offer a rinse throughout, only at the very end. My jaw was quite sore afterward. It also seemed like she was managing another patient at the same time, which might explain the hurried approach. For a rate of 450, I was hoping for a bit more attention and a more thorough clean.

Then the administration will ask you to transfer you to a second clinic whose prices are half the cost of your first treatment to complete the treatment.

Negative experience: The clinic is clean and doctors very knowledgeable but I'm leaving this 2 star review for two reasons I genuinely did not appreciate: 1. The receptionist making the appointments reaffirmed that they had ongoing offers and free consultation and low balled me a range of prices almost half what the doctor actually shared after my consultation. 2. The doctor expertly discussed my treatment plan and then insisted that I do an x-ray to affirm any issues, to which I said I still needed time to consider following through with the treatment based on cost, to which she reassured me I wouldn't pay anything towards my treatment yet so I did the quick x-ray to discuss. Despite being told this was a free consultation, I was later asked to pay for the xray as I was leaving. I would not have taken time to visit somewhere outside my desired range had the receptionist not blatantly exaggerated claims in order to convince me to book on the phone. I also really suggest more transparency between the doctor and new patients and their consent before even minor charges .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali is an amazing dentist and also a very nice person. He’s the first dentist I’ve had in Dubai and I haven’t considered another one since. He helps ease my anxiety whenever I get tense during the treatment. :)

She lost her front upper teeth 10 years ago and she was having bridge of 6 teeth. Her teeth was all the time bleeding, shaking, gums and pain . For this 10 years she went to change her bride in China, Korea and Russia. But she was always disappointed of loosing her real teeth.. Then she was searching for doctors in Dubai to change her bridge and for all another teeth put veneers and crowns … Then she found dr.Ali Alhamdullilah. From 5 doctors which she was visit, only he who was really care and who gave her a wise professional advice to put implants on place of bridge, and don’t put veneers for lower teeth bcoz they are absolutely healthy. No one never gave her advice of putting implants , or don’t put veneers on place of healthy teeth, but he does. Appreciate . He also mention that it’s ll be not an easy work and it’s ll take time. Bcoz my wife case was really this much bad that only miracle should happen. So it’s took 5 month of work . Dr. Ali make for her upper teeth implants, veneers and crowns, and for lower teeth just whiting. He and all the staff of the clinic was support her all the way of treatment. It wasn’t really not an easy way for her and so many tears have been shed, but it was worth it. The result is just incredible . And she is soooo happy now. Thank u so much Doctor from all our family .

If you have an issue just be an adult and deal with it in the right way.❤️ I WAS TREATED BY Ali THE HUMBLE DENTAL KING and legend. Checkout his work on Instagram. He advised me about tooth brushing explained all expects of my teeth using the X-ray vision on his screen. Could not ask for more. The clinic is rated 4.4 at present. I had to have a lot of dental work completed over 6 mths. I havd had tbd first part and all PERFECT He explained all my steps and how long it will take to complete. I was not pressured for any fees on my first visit I was given a full detailed invoice at the end of my first visit and requested to pay a deposit. And then we agreed on next payment. I had travelled to meet him from the U.K after 3 weeks of research and numerous consultations. Most explained they would complete my work in 10 days were at a low cost. I was sceptical. I booked my appointment 2 weeks before I arrived I sent a few pictures. The FOH team are fabulous too. I was chauffeured to and from my appointments. I had X-rays and a consultation (FREE) and was given a fabulous treatment plan via Ali who actually is an amazing scientist and is super professional. I was made to feel like a QUEEN. I am so nervous about dentist and he put me at ease within 3 mins of my visit. I helped that he was respectful and a true professional. My plan involves implants/ veneers/bone implant and at 50% cheaper than the U.K. I SIGNED UP. I will record my journey here for all to see. I am now excited for my next visit.I have now adopted all the staff as my family such beautiful staff. My daughter who resides in Dubia also signed up. And was treated like GOLD. Fantastic experience: Best healthcare service in dubai i visit them when i have trouble pain in my teeth The customer service was very honest with the receptionist assisting with file openings and any additional requests also Dr Ali was professional and honest about the treatment procedure with regards to pain and sensitivity Throughout the procedure continuous questioning on the wellbeing of the patient. Negative experience: This is the worst healthcare service I have ever experienced in my life and don’t wish it on anyone. Unprofessional No respect for the customer I wish I haven’t done any service with them. They treated me like they have a personal issue with me?! The initial consultation which was supposed to be free, they claimed from my insurance a small fee for ‘check up’ which was never initially mentioned. After this I was still happy to proceed to complete my veneers and deposit was taken (around 35%). The following appointment to begin with the veneer work was cancelled an hour before the appointment as the dentist was ok vacation or emergency leave (they couldn’t agree on an excuse). With the constant games and my feelings of doubt, i was very unhappy with them at this point and I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere to get my veneers. However, they were apologetic and convinced me to stay, to which I naively agreed. After the veneer work (which I am happy with), I started having pain in my wisdom tooth. The dentist who was dealing with me informed me I required a root canal and began the process as he confirmed he could do this. After this and charging the insurance company, he tried to push me to another clinic as he did not have the tools to do the procedure (probably another excuse). Anyway, I was in severe pain and agreed to their request to move clinics. The recommended clinic was fully booked and Veneto stopped caring. The dentist then prescribed me 3 medicines for the severe pain I was left with for over 5 days. The medicine prescribed was not suitable for me (confirmed by two other medical specialists) as I am breastfeeding my 10 month old child. After explaining all this to the dentist, he spoke rudely and showed no care for the pain I was in or any assistance to help. After all this they have applied for cleaning two other teeth on my insurance which caused problems with the dentist I went to fix all this mess. This was eventually cancelled after me following up for days requesting them to do so. I would avoid this clinic if possible. Once they have your money they no longer care for you. Veneer work was good, but I wouldn’t use my dentist for any other dental procedure. Better to go somewhere with more experienced dentists.

The customer service was top notch with the receptionist assisting with file openings and any additional requests with future appointments I may have. Dr Shiam was professional and honest about the whitening procedure with regards to pain and sensitivity plus further questioning of any illness, medication that I may be currently on.
