Negative experience: لقد كان لدي موعد عن بعد مع دكتورة علا فتحي ،، المكالمة كانت خارج نطاق المهنية و الذوق وكنت انتظرها ما يقارب الساعتين وردت علي برد جدا غريب وقاسي وفيه نوع من الاستفزاز والتكذيب ،، عند بدء الاستشارة، فوجئت بأسلوبها الاستفزازي وغير المتعاون، حيث لم تُبدِ أي اهتمام بحالتي الصحية رغم أنني كنت أعاني من آلام باطنية شديدة، ولم أكن قادرًا على الذهاب إلى المستشفى أو التوجه إلى العمل. وعلى الرغم من وضعي الصحي، رفضت كتابة وصفة طبية أو منح إجازة مرضية دون تقديم أي مبرر واضح اتمنى انا لا اتعامل مع هالنوع من الدكاترة الغير مهنيين والغير انسانيين،، سأقوم برفع شكوى ضد المنشأة الصحية لدى وزارة الصحة

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Dr Tariq in the dental clinic Al Madar clinic . No respect to appointments and timing and no respect to old woman !! Not professional staff on giving appointments and Dr Tariq went for more than 2 hours break !! Meanwhile my mom An old lady on wheelchair has to wait for him from 4 till after 6 !! I am writing this review while we still waiting for the doctor to come . We don’t know if we are going to see him or not

Fantastic experience: To be honest Dr. Bassam is one of most caring dental surgeon I have ever met. He did my wisdom tooth removal surgery which was so comfortable and painless. He took me over all the Xrays and the operating plan which is rare when it comes to doctors. He gave me a call the next day to check on me. Such a nice gesture from his side to take care of the patients and give his best to them. I highly highly recommend anyone who is having any tooth issues specially maxillofacial related to go to him. Even his Dental Assistant is such a nice person who will assist you in every aspects of your surgery. Great team! Great clinic and excellent service.

Negative experience: I have taken an appointment with urology doctor Mohammed Subeh and I purposely asked for 9 AM appointment because I have work They made me wait for 30 minutes then told me the doctor is not there and will be there in 30 minutes or an hour and asked me to go and come back Very disrespectful to the patient and I'm really not sure why do they give appointments if they are not going to respect them!!!!

Negative experience: جلبت ابني حديث الولادة لنقوم بإجراء التطهير (الختان) مع طبيب المسالك البولية، مع الأسف كانت تجربة سيئة من الناحية الذوقية و العملية كالتالي: ١- الطبيب لا يتجاوب معنا بشكل إيجابي و يصر على الاقتضاب الشديد في الردود كما أنه يتجاهل الرد في حالة طرح الاستفسارات لحين اصرار المريض على التوضيح ٢- بخلاف غيره من الأطباء الذين يقومون بإجراء الختان فإنه لا يقوم باستخدام ابرة التخدير و لا إعطاء الرضيع جرعة من "أدول" لتسكين الألم و إنما يقوم بوضع مرهم -على حد قوله فقد منعنا من الدخول وقت الإجراء- و حتى المرهم لم يصبر على أن يأخذ مفعوله و قام بالبدء بالإجراء خلال اقل من ثلاث دقائق حيث سمعنا ابتداء البكاء الشديد لطفلنا الرضيع. كما تجدر الاشارة انه لم ينبهنا بأهمية عدم شرب الطفل للحليب قبل الاجراء، و بعد الإجراء لم يصف "أدول" لتسكين ألم الرضيع. يعاني ابني حاليا من الخوف بسبب هذا المستشفى و الطبيب المدعو صبحي، يبدو انهم يهتمون بمؤشرات الاداء التي يبدو بدورها انها تقيم العدد على حساب العمل المتقن و الضمير الانساني.

Negative experience: Today I had the most unpleasant experience visiting this medical centre. The irony is that Medi clinic claims to provide compassionate and professional medical service from the best doctors around the world To what extent will this claim be met? I do not usually use this hospital, however I was recommended to a particular doctor, Mohammed Ahmed Subeh who is a urologist specialist. He was the doctor who performed circumcision on my 7week old baby today. The moment I arrived at this hospital I had been waiting 20min to be registered, and felt mildly annoyed as any mother would feel waiting to perform an operation for her infant. After they had registered my son I was told the Dr has 3 more patients before me, how can this be if I have a 12pm appointment I ask? I hurry up to the Dr's office which ofcoz he has a patient. Politely I knock on the door an wait for him to answer. I ask him to be mindful of the time as I have a 12pm appointment. He genuinely seems unaoplogentically annoyed. He then somewhat explains the procedure, I ask him if he will be administering local anesthesia,  his response "How old is he?" Did this dr not read my son's profile how can he not know the age of my baby his about to perform surgery on??? He then replies that he would need to administer an injection because the baby is old than 1 month. After the procedure I had asked the Dr to show me what he had done and explain to me how I can care for my infant once we home, his response "no I'm not showing you , you can go home and have a look at it" Did that just happen He then calls the head nurse who had helped me earlier, into the room, he then points his finger at me, raises his voice and demands that I, a patient the mother of the infant he had just performed a medical procedure on, demands that I apologise the to male head nurse for being annoyed. Is this really happening??? Are we living in a land of oppression? Is this racism? Is this professional negligence? Is this sexism? What just happened? I strongly could not understand his point, or his uncouth behaviour? Dr Mohammed Amed Subeh should take responsibility for his behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Great place. I had an appointment at 10 am. Within 10 minutes, I was in the doctor's office. The receptionists were professional. Dr. Bassam is nice, professional and explained what needed to be done in detail. Two hours later, I got call from the doctor updating me on the insurance claim! Looking forward to fixing my teeth as good as my first visit was. Thank you.

Positive experience: I went to the dentist to treat the home worker. The staff and doctors are professionals and were friendly with us. The worker felt goods with treatment and medicines, and that was important to me besides the clinic cleanness. For the third visit the Dr. wasn't there, but the other one (Dr Mahmod, I guess) received us, and I respect that he let me in the queue until he found a chance to see us also; he asked permission from other patients. I valued the professionalism of this situation. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Overall the care is professional, particularly the department of Dentistry and Physiotherapy are maned by experts. A few staff members like Dr. Samson Dhinakaran Chelliah, Chiropractor and physiotherapist are very efficient in their job and deliver very high-quality care.

Fantastic experience: Best laser in Al Ain. They have the best technicians and dermatology team. The dental service is extremely clean, I bring my kids to the dental department at Mediclinic Al Madar.

Negative experience: CALL CENTER. I never thankful enough of being being part of mediclinic health care provider for almost 5 years here in UAE , and I still choose to be treated in where I trust Doctors expertise. Today I have an appointed waited for 2 weeks for my dentist I was called at 8 am that my appointment is cancelled because the Doctor has a surgery, without any questions asked , I said “its ok” thinking of other patients needs the attendance of the doctor than i do. And minutes later I confirmed that they put another patient in my slot and the doctor doesn’t have a surgery . How on earth they do this? Have they know what I was going through to get an appointment(its every 2 weeks), and need to cancel my duty just to attend every appointment (RCT), and have they know the pain (RCT)that I was going through?!. Are these people considers other patient treatment conditions? if they don’t why they are in mediclinic? How many appointments have they cancelled for this kind of alibi? Extend my disappointment to MEDICLINIC AL MADAR CALL CENTER.

Negative experience: تحول الى المتاجرة بالخدمات الطبية بعد ان ضم إلية مجموعة من الأطباء الطامعين بالزبائن وتحولت خدماته الى تجارة .

Negative experience: Very bad customer service, you are lucky if they answer the phone. Receptionist and call center are not cooperative and totally rude. I tried to call three times to take an appointment and at the end someone answer forwarded my call and put in hold again. No respect to patient needs at all

Fantastic experience: Got the best root canal by Dr.BDIWI He was really nice and explan everything in detail to me. Becus of the pains(which is normal) i when back there couple of times that first day but after 24 hours every thing disappear like he said. Wonderful customer service from all staffs.I recommend.
